Custom Jutsu Application

[NUR Guild Mule]

Rules:

1. Crew must know clearly what the jutsu does so describe it with as much detail as possible.
2. Be sure to check the jutsu list so you DO NOT COPY THEM.
4. You may submit 3 jutsu a day, up to 9 a week. (Resets each week on Monday)
5. All chakra regenerating jutsu will be DENIED.
6. The Captain reserves the right to decline your jutsu, and you'll have to erase it. if you don't we will, and if your jutsu is abused after being accepted we can still remove it from existence.
7. Arguing with the crew will not help you, however you can edit and resubmit a jutsu as many times as you like, and feel free to ask questions about why it was denied or ways to fix it.
8. We can deny your jutsu if we think your class wouldn't be able to use it.
9. Custom jutsu are not free, they still require you to train them, and are not added to your jutsu list until that is done.
10. Please refrain from quoting crew in your posts. We will look at your jutsu when we do our reviews, tagging any of us will not make it happen faster.
11. Editing the original jutsu post will not count as a proper resubmission. You must create a new post as if submitting for the first time, if not the jutsu will remain denied.
12. If you reference anything in your jutsu (another jutsu, clan or blood line ability, a weapon) ALWAYS link or spoiler it. failure to do so will result in a denial.
13. No custom jutsu will give rank or stat boosts. This was unspoken before, but now it is written in.
14. No Canon Jutsu will be copied. Be Original.

This allows the Aburame to heal their allies with their own bugs while they are free to move themselves. Up to three patients can be treated at once without sacrificing the use of bugs to protect one's self yet a fourth can be added to eliminate the use of bug jutsu altogether and heal the extra paitient. Offensive medical jutsu can also be used with this on a foe.

This can also be used as a makeshift gurney for patients, they can move around a target and lift it/him/her, and a few other practical implications can be used with this jutsu. Lasts 4 posts before the cost is repaid once more.

Description: The bugs controlled by the Aburame have always had a sort of symbiotic relationship with the host, the bugs provide their power and the host provides them the chakra to survive. When the Aburame is using their bugs and manipulating them to work with and attack, there is a mental connection that is constantly going on and whatever the bugs are feeling, doing and thinking, the host would know this as well and it becomes part of the reason on how the clansmen are exceptional trackers as well. However the bugs thoughts are primitive and would not act well as spies, barely intelligible information is usually given but the host would know the gist of such things from the creepy symbiotic contact with their insects. This jutsu is a passive for any and all Aburame.

Description: This makes a large area pitch black from the opponents point of view due to all the bugs surrounding them in every direction. The jutsu is made of male kikai. This is quite similar to Kirigakure no Jutsu, however, there is a difference. A single female kikai will find the target (usually before the jutsu commences at the will of the user) and the male bugs are able to direct where the target is through the female bug by its special scent that the males can smell.

White Scar:
Exact lengths need to be described in regards to this extension to the blade. Furthermore there needs to be a chakra cost to maintaining the chakra flow, along with a maximum amount of time that the jutsu can be used.

Slicing Wave:
A cooldown period needs to be stated for minimum duration between uses. A maximum distance needs to be listed in reference to the slash.

White Cross Slash:
Denied. The vanishing/reappearing portion of the jutsu is a form of teleportation which is not permitted in most forms, such as this one.

Offensive capabilities need to be removed. This specific jutsu is for healing purposes.
The levels of healing need to be labeled along with their associated costs and effectiveness. (For example; D rank would only be useful for minor injuries such as scrapes and cuts.)
Finally, while the limit for healing is three additional people it should be noted that the cost is multiplied by the amount of people being treated.

Bugs Fly, You can Too:
Bump that up to a Chuunin level cost and the rest is fine.

Hive Mind:
You should propose this to the vice captain as this is more of a passive ability for a clan rather than a jutsu. As a jutsu, this is denied.

The user attacks with 8 swift slashes with his blade before ending the attack with a final strike down upon the opponent with its blade forcing the opponent down to the ground along with lethal slash wounds all over the body.

While charging, the user attacks with multiple strikes, spinning, slashing, throwing, and catching his blades to overwhelm the enemy. The user attacks with such speed that normal eyes are not able to track its movements and even doujutsu has a difficult time trying to interpret the direction incoming attacks are coming from. The user is able to pause and continue onward with the attack in a different direction because during the jutsu the attack only heads in the initial direction. Due to the high speed its hard to see incoming attack unless the user has some doujutsu.

So fast that the airspace in front of the blade is ripped in half and an incredible shockwave is formed that can cut through S-Rank techniques. The hard part, however, is that the User's limb used for this attack is broken in three places and dislocated from each joint. While it is rather extreme, it was made a kinjutsu only because of its self-destructive capabilities. Nobody was actually afraid people would try to learn this, mostly because only the creator of the technique would be crazy enough to keep using it.

1.) For one, increasing the healing of multiple people would make this costs way too much for what it is worth. In a sense it is already making me add a cost per medical jutsu I use with this. The bugs are symbiotic with an Aburame and they share the same chakra, in logic the healing would be done by the same jutsu but that would be applied to each person being healed. This is a Bug jutsu and it is using Bugs to apply a cost to people when in actuality the mass of these bugs are one single entity working the chakra from the Aburame. I already have to use separate medical jutsu on the people in addition of using this jutsu. I am not adding a cost for every other person treated as this would be an astronomical increase in cost. Say I use healing hands on two people with conjuration of this jutsu. The cost would be this --> C Rank Assistance as a base cost to move the bugs. C Rank 2x with the Two people being healed. Its already pretty costly and it reduces how many bugs I can use in battle already. Further increasing this is not worth it and I refuse to change as such.

Also the jutsu does not heal people on its own, it is sort of a passive/active jutsu to use medical jutsu through the bugs as a medium, as the bugs of an aburame are an extension of the shinobi himself. Sooo... Why would I need to label healing when that is already done by the medical jutsu I have.

Third, are you the one making my jutsu or are you the approving it and looking it over? This is used for using medical jutsu through the bugs. Who's to say Kagerou can't figure a way to use offensive medical on his opponents with this? He can already use beneficial jutsu with it, the limitation makes no sense at all.


2. ) I'll boost it to a Genin Rank, that's C in this guild. Chuunin is B Rank... and this isn't doing anything but transportation. Fire can blow up a house at B Rank. Sorry, but thats a bit too high for my tastes for a simple ninjutsu.

3.) I was told a VC had already approved it while the VC who had informed me of this had also approved it. I made it so it could be added to the list of Aburame to make them no suck as bad. Not as a jutsu. Sorry if I had not clarified this but this has the approval, ask around.

1.) While I would deny this, it has its own double edge effect however it can still be worked with. First, reword this to a way where this is not cleaving the very air into a spiraling vortex of extreme speed to rape face with. I know it sounds appealing and would be uber bad a** to do, it just can't happen. A simlar effect however can be achieved by explaining that it is chakra being done in this instance, making the same effect and much more plausible. This jutsu would also need a Speed Prerequisite as well in order to be used from what I see if this is done by extreme speed. Secondly, in order to cleave S Rank Jutsu, this would need to be S Rank on its own and even then there are some jutsu that cannot be broken past. Some elaboration on just what kind of jutsu it can cleave open and bypass, what it can do destruction wise and beef its rank to S will do it.

2.) This will need to be an S Ranked jutsu of its own with an added cost of 20 extra chakra. Not too much of a problem here, but tone down the double in strength... that is a lil' too much. Also, elaboration is needed, see #1.

I see what you mean, however I wish to question something: Given its status as a physical kinjutsu, meaning that it provides greater power in exchange for placing damage or stress on the User(in this case, broken limbs), the power exchange for damage is underwhelming given that this could very easily be a non-damaging technique and have the same strength. I viewed it like this: A-Rank normally, but S-Rank in exchange for an arm, and S+ Rank in exchange for two arms.
