This cape, to me, is a dead ringer for Prince Endymion's Cape

Astra: Rose Breeze
Rose Petals. Quite nice for an Outer Senshi or Tuxedo Mask cosplay.

Rose Guardian
This is actually a reference to Utena, but the third pose with rose petals might work for your Outer Senshi Cosplay.

Long-Stem Red Rose
Alternative to Elysian Knight's red rose item, or the rose that comes with Romantic Moonlight (or Seiya/Three Lights). (Contributed by Sailor Seren)
