If there is to be a ban, or a warning to be issued, it will not be because of one voice.
There will be a group meeting of all the Guild Leaders, and they will all vote on the matter.
No one voice has complete say. Hearing date will be given to the poor Soul who has upset one of the leaders.
If One of the Guild Leaders Bans you, or gives you a Warning for Rude, disgusting, or otherwise bad behavior, or for validated reasons, Please listen to the additive that is given to you and fix the problem before it is heard into a meeting. We do not tolerate slackers, or atrocious social skills

We may be liars, thieves, tricksters, and even outcasts, but we are not traitors. Any treason to the guild, the thread, or any of our leaders will be immediate cause for a warning. Repeat behavior will be cause for a ban. No meeting. No jury. Banned on spot.

Teamwork, and co-operation is a must. If you aren't able to work as a team, or if you feel you have to be the leader of the team all the time, you will do better to just not even ask us for a place of power. Please swallow your pride, and accept the advice, thoughts, and ideas others set out.
