Copeh I SAW THAT GUILD ANNOUNCEMENT SO I MOVED MY a** IN HERE FOR THE TOPICS AND WHATNOT. So yeah. I AM COPEH, WAS ALWAYS COPEH, AND WILL ALWAYS BE COPEH. I WILL WASTE MORE OR LESS TIME ON GAIA UNTIL IT HAS DECIDED IT HAS HAD ENOUGH OF TRYING TO MONEY GRUB AND SHUTS DOWN. ... I have too many good memories to full on quit, so yeah. :T My irl is omgbusy. I work 2 "all the time" jobs and 2 more "sometimes" jobs. It's rough work, but I do enjoy all the monies that I get. Yay monies~ I still draw.. occasionally. Troubles with both my family and art school left me kinda depressed and fairly unmotivated to create. Currently questioning if I should actually consider art as a career. Is it worth it to turn one's passion into an obligation? I dunno maaan. I spend most of my free time gaming. I loves me some League of Legends, aw yiss. Currently looking for a fun mmo to get myself hopelessly addicted to~ SOOOO YEAH. I hope everyone has been well, and I hope to see more peeps pop into the guild. It'd be really nice to see many familiar faces again!
Looks like life is treatin you well; glad the hard work pays off!
Hopefully elder scrolls online will be a good mmorpg razz

Copeh Gahnik I'm still Gahnik and always will be. lol I jump on here on random occasions to check stuff, but I spend most of my online time on tumblr now. I'm going to a community college now for Computer Science after having worked as a school picture day photographer for 2 years. I've been living with my uncle since my parents moved down to Texas last summer. I've been starting to cosplay a little more, and still LARP a lot. I'm gonna be playing ESO at least for a little while, until I decide whether its worth it or not, but I play Diablo 3, and will eventually play WoW when the next expansion comes out in the fall/winter. I LIKE TUMBLR FOR THE PERVERT ARTISTS, JUST PUTTIN' DAT OUT THERE. ...and did I know before that you LARP? That's kinda cool, I had no idea it existed until I saw it in a movie or something. :0 Tell me about your LARP, maan. I assume there are many different themes.
Totally love all the pervert artists that i follow on there, they're amazing.
Possibly lol I've been LARPing for like 4 and a half years now. I know the movie you're talking about, its Role Models. The ones that I go to aren't really like that, they're more like giant D&D sessions instead of army vs army, which is how more european larp-like things are. The one I've gone to the most is high fantasy with steampunk technology. The character I have is an Engineer and Mage that mostly casts magic through runes that I can put on people and things to make them stronger or to deal damage. I also use guns and other random bits of technology that I can make or that I find.

Aeari Hopefully elder scrolls online will be a good mmorpg razz
>;o I am woefully ignorant of most of the mmo scene but I shall look into information about this game. MAYBS WE COULD PLAY IT TOGETHER? I WON'T DRAG YOU DOWN, PROMISE.
Snuffii Are we posting life updates on here? whee Well I'm going to anyway.. I'm still Snuffii... was once Aiqo, iSnuffPot Snuffies etc etc I am living at home in Leeds...but after 6th form I got a job working in the theatre for a year and a half to earn some money and experience. Now I have quit my job because it became mundane and miserable but I applied to university last thing before the deadline!! I got into a few places but chose a uni in London to study Film Production/Screen writing and other film related biz. I start at the end of September and I am soo excited! London will be amazing and I feel like I can thrive there! I'll be a mature student though..older than most students who start :] However.. it's in the South and being a Northern lass Living in london will be an interesting change.. Yorkshire heart heart I am travelling up and down the country to visit family from all the way up from Achiltibuie in the Highlands to down south to Barnstaple in Devon 3nodding 3nodding At the moment I am also working on a book series that I have been planing for aaages. It's very demanding and taking a lot of planning and organising but it will all pay off and I hope it will be succesful.... sometimes I lie on my face and cry into the pages because I can't seem to make any progress crying crying But you never know :] It could take me to amazing places or it could not.. I'll just have to wait and see! Hope you are all well and enjoying your life! M~ heart o3o They way you talk about it all is very uplifting, glad to hear you're exploring various options!
I personally think going to college as an "older student" is much better. Seems to me that society (at least around here in Cali, US) pushes much too hard to get highschool peeps immediately into college, rather than college when an individual feels the time is right. I felt pressured to do college right after I graduated highschool and gave into the pressure. It wasn't fun. I felt pretty aimless most of the time and wasted a couple semester's worth of financial aid. College should be fun and (at least mostly) interesting, and students should be there because they're interested in and passionate about pursuing a goal. JUST MY TWO CENTS.

It sounds like there's huge opportunity for being like "oh well ____ didn't actually do that to me."
There is a lot of trust that people will follow the rules, but everybody usually has a good idea of how much other people can take, and there's players that are also rules marshals around that keep an eye out for anyone trying to cheat. It rarely happens, and most of the time when it does, its because they didn't hear the other person call their skill in the middle of a battle, and its easily corrected.
