Dashner couldn't help but giggle a little bit. He should really text ahead. The last time he tried to summon Rorrim through a mirror, Rorrim was in the shower... He sighed, and he got a wet paper towel to get the toothpaste off of him.
"Sorry," he repeated.

Rory sighed. Yeah, this was a little annoying, but it was nothing compared to the ridiculousness he'd done to himself yesterday. In front of Marceline. Who-

"Oh, crack, is Marceline here?!" Rory opened the boo's bathroom door a crack and looked outside.

Vanissha carried Quicksliver in her dog purse, as she felt her dear young puppy didn't need to be walking when she could have easily carried the miniature dog.



She took what Ms. Sue Nami said to her dead heart, and posted several notes asking for a wolf puppy trainer, in the dorms and all along the campus. Most of them were in the boo's dorms, as she was trying to catch a certain Jersey Manster's eye, but didn't see him... But now she was posting her notes at all the local shops.

She just finished tacking up her poster when she notice Dashner dash off and saw Ronan and Ascreama on a date. It was nice that Dash wanted to give them some privacy. But it looked like those two needed some help. She quickly jotted down something on one of her posters.

"Hola." She said as she walked over to them. "I don't mean to interrupt your date. But was was needing some help in finding my puppy a proper trainer."

She slid a folded paper, her poster, to Ronan and smiled, "You can call me if you have any suggestions."

She winks at him signaling to the paper with a slight head weave, hoping he'd see the little written note on back. Written it said.

COMPLIMENT HER EYES AND SHOES. Works every time. heart

Hopefully if Ronan did need help she could text him ideas over the phone.

"I'll be sitting over there, eating breakfast, not too far away. So let me know."

"Chillax, bro! She was invited, but they have SKRM try outs are this morning."
'So basically, she blew us off,' he thought. He looked out the door to poor Ronan, who was being overly occupied by the blob girl.  

[Rorrim Rory Bludworth]

"SKRM? You mean, Skulltimate Roller Maze?!" Tooth hygine was forgotten. Rory turned to his friend and grabbed him by the shoulders. "The most harrowing, violent, brutal, possibly fatal so-called sport that they let teenaged monsters play? Marceline is doing tryouts for THAT?!"

Rory's eyes were bugging out. "I LOVE Skullitmate Roller Maze!" Rory dropped his hands from Dashner's shoulders. "I mean. To watch. Not to participate in. That would be really dangerous."

"Well yeah. I watch it too, it's fun to see if friends are playing. Do you know if try outs are open to the public? If so, we could go watch, I mean, if you wanted."
Dashner gave a little wink at Rorrim. He had caught up with this by now.

"Watch? You mean, in person? As in, right there? Next to the action? As it happens within inches of you? I don't know, that sounds pretty dangerous." Rory balked. He'd come close enough to death yesterday to satisfy him for a while. Maybe watching everything behind a nice, safe mirror was the best bet.

"um..."
Dashner blinked. He was sure that there wasn't many mirrors there, so he thought of a suggestion.
"What if we sit near the top of the rows?"  

[Ronan Aalto]

Ronan regarded the lacy mask sceptically. "You mean like.. blindfold me?" Maybe it'd work, though his imagination was doing it's best to make him feel ill without even looking at what the girl was doing.
Taking a deep breath he turned his attention to the plate of ungummed up pastries and as suggested, helped himself. He'd have to force himself to eat but what choice did he have?

He stared blankly at Vanissha as she pressed a posted into his hands "I don't... know anything about dogs." He stared at her wolf-in-a-bag, wondering quite how much the poor little thing enjoyed being shoved into a purse like that.. "Wait.. what?" Did she just say date!?? He didn't get a chance to protest as the ghoul sauntered off, so he just stared after her for a few moments before looking at the paper. Did Ascreama even HAVE shoes? He couldn't say he'd ever wanted to look too closely at her.
"um.. " Well this was awkward. He looked toward the boos bathroom where Dashner had disappeared to. What in the seven seas is that glorified poultry doing in there? He wondered, cursing his roommate for abandoning him like this.

"What if we sit near the top of the rows?"

Rory knew that it was only a couple of days until school began...and he'd go back to being tombschooled by his mother. It would probably be a lot harder to fang out with his new friends once school, tombwork, after-school hacktivities and things like school dances started getting in the way.

So, Rory took a deep breath and nodded.

"Let's do it!" He beamed. Then, he stopped, and reflected. "But first, let me go get some pants."

Great, bro! ... And I'll give you some privacy. Meet me out in the die-Ning room!
Dashner stepped out like nothing happened. He walked to their table, and gave an apologetic look to his roommate, before explaining.
"Change of plans. We are going to go watch the SKRM try outs."  

[Ronan Aalto]

He spotted Dashner and looked relieved, then annoyed. "Wait.. SKRM?" Again, nobody would explain what the heck that was! And what the heck had he been doing in the bathroom that resulted in a desire to watch tryouts? He didn't much want to think about that. He moved to stand. "I'll get some food to go then." At last, an escape! He glanced vaguely in Ascreama's direction. "Enjoy your... food." she seemed happy reading her comic anyway.  

[Ascreama Poweurgh]

Ascreama looked up from her book as Vanni walked away, too preoccupied to notice what was said. "I'm sorry, I was totally spaced out, what did she say?"

She glanced down at the note, ignoring Ronan's flabberghosted look. "Puppies! Kawaii!" She exclaimed, twisting around to see the puppy in a bag, "Aww that's just too cute! Makes me all melty!"
She fished a glitter covered pen and a piece of pink note paper out of her satchel and scribbled down a number.
"Maybe Meme could do it? Ascreama pondered, "She's trained tonnes of circus employees!" she counted them out on her pink fingers; "Lions, fleas, skelephants, monk-eeks, sharks and even spiders! I'm sure a tiny adorable dog won't be a bother."

She scooped the remaining treats into a paper bag and stood up with Ronan after Dashner returned. "I'm coming with! Meme's trying out too." Smiling as she handed over the number to Vanni.

Couldn't he catch a break today? He managed to hide the shudder well this time, and went to order something a little more substantial and a hot cocoa to go.
"So this SKRM thing is a big deal here?" He figured it had to be some sort of sport but beyond that, he was clueless.
