Personality:A workaholic who tries and works very hard. Because he is a prince he's stoic, strict, and serious, but really shy when met face to face. He can be a baby at times, but retains a mature demeanor. Underneath it all, Rihou is incredibly caring and treating his people with kindness. He is often really strict about things and is considered honorable.
Bio: Rihou is the last prince of the Imperial family, also the youngest out if his three siblings; however, because of a recent war between his brothers that ended his parent's lives; he is left as the last prince and living member of his family alive, making him the heir to the throne. The people of his kingdom have lost faith and all hope; fearing that he will be like his brothers and cause another war; the gave him the time "Owari no kōfuku" meaning, " Begin of the End=Beginning of the End." Despite his kindness and caring personality, he is hated by many villagers. He is unmarried and considered to be extremely strict because of his work. His dream is to rebuild a broken nation.

Personality: He used to be outgoing and outspoken, even charismatic, But now hes a stumbling insane mess, and wouldn't you be after being trapped in one room for over ten years? Only seeing one person? Hes desperate for people, he wants attention but is terrified of it at the same time. He's highly intelligent given all the work he's done and is very knowledgeable in the sciences of the times. As he is with medicine and sorcery (including divination and astronomy), he;s also really good with animals and plants.
The only problem is he has no good people skills and has totally gone insane from being locked up and alone. He talks to people that aren't there and to things that aren't there. And sometimes just to himself or to 'the air'. But really deep down Im sure theres more to him...He just needs to get out....
Bio: As a child he may have made a few accurate guesses, and he may have seen more than his share of ghosts. But apparently there were something to his claims and his words, at least that's what everyone else thought. So he was first shipped off to a monastery, but then at age 14 they could not 'handle' him. The odd dreams that would come true or herald some truths, the weird events that would occur around him. All were too much for the monks to handle. Apparently he had said one or two more things and when these things began to come true he was carted off to the palace. Where he became the king's private adviser on all things that could or may happen. If the king suspected a traitor, he would venture down to the dungeon, to the guarded room and consult his fortune teller.
No one but the king knows of his existence, not even the guards who guard the room.
Will the new king in this battle for the kingdom free him? After over 10 years in a dungeon only seeing one person every so often, will the Prince treat him better? Will he make any friends even if he is forced to stay in his room?
