Alley 1

Lots of weird things can happen in this alley way. Homeless people. Mutants fighting other mutants. Trying to stay away from hunters.

The Wraith

Lexys was in the alleyway, already taking care f her own power. She was in her usual attire and she rarely ever dressed like some stuck up business woman. If anything, she would personally murder those people. Her gloves still on her hands as she looked around the place, looking for another mutant to bring to the labs. it was a slow day for her, and her mindset was not too helpful with it either. When will I ever find that one again? Seems to just disappear after an explosion that grandiose. She thought to herself as she kicked a can to the wall, her hands now in her pockets. Soon, she walked further into the alley, hoping to find something worth while.

Anna walked around the city sticking to the shadows like she normally did, she was never one who liked eyes on her. Espeially since her father kept her abilities hidden from everyone at the lab, so she learned to keep away from prying eyes. Hearing a the sound of a can smacking against a wall in a near by alley she decided to see what it was, curiosity always getting the best of her. She soon saw Lexys and smiled knowing that Lexys was preoccupied with her own thoughts. "Having a bad day Lex?" She asked curiously moving towards the girl casually. She had met Lexys before and her father and Lexys' worked together so it wasn't unusual for her to talk to Lexys or be seen with her. "You on the hunt again?" She asked now standing by the girls side.

Lexys heard a voice when she was about ready to shoot her soul in Anna's direction. All this time, she was not looking in the girl's direction as she put her hand down. She then finally looked up at the girl and locked eyes with her. "You can say that. I thought you were at the lab..." She said, her voice devoid of all emotion. She did this a lot, but only a few could keep her entertained enough to show emotion. To many hunters, she was feared and very powerful. Then again, when she was n the hunt, anything that got in her way was nothing more than a corpse afterwards. "What are you doing here?" She asked her, trying to pass the time.

Anna didn't even flinch when Lex turned around Arms out reagy to shoot her soul at her. She just stood there smiling. "I was at the lab earlier but it's such a nice day out father let me out to enjoy it. . .funny thing though. . . I have no one to enjoy it with me and looks like you don't want to take a break." She said crossing her arms. "As for what I am doing here. . . I was passing by and herd a noise thought I'd investigate." She said the wind blowing her golden hair gently. "I herd another subject escaped the labs again last night . . . any news on the corporate? They are wiping us clean of test subjects. Any thoughts on how they are escaping? Father and I have watched the camera's but they are always clear of any sight of movement other then the nightly shift." She said wondering how far she is pushing her luck of late.

Lexys listened to Anna as she spoke of it being such a nice day out. She shook her head and folded her arms. "A great day...How so?" She asked the girl, wondering what she was getting at despite the obvious call in saying that mutants are escaping. She had heard about this, and knew that there was an insider. "Perhaps...but maybe I should have a good look at it myself." She said, wondering what this girl would do.
