Evis noticed something change with Hector, it seemed like his tactic wasn't going as he had planned, time to kick it up a notch. The darkness had enveloped Hector completely by now. Out of the shadows a pair of arms appeared, they landed on Hectors shoulder "Hector..." an all to familiar voice spoke out. From the darkness came out John, his clothes were tattered, here wasn't a part of him that wasn't cup up "I'm sorry Sir...they...came out...of nowhere...' John fell to the ground, he final breath escaped him as he lay at Hectors feet.

'No...' She thought, her eyes lit up, feeling as if part of her just died. 'It's not real' She told herself, breaking into a cold sweat as her bottom lip shook with disbelief. 'It can't be real! I refuse to believe it! John wouldn't die like that!' She told herself, feeling the concentration of magic. Using as little magic as possible, she swept her hand across the fake John's corpse, feeling it was completely concentrated magic. She closed her eyes and went back to her spot. 'See... not real...' She told herself, going back to sit in her spot. She was still shaken, but she tried to keep calm. 'The b*****d doing this is familiar with me and my command. When I find out who it is, I will make him wish he had never been born.' She thought, gripping her chest binder again so that it would be easier to breath.

"I think I heard something over here"

Eviz swung around when he heard someone in the distance 'oh darn...' He thought to himself, he ran off back into the woods trying to get as far away from the area, his magic didn't that much of a range so it would die off soon and Hector would return to reality.

"here!" a soldier yelled out when he spotted Hector, he ran up to the disgruntled man "Sir, are you okay?" he went up and tried to help him up.

"Yeah. I knocked these two out with magic, and then I got caught in a magic field." She told them. "How is John."

"I'm right here." John replied, stepping out from the bushes. "You were right. We found a Hannon vessel and have taken it back to camp. We caught them off guard, so no one got hurt. A squad has been assigned there to capture any stragglers trying to escape."

"Good." Hector replied with relief. "You two, take these men prisoner with the others. John... I kind of used to much stamina. Carry me back, would you?"

"Sure." John replied, picking up the short commander in his large arms.

"I don't know about you, but I'm hungry!" She told him. "I made sure to grab some meat, but I don't know if it will be enough now." She jested as he brought her back to camp. The soldiers waiting were extremely happy to see their commander back safe and sound.

Eviz was going in an endless circle now and he couldn't retrace his steps. There wasn't much that he could now. He started to feel the affects of using his magic. "Hello! Anybody!?" he called out hoping somebody would find him,

After a few moments, a soldier found the doctor. "Who are you?" he asked, then saw the Ander doctor symbol. "Woah. Hold on. I'll get you back." He said, carrying the doctor back to camp.

"There you are. You're the last one." A platoon leader said to the soldier carrying the doctor.

"Sorry, it's just I found him in the middle of the forest." He said, referring to the doctor.

"In that case, it's alright." The platoon leader replied. "Bring him to the infirmary."

"oh thank god..." He muttered when the platoon found him. In the condition he was in he would have been an easy meal for any carnivore out in the woods.
It wasn't long until he was being treated on, this was honestly a first for him, he was usually treating himself, it felt strange "I'm fine, I just had a panic attack is all" he told the young medic who was still checking him over.

Not too far from the doctor, Hector's voice could be heard. "I said I'm fine." She insisted as they patched up her small scrapes. "Seriously... wasting good equipment like this." She huffed.

"Oh, stop being so stubborn, Lord Hector." John replied as Hector pouted at him rather then the doctor.

"All I need is a little more food." She told him. "Then I'll be fine."

"Hector, you should really go back and lay down for an hour or two." The head doctor told her.

"But I got orders from the prince this morning, and we have to move the front. We don't want them reclaiming the place, do we?"

"I'll handle it. Give me the orders and it will be done." John told her. Still, Hector was stubborn about it. After a few moments, she finally sighed.

"Fine." She replied. "Carrying me back to my quarters. I'll give you a list." She told John before he picked her up and carried her out of the infirmary.

"I swear, that commander is the smallest and feistiest man I have ever dealt with." The head doctor said as he cleaned up with a sigh.

Eviz looked up when he hear Hector's voice, he only saw John walking away with him in arms.
"Thank you" he said to the medic when he was through. He stood up and walked to the doctor who had been attending Hector "will aloud Thunderbird be okay?" He asked trying to sound as sincere as he could.

"Lord Hector? He will if he stays in bed, but whether he does or not is a debatable point. I'd send someone to watch him, but he doesn't like showing his vulnerability to anyone. John is the only one he lets even be close to him when he's like that. To be honest, I don't blame him." The doctor replied. "You may get away with your petty mind games here, but don't even think about trying to make Hector a test subject."

Eviz smiled and laughed for a moment, he inched himself closer to the doctor "nothing is sacred doctor" he patted the doctor on the shoulder and walked away. Of course he should have known better then to think the head of the infirmary would fall for his ruse, no matter, if he interfered he would find himself being Eviz's next test subject.

"That fool is going to get himself killed." the doctor sighed.

After Hector arrived at the commander's quarters and showed John the princes letter.

"Negotiations this soon?" John asked with surprise. "But I thought the king wasn't going to stop until Norra was under our control."

"That's right. It was Norra who has been calling Ander, not the other way around. We think that they may be onto something that can counter our new technology, so they're trying to stall. We have to keep pressing. They're sending more troops with the supplies, but we have to widen our line and move quickly." She replied before writing a list. "Here you go. Follow these instructions. We can always move this place later since it is an air ship. Make sure to be very through."

"As you wish. Now get some sleep." John told her.

"Fine. Fine." She replied as John turned and left.

Eviz trotted around the camp, he watched how the troops were living out there day, nothing he saw was new to him, or interesting really.
His eyes kept wandering over to Hector's quarters, that's where his true interest lies.

Cedric had reached a manor, the only place he truly recognized in Norra, his home. He walked past the front gate and entered the manor, a well dressed man walked up to him

"Lord Cedric, you're just on time, you have a visitor waiting for you on the garden."

"thank you" Cedric made his way into the garden, waiting for him was a man who seemed much older then Cedric, his clothes were far to elegant to belong to a commoner

"about time you arrived"

John arrived at the main camp and started organizing the platoons. 2/3 of the men were moved to the new line in order to start making preparations while the rest were packing up camp in order to move. The dead on both sides were buried and the traps removed and moved. It would take up to three days to reinforce the new line, and they had less then that to make sure they weren't ambushed during their preparation.

Meanwhile, Hector groaned feeling bored. She was tired, but she didn't feel like sleeping when there was so much to do. Still, John probably wouldn't let her out unless she did as the doctor said. She closed the window and took off her jacket and shirt. "All of that getting ready for nothing." She grimaced, leaving her boots on but taking off her corset and setting it aside. It felt good to breath normally, but it felt weird not to have layers of clothes on. She took off her boots and rolled into bed, trying to force herself to go to sleep.

Cedric smiled when he saw the man who smiled back "long time no see" he said and shook his hand.

"yes, I was enjoying myself up till now" the man jested, he moved away from Cedric and over to a nearby chair "I have everything prepped for you, I've done most of the hard work, now you need to finish it." He picked up a set of neatly folded clothes off the chair and handed them to Cedric.

"no problem" Cedric took the clothes, it was a Norran uniform stolen directly from an officer. Cedric started getting dressed "what has happened so far. Do you suspect Hannon is threatened?"

"not at all, in fact..." The man started pacing around the garden "Norra has been fighting against Ander, they've lost every battle...I believe Norra may be hiding something, these battles could be to just hold there line...

"well whatever it may be, I'll find it" Cedric fashioned the last button on the uniform and inspected himself "well this is we're we part ways again" the old man nodded "it was good seeing you Shepard, thank you" with that Cedric left the manor.

Eviz avoided everybody as they were making preparations, they had their business and he had his. He never stopped looking over at Hector's private quarters, John had left quite some time ago but he couldn't be sure what Hector was doing. He decided to risk it and make a move. He made his way slowly to Hector's quarters, he didn't take the direct way, that would seem to suspicious. He was at the door, before entering he knocked lightly on the door, if Hector was awake he would hear it.
