INFORMATION FOR ASPIRING MEMBERS

Every aspiring member must read the Orientation files before applying.

In here you will find information regarding Sacred Hearts' organization, as well as a comprehensive list of every member and their ranks. At the end is the Application Form. Please submit it to the Roster department once it's completed.

RANKS

▶ Alpha ▷ One position. The Alpha is the General of the Sacred Hearts group, the overall leader and overseer.

▶ Beta ▷ Three positions (1, 2 and 3). Each Beta is in charge of a group of five Gammas. Also, the three Betas have frequent planning and strategics meetings. Along with the Alpha, they organize every operation for the Sacred Hearts group. They rarely venture into the battlefield. They answer to the Alpha.

▶ Gamma ▷ Fifteen positions (I to XV). Gammas command squads of Deltas and Sigmas. Each Gamma manages and is responsible for their own squad. They are active in the battlefield. They answer to Betas.

▶ Delta ▷ These are the foot soldiers, the infantry. They are part of a squad, along with other Deltas and Sigmas (squads are named after the number of the Gamma that commands them; I to XV). Deltas do most of the actual fighting and manual labor, but do very little planning or strategics. They are active in the battlefield. They answer to Gammas.

▶ Sigma ▷ Sigmas are Deltas that have gone through some sort of special training, or that have proven to have certain skills that distinguish them from the rest of the Deltas. Sigmas often change squads according to the mission. They are active in the battlefield. They answer to Gammas.

▶ Theta ▷ A war needs more than just soldiers. Thetas are the various experts that take care of keeping the war machine running without actually fighting. They stay mostly behind the lines and support the rest of the group, making sure the group has everything it needs. They are hardly ever in the battlefield. They answer to all Betas and not a specific one.

>> All new members must begin as either Delta or Theta.
Promotions from Deltas to Sigmas will be granted after taking a special test. Tests can be requested at any time to the Alpha or to the Beta in charge of the squad ((PM the Alpha or your Beta with the specialty you'd like to be tested on)).
Promotions from Delta or Sigma to Gamma are granted by the Alpha or the Beta in charge of the squad.
Betas can not promote a Gamma to Beta, that must go through the Alpha.

Complete all the required paperwork and submit it to the Roster department.
We require the paperwork to be filled in a clear and easily readable handwriting. Scribes can be solicited for those who can not write.
A recent photograph of you will be annexed to your profile. You can either bring one or have it taken in the Roster department.
Please wait until you have received written approval by the crew before starting any activities related to the Sacred Hearts group.
