Adam scowled when Georgia decided it would be wise to push him, sighing he placed his hand to his helmet "Return to your duties, just a drill, your response time was excellent" he ordered, dropping his hand down to his side, Atlas' voice could be heard outside of Adam helmet but no projection appeared this time, "Oh come on, he'd break in ten seconds flat" Atlas remarked with a hint of desperation for some action hidden in his voice, Adam decided to ignore Atlas, and tapped Georgia on the shoulder "We'll never get anything done with that kind of reaction, whatevers bothering you, you can choose to keep it a secret, but you never... NEVER hurt another freelancer on my watch, alright?" he said walking back to his aisle, "And Cali... if I can call you that, let the boy be, he'll talk when he trusts us, until then respect his wishes" he said, without looking towards the two others in the room.
"Arizona, why are you being so pathetic? Just get the information the nice lady asked for" Atlas asked, testing Adam's patience with insults, "Atlas, you wanted me here, and I swear if you keep this up, I'll break your damn AI chip... just be patient, the director will set us up with something soon" he said blankly yet optimistically in the end.

Adam sighed when California started starting back to him, "For the love of... I don't want to break anybody, I never said I did" he replied looking down the sights of his SAW, bringing his left hand up to clean the barrel before returning it to the under-barrel and firing for a few seconds, "This isn't helping anything, if you want to protect him thats good, thats why we're in a squad together, but don't forget hes not the only one in your squad" he said, lowering his SAW and placing it onto the counter, he looked over to California and Georgia, shaking his head as he too was having some trouble dealing with his time in the Freelancer base recently.

Adam was silent for a few brief seconds, Georgia was mistaken to believe anyone had anything to do, the director had been silent for so long about missions. "Sadly, no but I see I'm no longer welcome in your presence, so I'll leave, let you take a breather" Adam replied grabbing his SAW and walked to the end of the room, "You guys get the feeling that we are obsolete?" he asked as he stopped at the door frame.
((BTW, I kind of get the feeling that this guild is dead, {Example, we are the only three posting and the Captain left Gaia a while ago} so I was wondering if you guys were interested in starting a Halo 4 inspired guild, with War games being the main focus, give me some thoughts on the matter.))

Under armor Animus Samus California relaxed slightly, suddenly noticing that she was standing in front of Georgia, fighting the urge to snicker at Georgia's comment. "Sorry, Adam, your AI..." She shook her head. AI, for all their intelligence, sometimes said stupid things. "Call me Stella. I shouldn't be called a place when I have a name." She heard him ask if they felt obsolete and she laughed bitterly. "We were always obsolete. Just like the states we're named after. It just takes time for people to see that. I won't lie and I wish it weren't true, but perhaps being obsolete is a good thing. At least we won't cause too much trouble and hurt people we care about." She said. The last sentence was quieter and sadder, remembering her family. "But does it matter? At least we get paid for being obsolete. I've had worse jobs." ((Sorry, just posting cause I'm EXTREMELY bored.))
