Rio blinked, going a little wide eyed, flushing though and looked down. Composing himself, then smiling a little, "It's....gorgeous...I-I mean you are, Aria...the dress is lovely." Fumbling meaning he was calling her gorgeous in the outfit. Coughing lightly, "I think it's perfect"

And yet, even I think I am one...

Aria blushed slightly at Rio's reaction to her with the butterfly costume ."Thank you Rio. We have a clear winner then. Let me change and then we can get something to eat for lunch. The morning has flowed by already." Aria said to him as she went into the changing room to change back into her regular clothes.

I hate being called a monster...

Rio was blushed a bit trying to compose himself after being so flustered from blurting out like that. Smiling sheepishly, "Y-yes looks like it," having the clear winner. He waited for her as she was changing, 'I can't believe I blurted out like that....i'm such a fool.' Thinking rubbing the back of his head waiting and just babbling things in his head.

And yet, even I think I am one...

Aria was careful while taking the costume off since it was the one that they were getting for her.'I wonder if Rio will get the underline hint that I know that he has wings by picking out only costumes that did have wings.... Somehow I doubt it but who knows, maybe he will by chance.' Aria thought as she put her regular clothes back on after putting the costume back on it's hanger. Next she came back out of the dressing with the costume that they were getting."Ready to go Rio?" She asked him, before heading towards the cash register with the dress.

Rio nodded, heading with Aria to the register. Pulling out his card to pay for her costume. "So...uh" he was fidgeting thinking about what else they could go do. Then blurted out, "jewelry! Ah ah...sorry...I mean, we should go get jewelry next...I-if...there's anything you like...or want to go with your costume." Rubbing the back of his head fumbling on that. Smiling sheepishly, he held his arm out for her. Leading her to the jewelry store to look around.

And yet, even I think I am one...

Aria took his arm and went with him to the jewelry store. the name of it was Severiano Alessio Luciano's Jewelry Store. " Stern, helper, light in Italian if I remember correctly..." Aria said to him before they went into the store. She eyes widen at the variety of jewelry that they had there. From costume jewelry to pieces that was worth close to a million dollars. She headed towards the costume jewelry section while still taking in the other pieces of jewelry that was there.

I hate being called a monster...

Rio chuckled as Aria translated the name. "Ahah...You know Italian?" Wondering about how much and all did she know. "How well can you speak and understand it? Are there other languages?" Asking curiously, wondering if there were ones she was fluent in. He smirked a bit seeing her wide eyed at all the jewelry. "I'm going to...browse around myself, alright. Browse at your leisure. And pick out whatever you'd like. Don't mind the prices." Stating that because he wanted her to look and pick what she liked no matter what. At that comment one of the workers in the store skittered over to Aria and another to Rio. Both all too pleased to assist them both. Since they were obviously some big customers.

Rio wandered off through the store, looking into all the cases of jewelry. Seeing some nice things, but still nothing that totally caught him. Until he wandered to the antique jewelry. Stopping and examining the necklace there. It was a beautiful gold Victorian locket, but with a twist. It was repaired and had another layer added, having a watch piece fitted in. Making it like a pocket watch, but a necklace. And under the watch, when it opened was a part where pictures could be put. Rio was fascinated by it, and he thought Aria may like it. So on the sly, he bought it quickly, having it wrapped and then tucked the little silk satchel pouch it was tied into tucked into one of his pockets. Thanking the employee that assisted him, Rio wound his way back through the aisles to find Aria. "So, have you found anything you like?" Wondering if she'd gotten herself a little basket of things or something.

And yet, even I think I am one...

"Si, my family is of Italian descent and my parents made a point of teaching me Italian like it was my first language. My whole name is Italian and I know some French and Latin." She said back to him before browsing the jewelry on her own before the sale lady came over to help her. they found several jewelry sets that would work well with the costume. Some being actual costume jewelry and the others were simply real and breathtaking. Her small basket was half full when Rio came over.

"Si, I have found too much to my liking. We found several jewelry sets that would work well with my costume. I think I'm all set for now jewelry wise." She said to him as the sale woman left them alone to talk for now. "Did you find anything?" She asked him, not knowing that he had found something, and that it was for her.

Rio listening as she explained. "That sounds nice though that they taught you starting at a young age. Ooh so Multi-lingual, and all very beautiful sounding languages." When speaking them they sounded all pretty like. "I know some French...but more Japanese actually. I didn't really get a lot of tutelage in other languages. Maybe you can teach me some Italian?" He smiled a bit thinking about that.

Looking at her basket full of jewelry. He chuckled, "you did indeed find a lot huh. Lots of shiny little pieces in there huh, well I'm glad you found plenty to your liking." Walking with her to the cashier so they could check out. Shaking his head, "oh...no nothing. I was just browsing looking at all the styles of things." Telling the little white lie, since if he had said he'd found something, she might wonder what it was. And he was keeping it a secret until he gave it to her.

"They did and I'm grateful for it as well. I can as long you will teach me some Japanese perhaps?" She countered back at him with a question of him teaching her Japanese.

"Well, I didn't expect to find that much though. Or that you buy them all at once for that matter." She said as they put the jewelry in cases before putting them all in one bag that that passed to Rio to carry. "Well, let's go eat some lunch before it gets any later." She said as she headed out the store before a slight growling sound came from her stomach.

Rio gave a light chuckle as she did her sort of quid pro quo with him. A give and take scenario, countering that she would teach him Italian, so long as he taught her Japanese. That had amused him, he liked the remark. Nodding, "Alright, that sounds perfectly fair. And it should be fun, I'll teach you Japanese, and you'll teach me Italian. It'll be nice to have that other language." On both sides, them each having another they learned would be cool. Plus it was something else bonding for the two, the activity.

Smirking as she seemed surprised at her own horde of jewelry. That she had picked so much, "Ahah well that's fine...besides it's nice you found all of them, and have those different options for some nice items to wear." Taking the bag as they were leaving the store. Nodding, "We should...get something to eat, you're right. Um...why don't we check the food court area? If there's nothing there, we can go elsewhere before home?" Like if there wasn't anything real good at the food court, they could head somewhere else. For now, he let her lead the way to the food court area and let her pick where and what she wanted to eat.

Aria excited that he was going to teach her Japanese and to teach him how to speak Italian. "I agree and ready to learn something new." She said back to him, looking forward to the lessons.

She blushed slightly as she did fell a little guilty for him buying all the jewelry that she had picked out. Aria knew that some of it was on the expensive side; for all she knew, the total price was over what she would make in one year of teaching! Aria pushed it out of her mind as they left the store to go eat some lunch.

Several hours later and back at the house....

Aria was almost ready for the Halloween Ball that they were going to tonight. She had the butterfly outfit on and was putting the jewelry on. The mask would be the last thing for her to put on. Aria was going to wait until they were there to put it on. Once she was done with the jewelry, she picked her mask and left her room. She went down to the music room to play a few tunes on the piano while waiting on Rio to be ready.

Hanna had to help Rio a bit, after she had helped Aria out with her costume and all. He was just so awkward with the costume, trying to get the suit pieces and everything straightened out and not bunched up or wrinkled on him. Groaning, that he needed help like a child, but he just hadn't been to so many occasions like this, so he wasn't used to the whole costume set up he had to dress in.

Thanking the maid, he headed down, hearing the tune being played, he made his way to the music room. "Ahem...U-um...I'm, ready when you are," smiling a little awkwardly as he made his presence known. Fidgeting a little still in his outfit. Of course he blushed a bit more, seeing Aria in her costume, it was beautiful on her. "Y-you look...I mean...wow," having a loss for words.

And yet, even I think I am one...

Aria finished the current song before turning to look at Rio."Thank you Rio. You look stunning tonight yourself." She said back to him before getting up from the piano bench."Ready to go then?" Aria asked him as she glided over to his side.
