Well, I was about 20-25 minutes in into my 2 session of tulpaforcing when I started hearing a slight whistling kind of sound. Not sure if it was my tulpa or something else though, but I'd like to believe it was him. smile
I kept hearing that for a while and them all of a sudden I got really dizzy, like when you have been sitting down for a long period of time and suddenly stand up, but much worse. The thing is, I was sitting down the whole time.
It became hard to keep my balance and concentration, and it was kinda scary and exiting at the same time. The thing is, I am usually pretty paranoid so thoughts like "am I dying or something?" popped into my mind, but I easily dismissed them and felt safe, which was weird since I usually never is able do do that, at least not that fast. So with that, I am fairly sure it was my tulpa. biggrin I do hope so. What do you think?

I'd say you're doing fine. You're definitely making progress.
As for the dizziness, that may be from the concentration you were putting out itself, instead of from of your tulpa. I'm not 100% sure on this, however, and I might be wrong. Either way, if you're getting a response like that, it shows you're making progress.
And sorry for the late reply. I haven't been on this site for awhile.
