Weeeeellll...I'm thinking we can still carry on...ish. The thing is, the different storylines made it difficult to keep all the crew together (which was a more desirable outcome). I say we can resume the story from it's point -from the simple capture- with a flat slate and original guidance from the story's mother (me of course razz ). I was lame and didn't specify enough of what I thought was appropriate for people to do or not, so when I was letting people have more royalties, others didn't appreciate the new storylines very much and saw me as a push over (while others think of me as too restrictive). I pretty much don't care anymore -I still think the wolves-ness is a cool idea and I'm proud of what people bring to the table when they actually interact more in a more kindly manner (quarrels in the story leaked into some of the player's feelings, turning them away).
SOOOOO I'm pretty much gonna resume w/you, Miss Dajana (since you stated actual interest), if you don't mind. wink Here or in more "private" story form? |

I'm going to pass on this. Sorry, but I do not really like the idea of having to go through the whole thing again and having to remove all of my ideas, which in turn includes mine and Dance's characters.
Besides, no offence to you Acina. But I honestly didn't like it when you kept telling me you were going to quit through IMs because things didn't go exactly the way you planned or you didn't like how certain characters acted around yours. I am sorry, but that is enough to turn me off from the rp. |

Well I'm sad to hear that you are pulling out of the RP Blackbelt... But if it is the case that people will be quitting then maybe Acinad and I could part ways from this RP and write the story ourselves with actual pen and paper or such. And maybe we'll stay in contact with you guys because I loved your characters and personalities as well as some of the possible ideas, but I don't want to be stealing them from you if we actually get this story done ourselves. |

The thing is, whether it was going well for my character or not, I'm the story instigator and beginner as being the GM, so I still did have a say with what displeased me about the way things were going, especially when others weren't very pleased with the side story going on (and I'm not simply referring to my own feelings of frustration with how others acted around my character -there were messages of disappointment from at least one other player). I know you wanted to create more, but the idea of the rp was for us to follow what both me and every person was pleased with, which unfortunately wasn't the case with the new subplot. sad
This is not to say that I didn't enjoy rp-ing with you -it was a thrilling ride, my friend! Things just didn't sit as well as we were wanting it too, but you still were able to invent new characters for your creative inventory to use again in the future. smile I hope you still took out motivation to write and inspiration to continue from this instead of regret! smile |
