I don't know why there's this whole thing about being a "real punk." Dressing a certain way doesn't make you punk. Who cares if you used thread instead of dental floss to patch stuff onto your clothes. For me, it's an attitude and a way of living. Tattoos are wonderful, mohawks are great. You're still a punk without tattoos, mohawks, or piercings. You're not better than somebody because you have them.

I see a lot of it in other places. In general, it's unpleasant. So stop bashing and hating on people, don't shove your vegan cheese slices down everybodys throats, and relax.

Exactly!! People on Gaia keep telling me my music isnt punk when it is! It might not be their favorite but who cares.I made a GG Allin post in the punk fourm under music and a couple people say how much they hate em.He lived the punk life.He lived the way he wanted.He did what ever he watned and he died with no regrets.He is one of the few people in this world who can say they died happy & did everything he wanted.
