Shinjin turned at the sound of more footsteps approaching the building through the sand. He noticed a little girl and a man, both of whom he had never met before. "Are you Drifters?" he called to the people through his barrier which surrounded the building. He would let them in if they were Drifters, and they didn't appear to be WISE or Taboo. However, he still didn't want to jump to conclusions.

"Hmm... I'm a neutral and he... I guess he's a drifter." Fuyuki hesitated for a second before answering the man."I'm not a WISE nor taboo and this guy here is new." She said to make sure he don't misunderstand what she is saying.

ryoku heard the three people talking and walked over to them "im a drifter and i know these guys trust me they're OK" ryoku said looking at shinjin he hoped that he would be allowed to enter so that he could prepare to search for the gate

Jaakuna let out a small whistle as he aproched a building with the barrier around it, sand shifitng under his feet with every step."means some one must be here.." he said as he got closer, blowing some of his hair out of his face,though his stepps faltered for
a moment, his twin brother, Identical twin brother was a WISE...what if they had already met him, what if they saw him and thought that Jaakuna was him..Damn, that wouldent be the first time his brother had pulled something like that, he continued to walk, contomplating this in his head, not noticing how close he actually got to the building befor he noticed the people around/ inside the barrior.

She said, as she faded away....

Shinjin sighed. "I guess you don't seem to be a threat. You can come in. Just leave the crowd behind you outside," he said, pointing to indicate a large amount of Taboo approaching, "Jeez, there must be around a hundred of those little buggers out there. Hurry up, get inside. I'll take care of them." Shinjin created a small hole that was big enough for the three psionists to escape through, but not the Taboo, which were all gigantic, lumbering monsters this time. Shinjin then created another barrier, the same size as the one that he made around the building, around the entire mass of Taboo. "You know, I'm rather glad you're all so large. It makes my job a hell of a lot easier," he said to the Taboo. Shinjin then caused the barrier to rapidly shrink, compressing and crushing everything within. Eventually, the entire second barrier imploded, leaving nothing behind. All of this happened in approximately five seconds, only because Shinjin had taken the time to speak to his victims.

Hitoshi Ko

Ko was unsure of what exactly was going on around him, and given that the other people seemed to be well trained psionists, he didn't want to piss anyone off. So he stayed quiet until he was given a chance to come in to the apparent safe zone. Once inside he turned around to look at the creatures that seemed to be swarming.

"Okay, now...I am more than a little lost right now. Fuyuki, you said those monsters were called...taboo was it? How the hell did those things come about? I need a LOT more information than what I have. Also, what the hell did I do to that one taboo that almost killed me? I shot some kind of beam or something?"

Ko was more than a little confused and was beginning to become more outwardly fearful of his current situation of which he had no understanding.

"Thank you." Fuyuki said before walking in. She notice the man is a strong psi user as he can kill them in such a short time. "Yes, they are called taboo. After you arrive in PSYREN, you landed on a taboo. And with your already activated psi power, you kill them. The power you used is called burst. " Fuyuki took a deep breathe before continuing. "I assume you don't have any weapon now. Here, take this. Also, don't use your power too much even if you don't know how to. " She placed her hand into her sleeve and grab on a short katana. She then pass it to Ko.

ryoku walked in and nodded as he saw shinjin destroy the tavoo"nice"he said as he thought about the limits of his own abilities he over heard fuyuki and hitoshi speaking he figured he didn't make the best impression on them and decided to do some damage control "hey remember me sorry to intrude but i dont think a katanna is the best idea its a close quarters weapon after all"he said as he stuck one hand into his bag and pulled out a pistol "i think this would be better for the time being and i just wanted to apologize for what happened earlier"

Ko grabbed the katana when it was handed to him. "So I guess burst is a psionic ability?" He inspected the katana closely. He was a weapons enthusiest so he had to ensure that he was in fact going to be able to wield the weapon. "Wait, why not use this power? It destroyed that monster in a single blow." He began giving the blade practice swings and practicing stances. "Wouldn't it be easier to just use it?" When the other man spoke up Ko was confused. At first. It took him a minute to recognize the boy who had antagonized Burton within his own home.

"Why apologize? You didn't even do damage, to my knowledge anyways. Besides, I can understand your hatred for that man." Ko grabbed the pistol with his other hand and began inspecting it now. It was decent weight with an accurate sight, though if it shot straight was another question. Ko stepped away from the two who had just given him weapons, into a more empty space, closed his eyes and focused. A scenario appeared in his head. One of those creatures. He deflected and slashed at it's tail on the ground then shot at it's black orb thing. Direct hit. "I can use both, they will do quite nicely."

Fuyuki looked at the guy that walked in with them. "Well It's true but bullets are limited. And unlike the pistol, you can use a sword until it broke. " She said to him before turning to Ko and continue. "It's the best if you can use your power." Fuyuki realized she have yet to found the finishing area is. "Umm.. the blue hair pistol guy and the white hair barrier guy, have you check where is the payphone to the exit is?" Fuyuki asked.

"Yes, I will join you. What about you, Ko?" Fuyuki turned to ask Ko. She took out another katana from her sleeve but this one is longer and lighter. "I wonder is it far from here? Hope we won't meet any WISE." Fuyuki said to herself.

"All right. I'll be right behind you. Just give me a few seconds," Shinjin said to the group who was going to check the location of the gateway home. "Eien! I'll leave you, Hotaru, and the cure user to look after Kurayami!" he called to his friends, "I'll go with the rest for now, and meet up with you later." He then returned to check the location of the gateway. It was about ten miles to the north of the building, and there were relatively no dangerous areas between the building and the gate. That's strange. Why is this such an easy challenge? Shinjin wondered, I had a tougher trip on my first visit to Psyren, so it can't be because it's the other boy's first time here. Is it a trap?

Ko was more than a little confused again. "Okaay~, we need to talk. I have no clue what is going on here, could someone fill me in as things are going on instead of just assuming I understand? Why are we looking for a phone? We have this barrier so I'm assuming you guys can spare a minute to not leave me behind." Ko used the belt loop of his pants as a temporary sheath as he checked the ammo of the gun. About 19 shots left. Hopefully he wouldn't need to fire any. The sword was perfect for single handed use so he held the pistol in his left hand, the sword in his right, holding it back edged on his shoulder while he talked. "Besides, I wanna know more about what I did to that taboo, I mean his arm just disintigrated!"

Fuyuki get annoyed at Ko. "Just stay still and isn't seeing yourself better than explaining? And I don't think this can be explain by plain logic." She rolled her eyes and said. "I remember clearly I had told you, you killed the taboo."Fuyuki is nearly bursting.
