Kurayami Hakko

When Kurayami arrived in the barren desert that was Psyren, still barely able to mave his body, he cursed his rotten luck. Damn, he thought, This couldn't have happened at a worse time! Eien and I will still be exhausted from the incident with Kuro, and I won't last long without help. He lay there for a while, trying to rest for as long as he could, hoping that one of his friends would find him before the Taboo did, or worse, before WISE did. He lay there for about ten minutes, then found himself able to move somewhat. He could only run if he were to use his Enhance, so he decided to save that for later, when he really needed it. Kurayami wandered around for fifteen more minutes, but remained unable to locate his friends. He did manage to locate a shelter, the only building that was standing for miles around. He walked towards the building, his pace quickened a bit. But, his path was interrupted as a humanoid Taboo burst from the sand directly in front of him. Kurayami used his Enhance to try to flee from the Taboo, running towards a massive dune about fifty feet behind him, and successfully placing a great deal of distance between himself and the monster. Before he could reach the top of the mountain of sand, Kurayami felt his legs give way beneath him, and he collapsed, sliding down the side of the dune. The Taboo sensed its opening and was almost instantly caught up with Kurayami. As the Taboo prepared to attack its wounded prey, Kurayami, out of other options, desperately cried out, "Help!"

No time for good byes.....

"Iv bin walking around for an hour now and i still have no clue ware in the godforsaken place i`m at" Jaakuna sneered as he trudged threw the waste land known as Psyren"Don`t think any one is out here neither" he mumbled as he looked about."and i`m talking to my self, grate.." he said out loud, stepping over a twig, though he didn't see why he was being so careful,with the way he was talking out loud to him self, people should be alerted by now that he was here."not to- " he stopped, hearing a distinct "Help!" "The hell is that" he said as he broke off into a run, damn so there were others here"Say something again! " he called, hopefully he would be able to pin point the person before it was too late, pour soul probably ran into a Taboo, or worse..a WISE.

She said, as she faded away....

Fuyuki landed safely after suddenly appearing in the sky. She heard someone shouting and quickly follow the sound. She found a person shouting. "Excuse me, sir. Did you plan to lure those monster here with that loud noise of yours?"Fuyuki asked.

Hitoshi Ko

"Hello?"

Ko answered the phone in a confused fashion, suddenly blinded by intense sunlight. He recoiled in pain onto whatever surface he was laying on. His head was no longer on that one girls lap, but it was on something soft. Ko kept his eyes closed for a moment to assess his situation. He slid his phone back into its rightful place and his hand brushed the ground he was on. Without opening his eyes he ran his hands across the ground. It wasn't solid, but there was something solid underneath it. It felt like sand with a brick wall underneath.

Ko rolled over, his head falling off of whatever object it was on. Ko didn't make another noise as he opened his eyes to look at the ground. Sure enough it seemed to be a large amount of sand on top of concrete. As he pulled himself up he noticed his fever was beginning to go away. The nose bleed was now in full force though. As Ko reached standing stature he saw the soft thing he had been laying against. It was a patchwork monster that seemed to be sleeping. It was much larger than Ko had initially assumed it was. In fact it was almost as large as his house.

Ko was not freaking out outwardly in case this creature was aggressive, however it was still sleeping, and Ko had faintly heard a scream in the distance. While he couldn't run, he slowly shifted his way across a see of sand and debris. These buildings were all trashed in ways Ko didn't think possible. This place was no where near where he was when he had picked up his phone.

His phone! Ko pulled his phone out to see if his GPS could find anything. However, his phone could not get a time reading, nor a location citing. Was he no longer on Earth? How far had he been ripped from Japan? He came over a large dune and saw two people. One in an outfit he couldn't mistake. The other was new. Ko didn't indicate himself because there was something else near them. It resembled a human, but it was patchwork like that monster Ko had awakened on. He slid down the dune only to land face first in the sand at the heels of the creature. At this angle he could see even more that the creature was in fact not human.

However it seemed to notice Ko as well. It turned its head around and immedietly threw a punch at Ko's head. Ko rolled out of the way, the fist creating a massive indentation where Ko's head would have been. He gulped as the creature angled its arm and went to trow another punch. Ko cringed at the impending impact, wishing he had a better defense. Then the creature cried in pain. Ko opened his eyes to see that creatures arm, up to the elbow was missing, and electrically sparking. The creature was grasping at the wound in amazement and pain.

Ko's nose had stopped bleeding, and as his eyes had closed a layer of static visibly engulfed Ko. When the creature made contact, it was as if it had punched right through, but his arm disintegrated upon contact.

Ko felt energized after his impending death. Charged. He looked at the creature in pain and went to punch it. The creature jumped back but didn't expect the wave of electricity to surge out of Ko's fist. Ko hadn't expected it either. The wave blasted a hole through the creatures chest, right in the strange black sphere thing.

Ko stared at his sparking fist in shock. What had he just done? He turned his head to Fuyuki, "Ummm...what...did I just do?"

Fuyuki look at Ko excitingly. "Cool, you did it! You did it in the first time!" She clap her hands loudly as she said. That is burst right? I'm sure he did it without any effort. And he hit straight on the core. Fuyuki smile and reach out a hand to grip Ko's. "Ignore it, I will tell you after we reach a safe place. I don't want to get killed while we're talking here. Come on, let's go. She pulled Ko and they ran. Fuyuki looks around like searching for something.

Rokuro had been carrying Eien for a couple minutes after they first entered Psyren. It couldn't have been at a worst time. They settled down to rest for a minute under an abandoned building. They came across another a Drifter called Mika Yami. A cure Psionist. He was nice Enough to heal Eien to full health. Rokuro told Mika they had another friend that is injured. Mika decided to go with them to help. They were going across the city when they heard someone scream. They headed toward the noise and saw Kurayami being attacked by a Taboo. Eien said, "I'll handle this Rokuro." Eien used his Enhance to get right behind the Taboo. He then grabbed the arm the monster was going to attack with and used his Enhance to rip it clean off. The Taboo fell to the ground crying out in pain. Eien smiled and said, "Hey Kurayami-kun, nice to see you didn't die." Eien dropped the monster's inanimate arm to the ground and proceeded to walk to the front of it and said, "You know your shadow can be your own worst enemy." Eien stuck out his hand and a large rectangular black blade came out from the Taboo's shadow, cutting it in half. The blade disappeared, and blood sprayed Eien. "Such a waste..," Eien mumbled. He turned to Kurayami and said, "Kurayami-kun, are you hurt at all?"

"Well, looks like i`m a bit tardy" Jakkuna said as he aproched the place ware assumed the help originated from."Glad to see some got to him though" he stated a he walked up to Rokuro, Eien and Kurayami."nice to see you all again"

She said, as she faded away....

Kurayami was relieved to see all of the familiar faces, as well as a few that were new to him. "I'm fine, Eien. The man over there distracted the Taboo," he told his friend, "By the way, how are you able to walk around so easily?" He then remembered the shelter that was relatively close to where they were right now. "Eien, earlier I saw a building not too far from here. The Taboo was guarding it. Let's go there and see who else we can find there," Kurayami suggested. He got to his feet, then struggled to walk towards the shelter.

When he arrived at the shelter, he was amazed to find a barrier around it. This barrier definitely wasn't here earlier, Kurayami thought, This obviously means that someone new has arrived here. Are they friend or foe, is the question. Kurayami definitely recognized the barrier from somewhere. That's when it struck him. "Shinjin!" he called, "Let us in!" Before long, the doors of the building opened, and Shinjin appeared through them. "Well, look at what the cat dragged in," Shinjin said with a faint smile as he lowered the barrier, "Come on in. There's someone here who's been worried about you." Kurayami limped in to the shelter, and was almost immediately embraced by his sister. "Where were you?" she inquired, "I was so worried!" Kurayami returned Hotaru's embrace, then replied, "I'm sorry that I made you worry, Hotaru. I was with Eien, though, so I'm OK. Where were you?"

Hitoshi Ko

Fuyuki seemed to be in a hurry to get away from those people. However, given what he had already found out about this place, they may need as much help as possible. Plus, if those people weren't capable of defending themselves, then they may be in danger. "Ummm...Fuyuki, shouldn't we help those other people? I mean, I don't even know how I just did...whatever that was I just did, but what if they can't fight others of those things?" He pointed out that the whole reason he had even found that spot was because someone had cried out for assisstance. "I mean, if he could have defended himself wouldn't he have done so? Besides, where are we even going in such a hurry? Where ARE we for that matter?" Ko had many questions but wasn't sure how safety was supposed to be found if he did not in fact know where he was.

Eien, Rokuro, and Mika followed Kurayami. They then saw that Kurayami had found his siblings. They walked up behind Kurayami and Rokuro said, "Look it's a family reunion, but i think you need to pick a different location next time." Eien laughed. "Good to see you two are ok. But Kurayami I must insist you lie down for a moment. I have a Cure Psionist that can help you. Mika stepped forward and introduced himself and said, "My name is Mika Yami, I believe I can help you."

"Shut up for a minute. I told you I will get you to somewhere safe first before answering your question. Let's go there" Fuyuki point at a building with a few people standing there. She drag Ko at full speed and ran to the building despite his injuries. "Hello, there. Whoever you are, can you let us in?"She shouted at those guys. Fuyuki suddenly stop and look back at Ko "Wait, do you still have your PSYREN card?"

Hitoshi Ko

Ko was shut up by the command in her voice. When the reached the building he realized that all the people from before were already there. They must have made a wrong turn in getting here. However the thought of all these people, what if others did have psionics? Would they all try to kill him as had been happening before? This caused him to be FAR more wary of the situation. When Fuyuki asked if he had his card he quickly pat his pockets in order to feel for it. He felt where it was supposed to be and pulled just the corner out of his pocket to ensure it's location then put it back in deep to ensure it's safety. "Yeah I've still got it. Why? What does..." The gears in Ko's head began to turn. "Is this Psyren? What the hell? How did I get here?" He asked these questions to himself, not wanting to incur Fuyuki's wrath. This situation was odd and he was trying to piece it together in his mind. Why was he waiting for them to respond anyways.

The sound of a faraway siren sent a shiver down Ko's spine. He wasn't sure of what that was but it scared him, especially the accompanying screams of creatures that were obviously not human. He was beginning to lose his calm composure as he had no idea what was going on around him and with no info could not asses his safety.

Fuyuki gave a relief sigh. "If you lost that card, you can't go back. Yes. This is PSYREN. You got sent here by Nemesis Q. The thing you killed earlier is called taboo. In here, It's either to kill or to be killed. " Fuyuki look at the building. She walk near to those people and try to get in. But stopped half way and wait for another question.
