Biggest thing: Only ever submit your own work. Unless the contest specifically states otherwise all content entered must be original.

Follow the terms of the individual contest to qualify.

If you've already won a contest or random giveaway prize please give some one else a chance to win.

Due dates on things are generally non negotiable.

If the prize is gold I will send the trade to you within one day of you winning, same with item prizes.

I reserve the right to disqualify contestants; and you have the right to question my decision.

All entries should be posted in that contest's thread, do not pm me your entries unless specifically stated otherwise.
