[PRP] Um...Are we trapped? (AkelaxRox)

"Your darn right I'd get you out of depression,"Akela said with a laugh while continuing on to the island. "My family is big and crazy but I love them none the less." She carefully walked a cross the land bridge and noticed that it was very slippery and her feet sunk into the ground. She stared at the ground for a minute before she noticed she was really starting to sink into the ground. She began to panic some "Um Rox I'm sinking" Akela whined while fighting to get a paw out of the goo.

Almost managing to run completely past her, Rox' turned back around to see what was happening. "You're sinking?" He restated, padding over to her and cocking his head to the side. What did she mean.. Oh. Realizing that she was simply sinking into the sand a little, he was tempted to let out a laugh. Tempted. He held it in, letting out a soft chuckle instead. He didn't want to hurt his.. girlfriend's feelings. "Oh please. Don't worry, you're fine."

Circling around her to get a good look at the situation, he came back around to face her, sitting down simply with a slight smirk on his lips. "You're silly, calm down." Rox' shook his head at her. "Pull each paw out. One at a time." Clucking his tongue quietly, he let the smirk continue to tug at his lips. "Be sure to do it slowly, however. You'll be sitting there for a rather long time if you don't."

Akela blinked for a second than slowly brought one paw at a time. There she was all free of the sand. She stared down at the ground and wonder. Well hell she was just trying to larch forward like she had been running. She made it over to solid ground and noticed Rox was snickering at her. "Ah thats not nice Rox laughing at me."She said with a pout and her lower lip sticking out.

Rox' quickly put a stop to his soft laughing, now that she had noticed him doing so. He kept himself calm for a moment.. But then a thought suddenly struck him, causing him to let out a short laugh. "And when - you know, when exactly - did I ever say that I was nice, darling?" He asked, the smirk still on his face as he sat up, tilting his head to the other side this time. Giving one last chuckle and heaving a small sigh, he nodded. "Alright. Alright, I'll stop."

Turning back to the new island they would be exploring, he began to walk again. "Not still bothered about sinking into the sand and all, are you?" Rox' teased fondly, the smirk on his face being replaced with a small, toothy little grin.

She looked down at her feet than at him. 'Yeah yeah keep laughing boy so where that gets you tonight," she told him feeling very stupid and trying to get him to stop. Akela gave him a glare. "OH your so in for it now." she told him and she lept at him trying to land on him/pin him. She wiggled around trying to get him to fall.

"Oh?" Rox' couldn't help but let the smirk return over his muzzle. My, she was making this far too easy for him. "How very interesting. There's the possibility of me getting somewhere tonight?" Yes, he was a tad bit mean when it came to teasing, but he couldn't help it!

Letting out a cry of surprise as she pounced on him, he stood his ground for a moment before allowing himself to fall on his side with a watery flop. Huffing and blowing his now wet bangs away from his face, Rox' looked at her with a raised brow. "And now I'm wet." He quickly moved to nudge her over onto the wet sand with a gentle shove, feeling a bit... playful for once. "Oh look. Now you are as well."

Akela pulled herself up to a sitting position in the wet sound glaring at him. She was in a fluster "Uh... grr. you...ugh...thats not what I meant and you know it,"She huffed at him. Flinging wet sand his way. "But I made you wet remember that later. I got you wet first," she said semi-catching onto his game though she was still in a huff about the first comment she got into a half crouched position.

He grinned slightly as she pulled herself up to sit, letting a chuckle out at how flustered she was from his actions and words. "Ah? Well then, what did you mean?" Rox' asked, tail giving a quick flick as he brought himself upright again. "Will I be getting somewhere tonight or not?"

Bringing himself to his feet completely, Rox' began to slowly back away from Akela, keeping his eyes pinned on her. She was planning something, moving into that crouched position, oh yes. He continued to back himself away, moving towards the island they were heading to. Ears flicking back, his grin grew a little bit wider. She was most definitely planning something. "Oh, of course. Right, right. Of course you did." A full grin now on his face, he slowly wagged his tail. "Of course."

This was fun.

"I meant that i'd just leave and you would be stuck here by your self" she said in a huff still while watching him back away. If he kept it up she wouldnt be able to reach him and that wouldn't do. So she slowly advanced on him. "And I did to get you first,'She said as he began to get under her skin.

She moved forward than launched herself at him. Her mouth gently attacking his neck and growling at him sounding very vicious but it was all play.

"You would leave me here, all by my lonesome?" He said, tail giving a flick to the side. "Really?" Continuing to keep his eyes on her, he advanced towards the island, making a mental note in the back of his mind that they were almost to the other side. "My, that would be unfortunate."

Rox' let out a laugh when she launched into action, expecting this. Letting out a snarl - playful, of course - as she mouthed his neck, he gave a few gentle swats at her ears before starting to gently, gently, gently n** at her face. "Oh yes, you're quite the fierce little fighter." He teased, grinning toothily as he reached up to snag one of her ears in his mouth. Letting out a playful growl, he began tugging on her ear. "Very, very fierce." He growled out in a muffled voice, holding back the urge to laugh. No, doing so would cause him to lose this ear!

"It be your own doing," She said around the hold she had on his neck. She began gently nawing on his neck as nipped her ear. Soon as he nipped her ear she froze. That felt odd but good. Nipped again and she was shivering and making soft mewing sounds. She gave a shake of her head still with his neck in her mouth.

Rox' finally let out a laugh, letting go of her ear. "No, it really wouldn't!" He growled out playfully, giving a shake of his head in disagreement, making sure not to move too much so she wouldn't lose her grip on his neck. "As it would be you leaving me. I would just be sitting there, doing absolutely nothing." Oblivious to her little mewls, he reached over to n** at her ear once more with a chuckle. "Your choice, not mine~"

He hadn't had this much fun since.. er. Well, Rox' hadn't ever really had this much fun before, there was never anyone willing to talk, let alone play with him.

"Buhht(but)..Ihht(it)..whood(would)..ove(of)...heen(been)..hor(your)...hault(fault)"Akela said holding onto his neck. She let out playful growls and giggling every once in awhile. He nipped her ear again and that was her undoing. She moaned into his neck than slowly let go and laid under him with her neck exposed and her front paws drawn into her body. Her breathing was a little rough and she was becoming excited. She looked up at him. Her eyes saying she liked it but they were also blank letting him decided what to do. She knew not to pressure him.

Rox' laughed around her ear again at her as he tugged, laughing more at her giggling than anything else. Hell, it was contagious! His grin still on his face, he tried to reach over and n** at her other ear, only to.. have her move away? What on earth was she doing? Weren't they play-..

..Oh.

O-OH GOOD LORD, THAT WAS NOT WHAT HE WAS EXPECTING AT ALL.

In the blink of an eye, he turned into a flustered mess. "U-uh. I- uh. Er. I can't.. I - uh." He basically flung himself away from her, the biggest blush he could ever manage making it's way over his face. "Ah hah. Ah.. Uh... We, uh, w-we were going to that island, right?" Unable to even form a proper sentence, he turned tail, beginning to trot off towards their destination for the afternoon. Fast. "Let's go do that. I - er. Uh. Y-yes. We're going to go do that. Uh.. C-come on."

Playtime was over, apparently.

Akela laid there on her back stunned for a minute at how fast everything just happened. Her poor mind didn't have time to make sense of it. But as it slowly sank in she began to understand what happened.

She rolled over onto her side and curled up right there in the wet sand not moving an inch. Her ears laid flat on her head. He just shoved her away again and it was all her fault. Even though logically it was an accident and both their faults but right now she wasn't in logic mode. She stayed there for a few more moments before slowly getting up and following after him. She was no longer happy. Nope, she was sad. She thought that they were making progress not that she had wanted to advance like that. No that was an oops. He found a spot that she herself didn't know about and now he was probably thinking she was wanting more and he was going to close up again after he had just started to open up.
