So What Gundam Series Got You Hooked Into Gundams.

Hm... as a series a lot of time focused on Heero, and he's pretty focused on everything as a whole so I kinda lean to that side. However, after watching the Endless Waltz and a bunch of the OVA stuff it came with and reading the Episode Zero and background stories plus the Endless Waltz itself I can totally see why a friend of mine really liked Duo.
He's a tragic character like Trowa, whom I also felt sympathy for but his personality and quirky behavior were amusing to watch, he tries to help people too.

Not to say that they aren't all basically good characters, it just goes to show how complicated things can get with different perspectives.

Yeah I definitely like Duo the most out of the Wing characters. I used to like Trowa and Heero, but looking back they didn't have much of a personality. Duo would be loud, threatening, quirky and a lot more, but the other characters had very little depth to them.

Also I always found Quatra to be kinda annoying and not really do much...even with the Zero System.

I noticed that with Quatra too, he seems very basic. You don't find out all that much about him even if you read the Zero Episode contents.
He does also have a pretty sad story but... you just don't quite feel it in the same way.
It's possible that they had too much fun designing Duo maybe?

I noticed that with Quatra too, he seems very basic. You don't find out all that much about him even if you read the Zero Episode contents.
He does also have a pretty sad story but... you just don't quite feel it in the same way.

If memory serves he was the closest to being a pacifist in the group, I think... although he did come from a pretty war heavy area.

Wasn't it that Quatre was the only boy of many sisters, from what had been a very rich province/ country. And the only reason he sought to fight at all was to end the issues sooner, as his people were suffering too much?
