I prefer watching anime in Japanese with English Subtitles.

Pref japanese raws. heart I feel there are certain aspects that get lost in translation but subs are cool too. If I had to choose I usually end up using english sub and occasionally spanish or italian subs.

English subs with Japanese audio for me, I might tolerate some English dubs, but that's very rare.

I gotta say it depends on the anime. Since the US seems to only have like ten anime voice actors that do the major animes, I tend to gravitate towards Jap with sub's on a regular basis, but sometimes the English Dub is really good and vice versa, so all the animes I like I've usually seen in both and will watch on a more regular basis with my favorite of the two.
