there has been a lack of pie around here...

Quick Pie!! We need dutch apple, boston creme, key lime and banana creme pie!! Maybe some nice bread pudding or strawberry cheesecake too. What kind of pie based dish is gluten free? I don't want to leave PQ high and dry so I figure some kind of soy based tart that doesn't taste like flavorless gelatin....

You can make a chocolate cream pie with a gluten free graham cracker crust for PQ. Delicious! 4laugh
