Introductions ( Post here First)

[Saetril]

Name: I prefer to be called Saetril or 'Tril on Gaia... though my nicknames are endless it seems! My birth name is Jennifer (go by Jeny). Nicknames include Snowhawk, Orbity, Jenygirl, Bubbles, Bubblehead, Toby, Jello, Punkin' head, Conifer, Brat... lots more!
Age: 34... though I lose track sometimes... chronological age means less than experience/knowledge/wisdom to me!
Path: Eclectic... I take bits and pieces and integrate it into my own. I find labels to be too limiting! I have a pretty good base in Wicca. I do a lot of workings with candles and the elements, practice Reiki (2nd degree), very nature based in my spirituality, drawn to Quan Yin and goddess imagery but honor and include male/god energy. My father has been Wiccan since before I was born, though, I didn't know and came to it on my own when I was in my early teens... realized that I had been doing some stuff intuitively for as long as I could remember! I respect all beliefs and find theology, mythology and philosophy facsinating!
Hobbies:
Reading- I read A LOT!
Singing- mostly in the car, some bardic in the SCA and even a little kareoke biggrin
Dancing- anywhere, any time, randomly, like a Fraggle, for no reason at all other than the love of movement! Have been dabbling in bellydance and ecstatic dance.
Arts & Crafts- I love to draw and do little crafty projects like mask making, painted rocks, beading, sculpture... fear my mad arts & crafts skills! *giggles*
Camping/hiking/nature walks/swimming- love being out in nature! I live in an area that is part of the Pacific NW rainforest... I LOVE IT!
Spending time with my loved ones- my kids, friends, family, and furry kids!
SCA- (Society for Creative Anachronism) not very active right now but have been in the past and love it! Eventing, singing and story telling around the fire, Ithras (historically based college), Arts and Science, watching my friends in various competitions... SO MUCH FUN!!!! The drumming and dancing at night is an itch I'll have to scratch SOON!!!!
Crochet- great to do while watching a little TV at night

Other: I read tarot. My favorite deck is the Shapeshifter deck. I am a bit of an empath. I am prone to babbling and randome bouts of silliness... BEWARE!!!!

Path: My own. I sometimes call myself a Monist or a Spiritualist. Basically I believe it is up to us to find our own path to the higher powers. My patron Goddesses are Bast by my choice and Artemis by her choice (she appeared to me recently). I also favor the faerie queen. I call her Titania for lack of a different name at the moment. I haven't been contacted by her yet.

Hobbies: reading, writing, video games, watching tv, talking to friends, learning stuff

Other: I am a male to female crossdresser though I don't do it very often. When I am female my name is Cynthia and I am also a faerie (possibly a princess I don't know). My avatar is female and changes quite often but I am a guy and admit that freely. I hope that won't bother anyone. Path: Pagan. I'm still in the work of studying many different religions. It started off with Wicca, but I have mixed it with soo many other pagan beliefs, I feel as though I might offend those who are truely wiccan, by calling myself such.
Interests: Learning, writing, foriegn languages (I speak english, german, french, spanish, and am attempting to learn Welsh, and Danish.) and criminology. Yes, i do realize this is a strange mix, but it keeps life interesting. I also cast runes, I have found I am not so good at tarot.... All in all, I am happy to be here.

Path: Eclectic pagan, though leaning on the wiccan side (I both agree and disagree with wicca. Basically I'm just a spiritual lover of nature and earth, curious about the esoteric and occult. Nothin' particularily dark about me either, and I try to stay away from the fluff. It's ridiculously easy when you have no interest for it.) sweatdrop

Hobbies: Learning, playing, socializing ... I'm a nerd at heart so naturally, I love gaming and science. I collect things from nature that speak to me in some way. I sing alone and in local choirs and I adore herbology. I'll have the herbs and knowledge to cure or soothe many conditions, and I dream to become much better at it.

Other information: I'm a student who lives in Sweden with my flawed and wonderful family in a villa by the forest edge. Cat person, people person, and I really need social exchange in order to survive (and lots of cuddles :3 ) I respect and cherish everything sacred, strange, beautiful or incomprehensible.

Empathical and quirky are words that describe me well. I have a profound and healthy love for myself but I try to always be humble. Uhh, I guess I'm somewhat of a hipster in the sense that I appreciate the odd and original. cool

Other information: As an Eclectic wiccan I pray and help nature, I enjoy life very much so I do whatever I can to help the earth. I enjoy talking with just about everyone. My best friend is honestly my dog Lithium. I love her dearly as if she was my child (which often I treat her as so and my fiancee knows how important she is to me) because I've raised her from the time she was a month old. I rescued her myself from an abusive home and she's been with me ever since. I am the caretaker of my grandmother, advice giver to all my friends, constant companion to my fiancee, and all around loving person to everyone. I'd hug everyone here if I could. 3nodding

Age: 20 (July 4th, 1991(yes I am an independence baby -.- not fun))
Path: Eclectic Pagan, though I am trying my best to study as many religions, I feel I haven't found the exact one just yet, but I also incorporate my native heritage in my beliefs and workings.
Hobbies: I read, Draw, sing, use the computer, photoshop, take care of my son, love my mate ^_^
Other information: I was baptized and raised catholic but left that quickly as my mother became more active in learning and participating in the Lakota faith. I myself am Cherokee, Pomonkey(hope I spelled that right, and its also only through marriage), and Algonquin. I am also Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English, German-Dutch, French, and Polish.
I grew away from catholic and christian beliefs around the time of middle school, and it was until an event happened that told me I should work towards paganism. In my sophomore year in High school, I was trying to design a staff head, I drew a full moon with two crescents on either side. I had never seen this design before at all and I lost the drawing. A year later while in my junior year, I was reading the first book of the "House of Night" series and recognized the description of the symbol they used. The connection the symbol had to Nyx in the books made me more interested and so I looked up the symbol and Nyx. Found out it was the same symbol I drew a year ago and found out what it was related to. After that I started to study paganism some more. I now do ritualistic magick and am studying night magick (Nocturnal Witchcraft by Konstontinos). That is all I can think about so if you have any questions feel free to ask,

Age: 23 I am married but have no kids yet I am hoping to wait on that a while.
Path: I take bits and pieces and integrate it into my own. I also use things I see and know to influence what I believe. I would have to say I am christian in a sense but not the type that gives the word a bad reputation. I'm not judgmental and I am a very open person.
Hobbies:
Arts & Crafts- I love art and do it most of the time. Computer art or hand drawn I love all kinds.

Other: I feel very drawn into learning more about this and have some sneaking suspicions that my grandmother was a bit into this kind of thing as well but unfortunately she died when I was about 16 and I wasn't really aware that what she was doing was a bit out of place nor was I wanting to ask her too much about it.

I do remember one time however that she did a trick with a needle on a string to predict how many children I would have.
