[Flawed Anubis]

Siniku again as his usual entrance burst through the window and stood straight up when he landed, "Well how many times are we going to change the location of the meeting?" he said scratching the back of his head before moving his mask to the side of his head, "Well are we going to talk about this or what?"

Isaac reappeared in the midst of them. "Forgive my late arrival. I had to detour to my lab to get some suplies. If you wanted a strong barrier, you got one. Now when does the meeting start?" he asked.

Captain Hana turned to the window as she sighed, "I should of bolted the window shut. So you would have to use the door like everyone else." She continued making tea. "I don't want this to continue, I already made my decision. It's up to the rest of you to decide."

"Barriers is something that you must consult with captain Kira, Isaac." She signaled them to take a seat, "Tea anyone? Something to pass the time to allow Kira to come to the meeting."

"But...." said Siniku with a bit of a pouting expression, "Then I would get hurt when trying to come through the window..." he said then letting out a bit of a snicker, "Alright alright... I just don't like doors..." he said looking at the door, "They are a bit boring to use." he said before sitting back.

"I say lets give him a shot... Like I said before... This isn't the first time in the Soul Society's history that Arrancar have helped Shinigami..." said Siniku, " We might not like to say it but they have. Arrancar are just like Shinigami in the fact that their personalities differ. Some are calm and nice while others are greedy and power hungry. Saying that Arrancar are all monsters who only desire to conquer is like saying the only reason people join the Gotei 13 is to protect... It is just not true. Some want the Power and Status that goes along with being a Shinigami. "

Siniku then just leaned forward, "Let's give them their shot... Let's not show that we are close minded fools caught up in our old ways. It's time for a change..."

"I am here, Captain," Kira said as she walked out of the corner in which she had been standing. She walked over to the center of the room and took a seat along with the other captains, before snagging a tea cup off the table. "I've been here - am I invisible? Thanks for the tea."

She tried not to show it, but it could be guessed that she was still in a foul mood from the near-incident inside the Jail. She deliberately looked away from Siniku as she sipped the drink.

Captain Hana laughed as Siniku was upset about using the door instead of thw window, "Boring? I've never thought of them as boring. But oh well..maybe I should enter through the window and dertermine which is better...or 'less boring'."

She picked up two cups of tea as Kira began to speak. Hana was surprised that she was in the room the entire time; it's like she didn't detect her spiritual pressure. It was emberassing as a captain, but she tried not to show it. "Oh Kira. I didn't see you there..." When Kira approached the table to take a cup of tea, she almost knocked the cups of tea out of Hana's hand. She struggled to keep her balance. Once she gained her footing, she approached Siniku and Isaac and gave them each a cup. She walked back to the table and took a cup for herself and sat down at her desk. "Alright. so two are for the agreement. What are your decisons Captain Kira and Captain Isaac?"

"Yeah but I'm weird Hana-chan." said Siniku sitting back in his chair, "You should know that." he added chuckling then looking at Issac and Kira wondering what they would say. "What about that new guy who was just accepted as Captain? And the Captain Commander?"

Captain Hana thought for a moment as she questioned, "We have a new captain and a commander?" She sighed as she pressed her head on her hand, "Someone needs to inform me of these things. But all the same, if they come to the meeting, good. If not, then we must continue without them. We cannot keep this meeting in idle while chaos might be occuring somewhere else that could be prevented."

Siniku blinked and nodded, "Yeah... Well Sayori is still our Commander he just hasn't been here... For days and days." he said sighing, "And the captain of Squad 7 got a new captain... I think... One of hte empty ones." said the Squad 2 captain.

Isaac looked toward Hana with his usual smile.
"thank you Captain Hana but Kira was the one who requested my aid." he said as he took a seat and listened. He took analytical notes on the situation. He made extra note about how rudely Kira snatched her tea.
"Try not to be so gentle next time Captain." he said whimsically. He hadn't even looked up from his notes. He took time to evaluate everyone elses opinions first.
"This may not be the first time, but I'm sure both factions would rather it be the last. I say we talk to his 'master'. He couldn't really do any damage to us all if we hold this little talk in the jail. The barrier has been solidified with spiritual pressure amplification of over 400 percent. I assure you all it is safe. However, I have to protest bypassing Captain Commander Sayori. This is easyly the most significant event since the late Captain Aizen's Betrayal. I'm going to submit a report of this to Central 46 and see what they say. If he truly needs us, he will be patient." he finished. He shuffled papers and added small side notes to some parts.
"however, let's try to find some other means of detaining him." he added.

"Knowing Central 46 they will order us to kill him." said Siniku looking at Isaac, "They are really uptight about Tradition and Law. They ordered the death of a Shinigami for having the Same Zanpakuto as another." he said softly before sighing. "If it was up to me Central wouldn't know about this. But I don't want to be locked up." he added.

"We should talk to the Arrancar before reporting to Central or Sayori. Issac don't you have a Recording Device so we can record that?" he asked, "Evidence is what we need if this is going to end peaceably."

Kira noted everyone talking amongst themselves as if she wasn't there. Though she took note of what everyone said, she continued to remain silent. Let them think that I vanished. I bet they wouldn't care one bit...

She made note of the captains' viewpoints on the issue in regard to the laws regarding arrancar. Siniku clearly had more liberal opinions, while she herself was more conservative - which would explain the spat between him and her back in the jail. Hana's viewpoints were somewhere in between those of Siniku and herself. Isaac, she was not sure about. He seemed only to care about getting stuff done, but not what was done.

Siniku's eyes never left Kira wanting to hear her answer, "Well Kira?" asked the Squad 2 Captain, "You aren't excluded. Lets here what you have to say." he said those dark purple orbs never leaving. To any normal person it would be unnerving.

Haru walks by Hana's office, "This might be a bad time i can hear them talking maybe I'll come back later." Haru gose to walk away then stops," then again i havent been here in a while so I'll just wait here." He sits down about four feet away from the door and starts to fall asleep.
