I think I was 15, or 16 when I first joined the site. I'm 21 now. >>;

I know I wasn't noobish but my spelling wasn't as good as it is today. Of course, I still make the occasional mistake. My rping has enchanced along with story writing, thanks to being on this site for a long a** time.

I was always donating and helping out others a lot for the first few years so i didn't really get far item wise until recently. x]

Oh boy, I was... well, a noob. I joined when I was ten. XD I always had perfect grammar, but it didn't stop me from overusing emotes and being damn annoying. XD

These days, well, I'm still damn annoying! But that's okay, because it's a charm point. ;D Really, as my days on the site went on, I got quieter and quieter... then louder again. XD I guess you just can't help being you, huh?

I was 16, so I really wasn't retarded. This wasn't the first forum I joined before, so I knew what I was getting into! DX

After I joined I just started posting in the GD a lot. I never begged anyone for gold. I just posted a lot to save up for my bunny band! I miss the old GD, before it became more of an elitist chatterbox.

I also liked looking at the shops a lot. Remember how the severs weren't truly in sync and you always lost gold when you went to the stores? I must of lost a ton of gold that way. Haha.

I had just turned 18 when I joined, so I at least had good grammer/typing. But I pretty much only bump-spammed in CB for gold, until I found the ED forum, which I usually only lurked. I also didn't have my own computer at the time, shared it with my mom who LIVED on AOL so my gaia time was much more limited than it is now.

I also roped my (then very new) boyfriend into joining so I could send him mushy cutsie PMs. He refused to put shoes on his avi (it still doesn't have any), and he gave me like, 20 bucks or so to just buy every MC for the year of 2004 (still have my Kikis!) so he could make 1337 monies and buy some angelic or solar things (he's into Paladin-y white knight smiting evil stuff). Of course, he pretty much never logs on, and when I told him about Gaia Cash (he used to complain/joke that he'd like to just hand Lanzer $50 and get a million gold instead of post and quest) he didn't care enough about his avi anymore to want to bother with it.

I think some friend from class introduced me to Gaia. I know I didn't keep in touch with that person on Gaia or in life. I mean if I did I would remember who it was...at least a little bit.
In any case...I was 22. Before Gaia I spent my time at this vote booth site roleplaying. I have always roleplayed on Gaia.
The only thing that might be different about me from when I first started is how I am not afraid to let people see my creative side.

Let's see... At first, Gaia was a distraction between college classes during breaks and when I was out of class. I had been on quite a few ezboard forums so I knew the gist of how places like this operated though admittedly I was lost on a few things. Namely, the item thing. I didn't know about donation items until about a month in. I kept wondering what these items were that people were getting that just suddenly appeared every month.

Since I'd come here for role-playing it never was a big thing though I thought the items were rather nice in complimenting the characters I played. Yes, like most I did the *'s surrounding actions and regular words for speech. Though thankfully, I was never a one-liner.

My friend who's suggested Gaia to me had me join a couple of guilds he was in primarily because they were good places to get started. I remember them being some sort of Romantic's Guild and some other guild in the FFA.

Ah, the old days when the FFA was fun to role-play in...
