Another Fantasy RP

[Lynnden]

Isamu pouted. "But that's not nearly as mean." He whined.  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

"That's the point." Kiza asserted her stance on the subject with a meaningful glare. She didn't realize until just then that to leave and change meant she couldn't come back without Lynn realizing. She'd have to stay put after all and hope her sister didn't remember she had ventured inside the room. It also meant she couldn't be the one to offer her a different room.

"Just say your chi still feels off and you'd rather be by yourself for the time being." The girl shrugged, assuming this excuse was good enough. "Otherwise this will be the worst night of your entire life." Kiza threatened. She hesitated afterward. "In fact. . .absolutely no cuddling if your mean to her." She thought this more convincing than a warning in Isamu's case.  

[Lynnden]

Isamu gasped. "What!? No fair! That's not fair at all!" Nevermind that Isamu never ordered Kiza to be nice to him; he only ordered her to stay.

Lynn yawned. "I'm tired. I think I'd like to go for a walk." She said to the others, stretching. "I'll see you guys tomorrow, okay?" She headed out of the inn, walking about.  

[Katoti]

Pipli, who was feeling much better, popped up before Lynn. "Hi!"

Cecil was introducing himself to Moon. "Hello, I am Cecil Alvaro. You're the prince of the Manadara arsials, aren't you?"

Moon shook the rover's hand. "A pleasure to meet you, sir, but how did you know?"

Cecil smiled and pointed to his forehead. "Your tiara."  

[Lynnden]

Lynn yelped. "Eeeks! You startled me!"

Kiza peeked out into the hallway cautiously, edging the door open a bit as she ignored his protests. She carefully closed the door again, glad she wasn't noticed. "It seems Lynn left. I guess you don't have to say anything to her then." She announced. Ryo was still an issue, so she avoided letting him see her.

"Your the one that's unfair!" Kiza plopped down on the edge of the bed after walking back across the room again. She glanced back at Isamu, quiet all of the sudden. The red tint to her cheeks had returned. All there was left to do was sleep, and she had to admit she was pretty tired.

The night air was chilly unlike the high temperatures during the day. It had a desert effect almost, though not quite so dramatic. Because of the cold breezes, Akio had retrieved a thin jacket from within the wagon. He stood outside of it on the outskirts of the village. He was supposed to watch their things, which meant their would be no night in a warm hotel room for him. Marek had wondered off to a tavern to spend the money he borrowed from poor Akio on booze on top of it. That left the man alone, doing nothing but gazing out at the open fields outside the village boundaries.

"I'm Pipli!" Pipli said, grinning large enough to show off her sharp teeth.

Kintallo sat on the roof of the inn the group was spending the night in. He was happy to see his friends again, but he longed for Amaya. He missed everything about her, from her shy smile to her soft, red hair, which he liked to bury his face in whenever he cuddled her.

Kinta sighed and laid back, his eyes on the stars above. He recalled the day he told Amaya of his dream to become a star... Kinta's eyes watered and he turned onto his side. He shut his eyes tight and curled up a bit. Gods, he missed her!

I'm such an idiot!

The night life rarely held any exciting new twists for Evelina, but she found it excruciatingly boring that long, seemingly endless night. Not needing sleep may seem like a blessing to some, but there was only so much one could do to kill time. Reading was always an option, but this some village barely had any decent books to offer. Plus, she hadn't thought of this option soon enough and didn't feel like breaking and entering at two in the morning for the sake of a good novel they may not even have to offer.

Wandering around killed some time, but not much. By the time the sun finally began to rise, she was debating the possibilities of dying from boredom. Evelina poked at her fangs with a sigh. It was far too soon for her to be so hungry again. Oh well. She could keep her mind off of it with the day's travels. She had promised Cecil she'd run alongside him, after all. It would give her a nice work out and an opportunity to stretch her once more Kihlisk legs, the burdensome human characteristics forever gone.

On her way back to the inn, she couldn't help but wonder if there was a way to contact her older sister sometime soon, maybe get the spell from her that allowed them to catch some shut eye rather than keep themselves hopelessly awake 24-7. She paused momentarily outside the inn, closing her eyes and enjoying the cool, refreshing breeze that swept through the town. Something about it made her hesitate though, scrutinizing the surrounding area with glances here and there before heading quickly inside.
