Another Fantasy RP

[Lynnden]

Isamu flopped down on the other end of the bed. "I dunno. I like rummy. Or bridge, or something... Not poker, I'm sick of betting on stuff..." He looked at the look on Kiza's face. "Or... maybe not."  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

"Rummy sounds good to me." Kiza ignored his vote against gambling, already having set her mind on it. She began dividing up the deck, pausing once they each had set cards face down in front of them. "On second thought, Go Fish is much easier. Lets go with that." She changed her mind at the last minute.

Before picking up her cards, Kiza put her index finger to her chin and peered up thoughtfully toward the ceiling. "Now lets see. . .what should the stakes be. . ."  

[Lynnden]

Isamu frowned. "Well, I'm broke, so let's make it something easy to pay. That makes gambling fun." He said, picking up cards.  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

"The only money I have is what Ryo stole from Marek." Kiza shrugged, perfectly content that cash was out of the question. There would be no fun in that anyway. "But Ryo doesn't know I took it from him yet." She added with a light giggle, looking forward to his surprise when his stolen goods went missing in the morning.

The girl picked up her seven starter cards, placing a pair of nines down almost immediately. "Well we can keep it simple then. If I win, I get to take all your desserts from every meal for a week." Kiza's plan seemed to be to avoid dishing out extra cash for her beloved sweets. "And if you win?"  

[Lynnden]

Isamu looked shocked. "Desserts for a week!? Well... my prize has to be something really good then..." He thought for a moment, staring at his cards. He had no matches on the first hand. "Hmm... uh..."  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

Kiza nodded cheerfully, happy with her stakes. "Uh-huh!" She was already looking forward to the helpings of cake and ice cream she expected. Even if it was a home-cooked meal, her victory would mean she had free reign over the dessert. Chances were, as long as it was sugar-filled and sweet, she'd end up taking it every day, for lunch and dinner if possible.

"There has to be something you want." She insisted, waiting for Isamu to take his turn. She peered at her remaining five cards: a queen, a two, a four, a five, and a ten. Kiza wondered what cards her opponent held, trying to decide what she'd ask for when her turn came around, that is if Isamu didn't ask for it first.  

[Lynnden]

Isamu looked at his cards: An ace, a two, three, nine, jack, five, and a seven. He frowned. "If I tell you what I want, you'll just call me a pervert. Got any threes?"  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

Kiza resisted the urge to sweatdrop. That comment was a little worrisome. But she was already planning on hijacking his dessert for the seven days straight. It wasn't really up to her to be choosy.

"Even if I do, I made my stakes and you get to make yours. It's only fair." She grumbled halfheartedly.

She turned her attention back to her cards, running her finger over the symbols in the corner. "Nope! Go fish." She replied at last, happy he didn't ask for something in her hand after all. "Got any tens?" She than asked in return.  

[Lynnden]

"No tens. Go fish." Isamu said, picking up a card. It was a nine. He smiled and placed it down, his first match. "How about twos? ... So, if I win, will you sleep in the same bed as me for a week?" He grinned impishly.  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

Kiza picked her card with a disappointed frown - a three, which was ironic considering Isamu's last turn. Not that it did her any good now. She groaned, handing over her two reluctantly. That meant Isamu got a second turn. She'd have to hold off on the three for the time being then.

"You are a pervert." She blinked, stating this rather bluntly. Kiza looked back down at her hand with a sigh. "Fine. But it's just sleeping in the same bed, nothing else. And Lynn never finds out." A faint streak of red had appeared across her cheeks, something she couldn't hide by simply switching her gaze to the cards.  

[Lynnden]

Isamu laughed. "You know if you didn't want to, I could always do something else... like... say, you wear whatever I want you to for a week?" His grin spread. "How about an ace?"  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

"That sounds way more dangerous." Kiza countered his grin with a blank stare. She didn't feel the need to repeat her earlier accusation, but she conveyed the message clearly enough through her expression. "You should consider yourself lucky that Amaya convinced me to change my clothing style to what I'm wearing now." She pointed out, her clothes admittedly more girlie and frilly than ever before.

"Nope. Go fish." The girl knew without looking. If he didn't pick up an ace from the pile, she'd ask for threes.  

[Lynnden]

Isamu picked up a card, a queen. "Well, it is pretty cute... but, it doesn't seem very you."  

[Amateur Nerd at Large]

Kiza tilted her head slightly to one side. "Really?" She frowned, plucking idly at the material covering her lap. "I actually like it now. At first I thought it was too frilly, but after getting used to it. . ." He had a point though. It didn't exactly scream "Kiza", did it?

"Got any threes?" She asked, sounding a bit gloomier than before. She cared more about Isamu's opinion than she liked to admit, apparently.

Isamu put down a three. "If you like it, I don't really care."
