Ghosts are one of the most misunderstood races across Istrea, mostly due to the fact that there are so few of them. Most souls are collected by Dullahans, or those that die are taken by their respective Gods, but ghosts still persist in the world. Most ghosts do not even know they are dead, and have very human-like appearances but are capable of all the ghost powers; Ghosting (Phasing, Invisibility, Telekinesis, Levitation, Teleportation, Possession), Immortality, and Energy Absorption as well as the magical use of Black Magic without repercussions of the spells as they are already dead.
Most dullahans will track down ghosts and claim their souls, taking them to Feldir, one of the Gods of Death. Some ghosts that do not pose a threat and have not hurt anyone around them are left alone.
