Faeries
Faeries are small and seem innocent, but they are a cunning race that often pull tricks. Allies of he gypsies for this reason, they are known for stealing things that they want and cause mischief wherever they go. Witches are one of the races that Faeries dislike, as their magic can thwart them in their mission to steal and cause mischief. They are easily persuaded into behaving through offerings and trinkets, but if one upsets the faeries they will not hesitate to steal what you have and make your life a living hell. They are able to turn into pure light, teleport, open pocket dimensions, manipulate someone's luck (bad luck to one person means good luck to another, it is always an equivalent exchange in this way), and manipulate time in loops. They are often disregarded as helpers to the Elves and therefore do not associate with them.
Faeries can steal memories and powers from someone if they know their name. Even gypsies know to use an alias when dealing with their thieving companions. Faerie Rings must always be avoided, as stepping in one is trespassing into Faerie territory and they will seek revenge. Faeries also hate iron, as the metal content prevents their magic from having use. Many witches and magicians will wear iron rings as a result, as their magic is unaffected by wearing such a ring.
