Biography: After becoming a sleeper agent for 'The Division' Vance had went to school to become a gun smith for his cover. He was constantly asked about the watch that was significant to all agents and let them know when they were activated. It had been pounded into their heads that the watch was never to leave their wrists. He trained hard at his home and would go to the range weekly to train and stay proficient with his weapons. When it came down to being activated he would become his teams designated marksman. He was the most proficient with the marksman rifle and handgun and trained himself physically every day until activation to become stronger in melee. It wasn't nessicarilly the fact of activation that got him more on the good guys side in the division it was the fact that he had wanted to help people and wasn't able to until his joining in the teams that would act with each other and help for the betterment of the people. It wasn't until Itzella Harrison came along that he had realised that there was no helping everyone including other agents that had from the looks of some of the shade recording had started going rogue and killing other agents. It had been a little over whelming at first to see the other agents going rogue and killing others. After all they had all been on the same team since this all started.
