I been trying to add a book to the list of books I have read.

I tried doing it the easy way by searching for the book but it says that it is already added (it doesn't show up anywhere in the activity log or the section). I tried clicking it anyway but It doesn't get added.

I am trying to manually add it instead but when I try to add an image to the entry it doesn't show up.

Can anyone help me out with this? If you can show give me links to sources such as the image guidelines for manually adding books and such that would be great.
