This is where the accepted CRFs of members belonging to the new governments #1 Most Wanted Terrorist Cell. The group known by many names the the most common being the Riastrad. They are a group that only the Specialized Security Enforcement Teams Secret Operations or S.S.E.T S.O are permitted to address due to their dangerous nature. They are among the most dangerous to the new government but hold solid structure in what they do. They are quotes to saying; "We will take back our country or level it to the ground trying."

She is a very intelligent female who spends many hours planning out her tactics and just was much time ensuring the plan remains un-compromised.Her main interest in dealing with the world-problems is to make decisions, express judgments, and put everything that she encounters into an understandable and rational system. Often many describe her as having a very evolved intuition, and are convinced that she is right about things. Eiri has a massive dislike towards messiness and inefficiency, or anything that is muddled or sloppily done. She has a strong value in efficiency, and will put enormous amounts of energy and time into generating the best possible method of enacting a plan. Others may falsely perceive her as being rigid and set in her ways, but nothing could be further from the truth, because she is committed to always finding the objective best strategy to implement her ideas. She is unconcerned with the rights of those outside of her gang and will happily manipulate, violate, or revoke them if needed for the end goal. Her sadistic behavior is well known due to the news, but with the current situation not much can be done to tame the beast that finally broke out of its cage.
