Ash walked into the cafe smiling softly, she had once again given Chris and Sage the slip, she did this often and Sage would always scold her, and Chris would try but fail to. She ordered a coffee and a small sugar filled cake, one of her weaknesses was her love for sweets. It was a good thing when she was back at the headquarters home she knew how to make most of the treats she loved eating. Today she was getting a strawberry and fruit tart. Fresh strawberries, kiwi and blueberries on a nice crisp tart. She sat inside the cafe in a booth near the window waiting for her food to reach her. Soon the waitress brought it to her and she began eating breaking apart the tart crush before scooping fruit and the sweet tart sticky jelly fruit substance. She nearly squealed with happiness as the taste flooded her mouth. "Soo goooood~!" She said smiling, she loved sweet things but she always drank her coffee black as night. But most of the time she drank tea with sugar or honey depending on the type of tea. She began going through her phone which could show her where there was increased activity from demons ghouls ghosts and such. "The east quarter needs to be cleansed soon but for now we can leave it be." She said softly to herself.

Kitari had found himself in a new town far away from his home in the mountains but he still had his long time companion kenji to keep him company "hey kenji.....look a cafe...would you like a snack?" he asked petting the wolfs head gently before walking inside. many different sweets caught his eye and many different types of pastries as well "what do you want kenji?" he asked as the wolf scanned the glass and stopped on a glazed doughnut "a doughnut....alright" he laughed before ordering a cup of tea and a glazed doughnut. he turned around to look for a table to sit at "where should we sit....hm?" his eye caught a girl sitting alone by the window but she seemed different then a normal human. he walked over and sat down at her table "mind if we sit here?" he asked giving her a soft smile as he passed the doughnut to kenji.

Ash looked up as she heard someone speak, she had a bit of fruit jelly on her face. She could tell he wasn't human. "Of course go ahead." Then she saw Kenji. "He looks like Amatarasu!" She said moving to kneel on the floor, she forgot to ask if she could pet him, but instead she hugged him right away. "So cuuuute!" She looked at Kitari smiling. "What's his name? He's sooo cute!" She said wanting to use Kenji as a pillow.

Kitari smiled and took a sip of tea as he watched her hug and cuddle kenji it almost made him chuckle "my names kitari and his is kenji.........she gave him to me a very long time ago" he watched as kenji finished off the doughnut and now realizing a girl was on top of him "i take it your not human then" he asked as he sipped from his tea once more. kenji licked her cheek then sat up to look her over he was good at telling peoples characters and hers seemed pure so she was his friend "he seems to like you.....that means your heart is pure" he smiled at her again ignoring the looks of humans no doubt wondering why he was dressed like this.

Ash smiled. "I'm Ash Freemont." She said hugging Kenji even more looking back to Kitari. "I was born in Celestia I came here seven years ago. I'm half human. I met Ammy when I was five." Even saying she was half human would make it obvious, she was from Celestia and she was half human. That would pretty much spell it out that she was a Divinas. "Your a demon correct? Your like the one's I've met in Japan during my stay there last month. The demon there are much different then demons here. Some of the demons there are nice but a few just a bit mischievous."

kitari smiled at her and took another sip of tea "its a pleasure to meet you Ash Freemont" he listened to her short story of who she was and where she came from he nodded "being born in celestia is a rare thing i take it your a divinas" he said as he took a sip of tea "yes i'm a demon probably one of the oldest well one of the oldest that are still alive....i was born before the feudal era of japan" he had met demons and other creatures in his travels away from home they differed from those in japan they seemed lot more aggressive and weaker.

She nodded smiling. "Yeah it is rare. Most Half breeds are born on earth then brought to Celestia, and yeah I'm a Divinas. I'm the current leader." She hugged Kenji scratching him behind the ears. "Before the feudal era hunh. That means your like really old right?" It's not like she meant to be rude. It just happened sometimes.

kitari took a sip then smiled as she told him more about herself "leader.....thats a dangerous position" he said as he pet kenji whispering in the wolfs ear "when we leave you can get another doughnut" he got a kiss for that one which made him laugh. he looked to her as she said he was really old "yes i suppose i am......but sometimes i think it would have been better if i wasn't......you have to watch the ones your care for pass on from this world while you stay" he wasn't sad because of this he had came to this realization a long time ago "so what brings you to this cafe my dear?" he asked finishing off his tea. he lifted the cup upside and frowned "empty...." he released a soft sigh before setting it down.

She nodded when he said it was dangerous. "Yeah it is sometimes, but I have Chris and Sage to protect me. They're also my best best friends." She frowned softly when he said it was lonely. "Even though you had to watch them pass away, wasn't it still a blessing to meet those people and get to know them? I think we all grow through meeting others and sometimes our paths change because of those interactions." Then he asked her why she came to the cafe and a huge smile grew on her face. "They have the best sweets! Specially their tarts.Today I got the strawberry kiwi blueberry tart with a raspberry glaze under the fruit."

Kitari nodded as she told of her bodyguards guessing she had given them the slip "i see you ran off from them though" he chuckled slightly petting kenji's head as she spoke about the time spent with those people "i know i enjoyed that time ....but after so long of watching it gets rather painful as well " the subject changed as she complemented the cafe and its tarts which made him laugh "kenji seems to enjoy their doughnuts.....their tea is ok" he looked out the window then back to her "mind if i ask how your mission is going against the demons?" he knew somewhat of what they did due to the fact he had met a few members of both sides sometimes not on good terms with each.
