Flustered, Saeslin quickly wiped at his face with a hand. She was...teasing him? Was she really teasing him? "Ah...I....I'm sorry?" he said quietly. He wasn't sure what else to say. No one had really ever teased him like this before. At least, not since reaching adulthood.

"Sh-shall I ah...?" Saeslin stood quickly and pulled Colleen to her feet. "Perhaps we should leave cleaning the worshop for another time. I'm sure we could both do with a shower. Perhaps...I could escort you there?"

"If you like...?"

❖Okay.. Failed.. She wasn't been able to see the fun side of him.. That's.. That's quite disappointing.. But as soon as she was being pulled and dusted her dress from it, Colleen immediately glance at Saeslin.. "Escort me??" Pointing to herself.. Did he just??... Alright, Colleen doesn't want to think bad about it.. Saeslin is a fine man.. Maybe he was just..

Her cheeks grew red.. Looking away with her cheeks puffed.. Why should she think bad about him?.. Of course he just wanted to make sure she will be able to enter the shower room safe and sound.. And besides, Saeslin is also a good person... She would just tell him that she can go there on her own..

Looking back at him, "Ah.. Uhm.. S-Sure.." Did she just?!!! Oh crap!

Saeslin wasn't entirely sure why Colleen seemed uncertain about him escorting her back to the dorm but he would chalk it up to her recent traumatic experience with the bird. "I--I am dreadfully sorry," he told her, going back to his chair to grab his rumpled jacket. "I...I really should clean up in here before I let others roam around. There are so many things lying about..."

"Are you sure we shouldn't stop by the infirmary before the dormitory?"

If she was hurt and trying to be brave, he hoped she realized that it would be far more trouble for everyone if she hid that she was hurt. Though the bird wasn't really supposed to be able to do much damage. It was more an alert system than a defense.

But still...it was made of metal.

❖Colleen smiled and massaging her poor head.. "I think it's..." Looking at her hand and saw a little blood.. Oh well.. That metal bird did hurt her..."..it's fine..." Smiling and immediately wipe it on her dress... Making a slight stain on it..

"I'll just head back to the dorm... I think I'll survive.." Laughing a bit... Just to ease the tension between them.. She felt ashamed from her bad thoughts of his words earlier.. And besides it's just a little injury on the top of her head... Colleen can still walk, right?

With the students on summer vacation, that meant that he was free. Free from all his students. Yeah, right. Summer vacation just meant his students were the free ones. They could do whatever the hell they wanted whenever they wanted. That paranoia alone was enough to keep him awake for several nights, but enough was enough. He needed to make sure that he was going to be safe there.

With a bit of wandering around in the hallways, Cyrus finally found the room he was looking for. At least, that's what he assumed. Walking in, he frowned in disappointment when he saw Xing and some blonde man in there. So much for trying to snag up some more ammo to throw. Particularly the very heavy kind. Well, he could always ask. "I'm not interrupting anything am I? If not, then don't mind me. I just need to borrow some tools to.... fix some stuff."

"Are you sure?" Saeslin asked, frowning as she left a crimson smear on her dress. He didn't want to pressure her of course, but he had to admit he was rather worried for Colleen's well being. He was about to ask one more time when they were joined by a man with shocking red hair. He mentioned something about borrowing tools?

Saeslin cringed. He hated having people borrow his things but perhaps some of the tools he had for the students would be fine.

"Ah, I can get you what you need," Saeslin said. "I'm Saeslin Cathain. I teach engineering and shop and also use this room as my personal workspace. Was there anything in particular you were looking for Mr...?"

❖Smiling and focused herself on untying the apron.. "Yes.. I'm fine.. Don't worry about me Saeslin.. I can still walk see?" Giving him a slight assurance of a doubt though.. By walking and paused by the sight of Cyrus... Oh, he's working on something too? "Oh.. You're not interrupting.. I was just about to leave actually.."

Colleen smiled as Cyrus and nods as a gesture of acknowledging before she went to the other chair and picks her stuff.. She would just have to continue cleaning the room once she's fine..
