Shadow slightly smiled at what Merry said about him being really strong, but frowned once more feeling Light's energy again. Just than he heard Toji. He slightly glared at him and then looked back at Light, "You remind me of someone. But is what you should be worried about right this second." he stated. He saw what was happening with all the robotic and other electronics in the base and how the doctor seemed to protected himself, "I need to get him away from here...Iblis! Seeing how you been here before I need you to take Toji and Merry to a safe location and you can't be running off anymore. You and I both know we can't trust the doctor. So no matter what you stay by there side. I'm going to try helping him control this before it gets out of hand. And if I can't I'll take him somewhere he can release this. Got it!" he explained. Shadow then walked over slowly as his energy was trying to block that of Light's, but each time he pushed forward the energy would push him back, "Sh*t! at this rate I won't get to him, unless." he thought dropping his chaotic energy as his body got the a shock to his system. He shook it off and continue once a few feet away, "LIGHT! You have to control this right now! If you can't I'll help you...and if that doesn't work I'll bring you somewhere were to release this build up energy. But you need to at least try." he said smiling and holding out his hand to him. If he would take Shadow's hand he would help him control his energy, by combining his chaotic with Light's to balance out the energy so it won't be that big of a threat.

Light knew if he released this amount of energy, it could be dangerous for everyone and possibly shut down the base's power. He struggled to control it for them, he had to for their sake but it was proving to be difficult. Light heard Shadow and looked over to him with slight worry, he hoped that Shadow could help but he would try to control it as well. Watching slightly as Shadow held out his hand towards him, Light nods in agreement but wasn't sure if he'd be able to withstand this alone. He would need Shadow's help after all if he wanted to keep this under control, Light slowly lifted his hand feeling like his whole body was heavy but quickly placed his hand on Shadow's. Sparks of electric energy seemed to die down a little, Light seemed to be trying to control it so he wouldn't hurt his brother but he was hurting himself slightly. He closed his eyes tightly in pain, trying his best but he wasn't sure how much longer he could take this.

Eggman seriously wasn't planning this, he never thought that this would happen with small training but he was wrong. It did happen but unexpectedly. "This isn't something I did on purpose..." he grumbled silently then saw Shadow walking towards Light but seemed to be having trouble, although only for a moment. Eggman hoped Shadow would be able to help Light, his whole shelter was at stack and without power to his base then they would be- He didn't even want to think about it.

Merry stayed where she was with Iblis and Toji, she looked worried but glanced up at Iblis. She didn't want to leave Shadow and Light like this but they had no choice, she couldn't do anything to help them.

Rebuked by Shadow, Toji's ears fold down."Sorry..." If anyone looked closely, they would notice small amounts of the energy flowing towards the young wolf cub/mercanary, being absorbed by him. The young cub seemed unconcious of that fact, as well as the fact that his blue eye glows brighter with every amount.Toji shifts uneasily, watching Shadow try to help Light out.'Let's hope this works...."

Iblis heard Shadow and nodded in agreement. She needed to get the kids somewhere safe. Iblis grabbed Toji and Merry by the hand and ran out of the room. She had to find a safe place and fast. She wasn't sure how much time they had. Iblis quickly led the kids down to an underground bunker. "In here, hurry! We'll be safe in here!" Iblis said as they entered the room. Iblis closed the door and turned on the lights. The room had bunk beds inside with pillows and blankets and also flashlights.

Merry looked back slightly towards Shadow and Light before she couldn't see them once they left the gym, she was pretty much being dragged because she couldn't keep up very well. tripping once in awhile until they got to the underground bunker, she looks around slightly then back up at Iblis. "Will Light and Shadow be okay...?" she questioned silently, it was pretty noticeable that she was worried for them.

Iblis heard Merry's question and looked over at her. She could see that Merry was worried. "They will be fine. Those two know how to take care of themselves..." Iblis said, trying to comfort Merry. Iblis truthfully wasn't sure what was going to happen, but she didn't want Merry to worry. Iblis kept a calm expression, but she was worried about Light and Shadow too.

((I might be a bit slow for a few days, not feeling so well lately sad sorry guys... ))

Merry nods slightly and looks around a bit more then towards Toji, noticing his one eye looked like it was glowing just his blue eye. "Toji...?" she questioned and tilts her head slightly curiously, she walks up to Toji and stares at his blue eye. "Your eye looks different..." she mumbled slightly unsure.

Zombs sat in a sitting position, resting his back against a wall. He had decided to stay for a bit but still had that nervous feeling, like everyone might find out who he really is. A lifeless corpse. He truly didn't like what he was either but there was no way he could change it, sometimes though he wishes he could be normal. Not having to worry about being different to living beings but sometimes it was good, no zombie tried to attack him because he was already dead but they didn't really talk like him. Most of them were just silent other then the groaning noises, he had seen a few different undead though. Some human and some being mobians, some having super strength and others with fast reflexes. Most though either had good jumping legs or couldn't do much at all.

Zombs shook his head slightly, trying not to think too much about it. He had trouble thinking clearly sometimes and that scared him, maybe soon he'd be a brainless zombie too or lose his sanity. Something like that but still he hoped that would never happen.

Shadow gripped Light's hand once he agreed. He didn't know how long Light could with stand this much power or if he could even sync with Light's energy, but he tried. The first thing he did was pull the hedgehog closer wrapping his arms around him and then took both of his inhibitor rings off letting them both fall to the ground. This made Shadow's eyes glow red as he then gripped the rings around Light's wrists. Large amount of energy surge through Shadow's body while he tried to readjusted to the new energy. Shadow clinched his teeth as his eyes shut tightly closed. He wasn't going to give up...he wasn't the one to give up. He would continued this until his body physical couldn't. A few minutes pass as a semi large energy wave came from around them but died down before it hit anything. He was now on the same energy wavelength as him and able to control some of the energy just enough for Light to control it himself, "When you said you were stronger than you looked...you weren't bluffing..." he said with a weak smile, "You just lack control." Light would then notice Shadow's hands started to slowly remove from his wrists as his body physical couldn't handle the massive energy that he help control. Shadow would then fall to his knees with his head down. Without the inhibitor rings his body wouldn't be able to regenerate his natural energy or control the raw chaotic energy.

((OOC: Feeling much better today, but still getting over the cold still. ))

Light smiled weakly at what his brother said but only for a moment, he noticed Shadow let go of his wrists slowly then saw him fall to his knees which made Light worry. He felt a bit more in control of his energy and a little weak from the energy struggle awhile ago but he was more worried about Shadow, he had noticed Shadow's rings on the ground near him and picked them up quickly but gently. Handing them over to his brother. "Here... Shadow." he said weakly, kneeling down so his brother could take them easily. "I'm sorry about this... I may be strong... but I have a lot to learn and control, it's my fault for not taking more caution." he said and his eyes soften to a more guilty look.

Light could feel another painful headache coming on, he tried to ignore it though and stay focused. He felt pretty exhausted though so it was hard to ignore it, he almost felt like collapsing but guessed Shadow felt almost the same. He felt guilty for not taking more care and caution in training, he wondered if maybe he should of just used that little energy he adsorbed from the robot's attack. Light could of avoided taking too much but instead he wasn't thinking straight and screwed up.

Eggman noticed it finally calming down but kept his shield up anyway, he wasn't feeling safe enough to put his force field down. Not yet anyway. "hmmm... next time I shouldn't use anything Light could absorb and use as power, the less dangerous recharge... the less this will happen again." he mumbled quietly to himself, staying in his hovercraft and away from the two hedgehogs at a safe distance.
