((oh, it's okay. Glad to see you back! Those darn viruses though Dx I know how that's like. I had a seriously bad virus too, awhile back. Luckily I just had to wipe it clean of data and reinstall everything.. but like it was so bad. I couldn't even scan for viruses. It like completely messed up my virus protection.))
TD was very startled by the sudden movement, luckily he didn't react with aggression. Instead he whimpered silently frozen in place. TD didn't want to bite Kiro again like last time. Although hearing him say that, he guessed that was kinda payback slightly. If he was a real dog, he'd probably pee himself from being startled like that. "eep...o-okay.." he replied nervously back.
Nova walked back inside quickly, although he noticed D.L, but he stuck by TD slightly. Mostly because he was worried TD would get nervous around people hes not fully comfortable with yet.
D.L stopped near by, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. Deciding it was best to just wait, since their coming back inside. Although seeing TD, he kinda tensed up a bit. Wondering why that robotic dog was here, and alone it seems. D.L guessed he got trapped in the collapsed buildings and rumble, since TD looked pretty beat up. He was still going to watch him cautiously though. Mostly for Nova and Iblis' sake.
Alice had noticed a tool kit back inside so she quickly went into the room she saw it last. "I'll get it..." she said before she left. Looking into the storage room with all the boxes, there was a tool kit near on a desk so she grabbed that gently and walked back to the others. She then handed the tool kit to Kiro, then knelt down to pet the robotic dog at eye level. TD was like a medium sized dog sorta but a bit taller in size. So it wasn't hard to get to his level and pet him. Alice really liked dogs and TD seemed to act like a real one as he calmed down with the attention. Seeing him wagging his tail a bit. |

Alice nods a bit to that. "Yes, I use to have a dog though.. and his name was Chul... which means in Korean, firm. My parents got him from a shelter, and they knew how much I liked black shepherds so... they got me one as a surprise." she said then sighs and stops petting TD. "Those were good memories... sadly now.. it's just me and my brother." she spoke truthfully, but kept out some details. She didn't want to talk about her parent's death, not even slightly mention it. Although before she could relax and pet TD again, she hears Kiro asking for some more help and if anyone knew anything about robotics. "Me and my brother know about robotics... although my brother knows more then me." she said truthfully, as she examined the wiring and the internal design. It did seem a bit confusing, but it wasn't too hard as she examined it more. "I can help with the rest though... it doesn't look too hard to figure out." she spoke up and looked at Kiro.
Arch stood by, waiting to help if needed though. "If you need extra help, I'll be right here." he said towards his sister.
TD guessed that he'd be sitting here for awhile then, by the looks of it. He only repaired it a bit, but he guessed that wasn't enough to fix it fully. Although TD started spacing out a bit in thought, starting to wonder about that car accident. That bit of memory piece, that he could not seem to remember fully. It really puzzled TD, although it has been bugging him for years and he still couldn't remember it. Probably because it was such an old past thing, but he had a feeling that it was important somehow. |

Zhai smiles warmly and nods a bit. "I was about to tell you, but um..." he pauses and rubs the back of his head slightly. Kinda glad Kiro guessed it already without him telling him. "We got distracted... but that is my sister, Alice Arch." He said and smiled towards his sister. Which in return she seemed to smile back a bit, but only for a moment.
Alice looks back at Kiro with a slightly serious expression. "That is indeed my surname, you're correct." she said then looks at TD as she pets him. "I'm guessing you remember my other self before...? I was different back then before the accident.. before I lost my parents and Chul..." she said and looked away slightly, seeming a bit saddened by those memories still. "But... I'm more worried about what's going on right now... the survivors out there and to stop Eggman.. that's all that matters." she said and snapped out of her depressing moment, even though she was just hiding it with that slightly emotionless expression. She always seemed to look serious a bit. Zhai frowned a bit at those memories too, mostly worried for his sister. Alice seemed to hold emotions in and lock them away inside, just so others wouldn't worry about her. She was more concerned about others then herself.
TD perked a bit as he heard that name Chul, and looked towards Alice slightly noticing her mood swings. For some reason that name was very familiar but he wasn't sure why. Although as he thought about it more, it just hurt him and he whimpered in pain. His memory was too blurred to remember, and his memory chip would just heat up too much if he tried to think about it for too long. He guessed that couldn't be helped, although as he gained focus on his surroundings again. It seemed Alice and everyone else that was near, heard him whimper in pain.
Nova looked at TD with worry a bit, he has never heard him whimper in pain before. It was strange since he was a robotic dog. He guessed maybe it was in his programing to feel, but it was still a bit strange. Nova has never seen Eggman install pain sensors in TD, because it'd just be odd for him to do so for a robot. "TD... why did you whimper like that? Did you hit your head or something?" he asked with concern for the robotic dog. Although it seems TD was a bit confused as well. |

It was no wonder Kiro didnt recognize her a lot sooner when they first met. But he wasnt surprised since he hasnt heard from her since he heard the news when she and Zhai lost their parents. After what he went through, he can relate to what she must have gone through. Still, it made him wonder if the Alice in his original timeline has turned out the same way. It wouldnt become a shock to him if she did. "Oh dont worry, I was just checking. Besides I'm sure your aware I'm not the same Kiro you knew. My experiences from your Kiro are completely different from his because I'm from a different timeline. So I can say, the feeling is mutal. I just want to take down this world's Eggman, grab the chaos emeralds and go home", he stated harshly in a calm tone as if just saying that didnt bother him at all. But it actually did, since it's hard from him to look at any of his friends straight in the eye even if they are from different timezones. Still, he kept his face straight and focused on helping with T.D.
Just then, Kiro noticed T.D. started making whimpers in pain. It seemed it wasnt the fixing that was hurting him. Just then Nova came out to check on T.D. as if he's never seen a robot in pain before. "No Nova, he didnt hit his head", he said as he gently placed his hand on the poor robotic pup's head. "I can't say for sure, but there have been a few rare cases of Dr. Eggman's robots developing emotions of thier own and turning against him. But there are also those who have been robotisized that were strong enough to able to retain parts of their memories of their true selves. Just like Sally did...", he explained in a soft empathetic voice as he slowly strokes T.D.'s head as if he was a real dog. "From what I've seen, I do know for a fact that all of eggman's creations have no soul. Thats how I know that this Dr. Eggman is not the same man I once knew. In fact, I'm not even sure if its really Dr. Eggman thats creating these robots. But what I am certain of is this one is different. I knew it the moment I first saw it back in that allyway when I first came here. I saw fear in his eyes. The same fear of losing something precious like a life or someone you love. I saw the same thing in Princess Sally when I killed her....which means, your werent always like this were you? Huh, pooch?", Kiro made his realization by taking a good look into T.D.'s eyes. Even when bringing up a very harsh subject onto himself, he tries to empathize and tries to tell everyone what he really sees in T.D. just by bringing up his heartbreaking experience just to protect him. Just like when he saw Sally dying at her last breathe even as a robot, he saw life in him. "This dog was robotisized....and he must be struggling to remember who he is. Am I right?", he asked T.D. "You must have been never a robot to begin with. Your a dog. And I can tell your a good dog", he says kind those kind words, hoping it would sooth this poor creature's pain. "A lot of my friends had good pets and I know one when I see one. Dont ask me how. I just know.", he stated as he gently stroke's T.D.'s chin. |

D.L listened carefully to their conversation a bit, although as soon as Kiro mentioned that TD was a real dog and was robotisized. He turned his attention to Kiro slightly and TD. He guessed that's why this robot was different then the others, but what didn't make sense to him was. This robotic dog was his first creation though, he remembers that Light had seen him before and the memories of encountering him back then was a few years back. Way before all this happened. Maybe Eggman had this dog because of something that happened, or this dog was created by someone else? He doubted that this robot was though, cause TD had mentioned that Eggman was his real master.
TD was surprised he found out a bit, but he snapped out of his shock quickly. Whimpering a bit as he prepared to tell the truth. "Yes... you are right, but... I was his first robotic dog creation... even though I'm the oldest creation. He still upgraded me a lot..." he said and seemed not bothered by that really. What bothered him was that he wasn't sure what that car accident was, if it was maybe tied to his memories on what Alice said. Although he kept that to himself for now. "TD was badly injured... the memories are blurry.. but I remember a bit.. I know that master robotnik saved me back then. That was years ago, before I met Nova... before any of this happened.. when Dr. Eggman was still himself." He said truthfully then added. "Sure he has never made a robotisized dog before... but that was his first time doing that.. and it was to save me from dying. I do not hate him for that, I am grateful for it.. because back then it wasn't for taking over the world. It was for saving a dog that was on the brick of death... who wanted to live."
Nova was really surprised to know this, and it saddened him to know TD was a real dog but was turned into a cyborg. He knew what robotisized was in away, even though he was a very young kid. Eggman had told him about it when he was starting to act different. Nova bet that TD was in so much pain then, and guessed that he was remembering it in the past. That is probably why he is whimpering in pain. "Even though your grateful to be alive... I feel really bad for you, TD. That must of been a horrible experience..." he sniffled and pets TD on the head slightly. Trying not to cry, but it was easy to tell. Nova felt sorry for the robotic dog. |

((Your computer got a serious virus? emotion_0A0 Sorry for the late reply, I've been really busy))
Nova turns to look at Iblis slightly, he looked so sad with that expression. "We can stop it though, right? We can make things better... if we try..?" he asked slightly confused, hoping that things will get better over time. Nova sniffled and looked at D.L too slightly, but then he looks back at Iblis again. He was upset about this world being like this, but he understood a bit. He was just a bit confused.
D.L saw Nova look at him for a moment, noticing that saddened expression on his face. He knew the kid was hoping for a happy ending, but not everything goes well. Although he'd make sure that Eggman is stopped before things get worse. At least he wasn't still being controlled anymore, and had people to help him out on this. Still he was a bit worried, mostly about what else Eggman has planned. He snaps out of his thoughts though, when he noticed Light walking in slightly. Mostly looked like he was a bit sore when he walked. He felt pain too, but he was use to ignoring it. Light just seemed too sensitive to bruises or cuts. Speaking of cuts, he still had slight wounds from being bitten by TD. Kiro wasn't the only one who got bit, but he was second to be bitten. It healed though slightly, recovering pretty quickly from it. Though the scars were still slightly there on his left arm. It wasn't on Light, but he probably could feel sores from different battles they had. Since they both feel each others pain.
Light walked in quietly and sat on the ground, leaning his back against the wall. He was only sore slightly, but he knew the pain would go away soon. Light didn't want anyone to notice him though like this, but it seems D.L did. Ear twitches a bit and he looks away to the ground a bit, he was kinda annoyed with D.L, but he tried not to show it. Truthfully it wasn't his fault that he felt bruised and sore. Although he wished he could ignore it better like D.L can.
Light decides not to think about it though, as he noticed the little kid near TD. He blinks in confusion, just noticing TD there. He guessed he missed a lot, while he was resting in bed. |

Kiro looks back at Nova's tearful face then looks back at T.D. "Nothing ever lasts forever, Nova. Even though love and happiness have been reduced to nothing but a mere memory for most of these people, Hatred, Fear and Despair are no exception either. Which means, Eggman can't outlast his reign much longer as long as there is people willing to fight him to take back the happiness he has taken from them.", he said reassuringly, but that statement gave Kiro a moment of discomfort in his eyes as it reminded him of the time of happiness that was taken from him. But he quickly shakes its off and asks T.D.,"You remember what its like to be happy dont you? Before Eggman treated you like an expendable tool. Or even before you were robotizied. You do remember that happiness. And now its gone because something changed. And its not just you. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about", he stated to T.D. as he looked at him straight in the eye. "You see, I'm from a different parallel timeline. And I died in this timeline. Still, I recently learned my childhood at home was no different from his childhood here. And I've known Dr. Eggman ever since I was little. And even though I knew he was bad, I knew he wasnt completely evil. Not like this. I've fought with him before along side the freedom fighters and I even used to play pranks on him just so I could watch him throw a fit. Yet still, he had his times when he co-existed with us naturally in between every time he plotted a scheme. To me, he wasn't a villain. Well not completely. Just another guy that likes to make trouble.", he stated his impression of how he knew Dr. Eggman before. "You knew him like that once before like I did, didnt you? Which means, you are aware of what made him change like this. Can you tell us? Is this really Dr. Eggman were facing?",he asked T.D. He knew by now the best way to resolve this situation is to know what your up against, which the first rules of battle he was taught by his master. "Too much happiness has been taken from this world. Far too much. And it's not only affected this world, but your friends too. And If this keep up much longer, there will be nothing left unless he's stopped once and for all. Is that what you want?", he asked calmly as he looks back at Iblis and the others as he leans back a little for T.D. to see the effect his master his causing for everyone. Iblis, Nina, Alice, Arch, D.L. Light, Eragon, and all the other survivors hiding in fear inside the last fortress protecting them from the eyes of T.D.'s master. Kiro wanted him to take a good look, hoping it would convince him to tell everyone everything about what Eggman has become and how they can stop him. As he turns his eyes back to the metallic canine, he makes one final plea,"Dont make the same mistake I did. The only thing different about me from myself in his timeline is that I never knew what I had......until I lost it forever". His face turns back into guilt as his ears fold. |

((I got on really late just to post. I was so busy, sorry for the late replies!))
TD looked at the others slightly, knowing they were the last survivors near here and willing to fight. Even if they might die or get caught, although he knew at this rate, everyone is unsure how to plan their attack. Eggman was plotting probably already to stop them though. TD was just unsure if he should say it though, but looking at Nova and how much he trusted them. Specially the guy he hates the most, D.L. He guessed that he could help them, but he was afraid that he'd be shredded for betraying him. "err..." he mumbled a bit, and shivered a bit. Like he felt scared on what will happen, if he speaks about it. Although he shook his head for a moment, and gazed away towards the ground. Finally speaking up after awhile of being quiet.
"It's hard to put into words..." he mumbled quietly, seeming unsure about saying anything. TD didn't want Nova to be even more disturbed by this information, so he kept it inside. "If I say it... I might be shut down, if I mention it. Besides it's too horrific to say and disturbing... TD doesn't want to make Nova sad." he said, and gazed at Nova slightly. Seeming concerned about Nova listening in on this. The kid was very innocent and had a pure heart. TD didn't want these words or wars to damage him mentally.
D.L walked closer a bit, and looks at the robotic dog slightly. He wouldn't want to tell Nova disturbing information either or whatnot. Although he had a feeling TD was just also trying to keep it a secret, even if it'd help them in away maybe. Just as he thought it, seemed he was right in away as TD speaks again.
TD looks away again slightly. "Also.. TD doesn't trust mostly everyone here.. but Iblis, Nova,... Kiro and the girl helping named Alice. D.L is still my enemy though.. and I cannot trust him. Although Nova seems to trust him... which I have no idea why.. he isn't a good person in my book. It's not that he was controlled... but before he was... TD really experienced his darker side when Light wasn't in control." he said and looks towards D.L, seeming to be glaring at him. "He almost completely destroyed Eggman's lab when that happened. D.L loses control it seems when Light isn't conscious in away... and TD knows D.L wants to free himself with the chaos emeralds, so he'll have his own body to control. So if that happens... TD has a feeling he'll do bad things again, but even worse then what's happening now." TD humphs and snarled a bit towards D.L slightly.
D.L knew the mut hated him, but he had no idea he despised him so much. He sighed and crossed his arms slightly, not seeming threatened at all of what TD said. "That's your reason...?" he glared back at the robotic dog slightly, his cold gaze kinda made TD coward a bit. Although his gaze relaxed when Nova looked at him, he didn't want to scare the kid. "I have no intention of harming anyone that I consider an ally or friend... the only enemy I have is the doctor now." he spoke truthfully, although he still wanted to use the chaos emeralds to free himself. He just hoped that it won't go the way TD mentioned, since he knew his energy is too much to control at times. The only thing keeping him from going out of control is the power rings around his wrists. Once he frees himself, he won't have those anymore to contain the energy. Unless he prepares for it, although that wasn't important right now at this moment. |

((It's okay, it's not your fault, it's the viruses fault and I'm good, just a bit sleepy as always. Been busy for a few days, but I always check everyday on here. How about you guys?))
TD felt bad really, he didn't like keeping secrets. He just didn't want Nova to hear it truthfully. Once his leg was repaired fully by Alice though, he decided he should at least tell them something for helping him, and not destroying him on the spot. "TD knows you'll tell everyone anyway..." he said and seemed to sigh. "But if you tell Nova later... tell it to him nicely. TD isn't good at bringing bad news gently, and TD doesn't want Nova to be so upset. That's all that I'm worried about truthfully." he added but looked away in thought. "Everyone but D.L and Nova can stay listening on this... sorry Nova." he whimpered and looked at the kid near him sadly.
Nova wasn't really upset about knowing or not, but he did really want to know why Eggman was like this. Truth be told, he thought he was created because he wanted to be taking care of a kid. Although he found out later when Eggman started to lose his mind, that he was created to fight and protect the empire. It was pretty harsh that he was only created to fight, and it made him wonder if Eggman cared about him at all. "It's fine... as long as someone tells me later." he said and looked a bit worried, although he silently walked over to D.L.
D.L decides to listen to the dog's request this time, taking Nova out of the main room and into a different room to wait by Nova. He had wanted to know as well, but TD didn't seem to fully trust him to tell everyone. He wasn't sure why though, he wasn't going to kill anymore people. He'd prefer not to hurt anyone. Not like he was in the past, where he use to pretend it was a game to him. A game to harm people in the labs whenever he got free. Even at G.U.N he broke out because of someone making a mistake by freeing him. He lashed out at anyone he could because back then, he only wanted revenge. D.L didn't think his motives were good, and as he thought about it. It only seemed pointless to him now. Now he just wanted to be free to live peacefully and protect the ones he cares about.
Light stayed in his sitting spot, since TD decided only D.L and Nova should go somewhere else. Although he guessed TD didn't know that if he hears, then D.L is going to know. Light didn't mind though, since D.L isn't the same like he use to be. He could tell he was different, and Iblis seemed to care a lot about him. Since she was the one telling him her experience with him. Light guessed that D.L probably changed over the years, because of all this happening to him. He was glad D.L finally started to open his feelings really, and care for others instead of himself. |
