Racing Against Time: Save the King and Queen!

[GS Tiger Eye]

"Damn it!" He cursed when the demon ripped his good coat. "So thats how you wanna play huh?" He manuvered around the fireballs and landed on tables and chairs with his agility, and it kept knocking things over until he dodged behind the table. He poked his head out and grabbed a piece of cake. "Want some cake?" He threw it towards the demons face. "Haha!" He laughed and leaped up onto the table. "Time amp it up." He took off his ripped coat and threw it down. "You wont touch my Setsuna." He powered up full this time and his blue eyes flashed and turned sharp. He hunched over and his back muscles flexed. His hands slowly started growing a little bigger and his fingernails grew longer and sharper. The same thing happened with his feet and they started busting out of his shoes and ripping his other clothes. His bare chest started to grow orangy golden fur and stripes appeared as it came in. let the transformation finish and he landed on his front paws and he was now a full grown bengal tiger. He let out a big mighty roar and charged toward the beast again.

"I have a child who has yet to have the chance to experience life. Yet you would kill me and deny it that chance. You are even more cruel than I remember. Nehelenia." Setsuna stated with concentrated calmness, though the fury burned deep within her heart, and it shone within her cherry eyes. "Yet I should not be surprised you threaten innocent children, for look at what you have already done to Miaka." She felt her rage build within her, but she felt a sense of love when Tiger was mentioned within the conversation. "You underestimate my husband. It has been twenty five years, and he has grown in strength since being in your charge."

Setsuna became distracted however, when she turned her attention back to the fight between her husband and the youma. She watched in anticipation, and turned to look at her comrades, giving them a look of despair. Why were they just standing there while Mila jabbered on? She could not ask them to fight though, least of all the children. They simply were not ready.

She tore the necklace from her neck, then looked at the key in her palm. A gentle, silver light flashed before she then stood with the Garnet Rod in her hand. She tapped it against the floor, and the orb at the center gave off a single sparkle. Why have I done this? I cannot fight. She thought, staring at the orb with great concentration, becoming lost in thought.

Fira let out a large growl as the cake hit the demon's face. Shaking it off to clear her eyes, she watched Tiger's transformation before hunching over, preparing to attack once more. Again her fur turned to fire as she rushed at Tiger; but this time it wasn't fireballs that were thrown, but dark spheres of matter intended to capture and blind the bengal. One of the spheres aimed right at it's feet; another careening down from above in an attempt to trap Tiger. A visible wave of sound (yeah I know, just roll with it lol) erupted as Fira let out her loudest growl yet to try to distract Tiger from the spheres.

Mila's smile faltered a bit at Tiger's transformation, but felt no true threats. She aimed her staff at Fira, giving her demon the power to create the dark spheres that were currently being thrown before responding to Setsuna.

"Hahaha! Why should I care about an unborn fetus? It means nothing to me!" Mila shrugged at the mention of Tiger's strength. "He is no match for my demon. Fira will kill him soon enough."

Her eyebrows raised at Tiger's exclamation for Setsuna. "What makes you think I am sending Fira after your wife? No no no, I will personally take care of her."

Mila's staff transformed into a whip covered with thorns. Black sparks of lightning surrounded each thorn as Mila snapped the whip behind her. Her eyes fell flat as Setsuna's Garnet Rod appeared. An amused grin then spread on her face again as she caught the glance from Setsuna to the others on the other side of the room.

"Don't bother! They are too terrified of my power to even try to stop me. You should do the same and just die with dignity!" Mila lashed the whip at Setsuna.

"NOOO!!! PUUUU!!!!"


The whip struck Queen SL Serenity, who had leapt in front of Setsuna. The whip wrapped itself around Queen SL Serenity, releasing the harnessed electricity into her body. Queen SL Serenity gasped and grimaced at the feel of the electric shocks running through her.

"Puu!!! Run, save yourself while you can! AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

Queen SL Serenity collapsed to the floor. King Endymion pushed Neo-Queen Serenity aside and rushed towards Mila, a weapon very similar to the one he had as Tuxedo Mask appeared in his hand. He swung the weapon at Mila before she attempted to strike Setsuna again.

"Setsuna, don't fight!" King Endymion shouted as he engaged Mila in battle. "Listen to what my daughter told you! Get out of here! Tiger-Eye, you too! Don't let Mila entice you anymore!"

"No! My Small Lady!" Setsuna cried out, reaching her free hand in Queen SL Serenity's direction. She looked in between the woman and her father, shaking her head. "I cannot." Nehelenia had gone too far this time, harming her beloved Small Lady was almost more than she could currently take. And while she was unaware that her emotions were still very haywire, she could not sit by anymore.

She decisively held her staff in the air, the center orb at the top beginning to shimmer, before a circular shadow began to expand, slowly at first, then with a sudden extreme speed, the orb burst forth in an attempt to knock back any evil energy in the area. She hoped with all her heart that something would work to help them all.

He couldnt talk in this form but he saw all the crap coming his way and he flexed his jowl in a smirk and dodged out of the way in a fancy kind of spiral. He roared again when he leaped up and bounded off the side of the wall and back toward the demon and opened his mouth to attempt to latch onto the neck of the demon.

Neo-Queen Serenity and Queen Makoto knelt by Queen SL Serenity, desprately trying to wake her. King Helios looked up fron his protective stance to see Setsuna release the orb towards Mila.

"Setsuna! Please, for your sake as well as the sake of your unborn child, don't fight! I beg of you! Don't endanger yourself anymore!"

Rina looked over in horror at her mother, still unconcious on the floor, then suddenly looked over at Mila. Her bright red eyes filled with rage, her normally cheerful face contorted with a feriocity she never knew exhisted in her heart. She ducked out of King Helios's protection, the brooch she inherited from her mother shined brighter than the sun. The bright light surrounded her, then suddenly dissappeared, leaving in it's wake a Sailor Senshi. Her pink hair styled in buns with two red circles attatched; a magenta and white sailor outfit with light pink bows in both front and back and magenta-colored boots replaced the ball gown and shoes. A gold staff with a red heart that sprouted small wings on top materialized in her hand.

"Rina?!" King Helios exclaimed.

Queen SL Serenity stirred at the bright light, her eyes opened a little as she looked over to her daughter.

"Rina.....no.....Neo Sailor Moon.....you've awakened....at last." Queen SL Serenity passed out again.

Mila screamed as the force from Setsuna's attack and King Endymion's blasted her against the wall. Her weapon flew out of her hand and Fira disappeared just as Tiger's teeth were about to sink into her neck.

"Ugh! How dare you! You will all pay for this!"

Mila stood and was about to pick up her weapon when a bright light suddenly blinded her. she squinted at it, trying to see through to the person in the center.

"What...what is that light?!"

Mila gasped in shock as the light subsided and Rina emerged dressed as a Sailor Senshi. Her eyes narrowed at Queen SL Serenity's fractured statement.

"Neo Sailor Moon? The next generation of the accursed Moon Kingdom has awakened?! No, I cannot allow this!!!!"  

[GS Tiger Eye]

He landed and looked up at Mila when she got hit by the blast. His sharp eyes went wide when he saw the little teenage girl turn into the newest neo sailor moon. But he roared loud and scanned the room for Setsuna. He ran over and chuffed at her and nudged her gently with his head and turned to brace himself again letting out a low growl in Mila's direction making sure that Setsuna was behind him.

Setsuna heard Helios's request, but before she could respond to him, she found herself staggering in response to the force of the garnet orb's energy coming into contact with Mila's negative energy. It knocked the wind out of her, and she clutched her staff in both hands, slowly sinking to her knees as she caught her breath. She had noticed her baby moving within her during the attack, and suddenly felt a sharp, stabbing pain, which went away just as soon as it came.

She soon found her line of sight shielded by her husband, which made her look up and observe her surroundings. "Tiger." She reached out to place her hand upon his thick fur, shaking her head when he had nudged her. "I am fine. Don't worry."

It was difficult not to notice the blinding light, and that which followed. The young Neo Sailor Moon had finally awakened, and this brought a calming warmth to Setsuna's heart. "Rina." She stated quietly, feeling a strong urge to cry as she looked upon the young senshi, though she fought these feelings back as best she could.

Rina looked over to Setsuna and Tiger-Eye, her eyes softened a bit at the mention of her name. She took a quick glance at her mother, the softness in her eyes replaced by a blank stare as she turned back to Mila, who still stood with rage and shock next to the balcony doors.

"You've overstayed your welcome, Mila. I think it's time you were dealt with once and for all!

Mila stared silently for a moment at Neo Sailor Moon before her shock and rage were replaced by a calculated cautious look.

"Are you sure it's very wise to stand up to me, dear? Cause to me it deems like you're at a disadvantage, what with me holding two hostages and all."

Neo Sailor Moon threw a confused look over to Ayami, who looked over and shrugged, just as confused as she was. She turned back as Mila raised a hand. A red light surrounded the unconscious Queen SL Serenity and King Helios, both disappearing then reappearing in chains beside Mila.

"Mother! Father! Let them go now!

Neo Sailor Moon raised her staff as Neo-Queen Serenity raised hers. A bright, illuminating light surrounded each staff as Neo Sailor Moon began to chant:

"MOON CRYSTAL.....!"

"Rina, NO! You're not strong enough yet! That power will kill you if not used wisely!" King Helios exclaimed.

Neo Sailor Moon paused, just long enough for Mila to take advantage of the situation. She quickly retrieved her staff and rose it into the air; black spheres of matter similar to the ones that had been used to try to catch Tiger formed around Neo Sailor Moon and latched themselves around her, rendering her incapable of movement. Mila laughed a bit hysterically as Neo Sailor Moon desperately tried to free herself, to no avail.

You still have much to learn before you can even come close to defeating me, child! I am the successor to the former queen of darkness, Queen Nehelenia! I will take over her place as the rightful ruler of this world! And nobody, especially not some weak, little princess is going to stop me this time!

"KYAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"


The black spheres emitted the same black lightning that had been produced from Mila's whip earlier with Queen SL Serenity. Mila laughed as Neo Sailor Moon fell to her knees. King Endymion rushed at Mila, trying to grab her staff from her hands. Mila shoved King Endymion away before producing a large, sharp black sword and hurled it at him. The sword struck his side and arm, barely missing the spot where it would have thrust into his heart if he hadn't moved in time. Blood began flowing from his wounds as he collapsed in front of Tiger.

"NO! ENDYMION!" "Neo Queen Serenity screamed in horror.

Setsuna's eyes could not contain her tears as one by one each attempt at attacking Mila had failed. While still clasping her staff in both hands, she tapped it against the ground, turning it back into a key. She pressed it against her chest, the silver chain snaking around her tanned neck as it linked together, emitting a single sparkle as it became a necklace once more.

"Endymion." She murmured his name, passing Tiger as she dragged herself towards the former Earth King's side, pulling the sword out and casting it aside. She quickly ripped the more pliable fabric of her gown into strips of rag, using a piece to promptly press into Endymion's wound to stop the bleeding. She knew she had to keep pressure on it, and so she stayed there, every now and then checking his pulse and his breathing.

She turned her head in anger as she worked, her eyes full of tears as she stared upon Mila's form. She thought about praying. She thought about asking her Father for help, as well as his fellow primordial divinities, but of course, her father was never available, and the remaining divinities always demanded a price. She shook her head, dismissing these thoughts as she deemed them worthless, continuing to work on Endymion's wound.

Instead she caught her husband's eye, her cherry eyes solemn as she gazed upon his bestial form. She wondered if he knew what she was thinking, but she looked down in sorrow as she thought of that which they had spoke of earlier. She wished she had never asked him to do it, but what other choice did they have?

She quickly scanned the room for Makoto, hoping that she had remained safe through all the chaos. She could do nothing, and she could not leave Endymion for fear of him bleeding out, and so she remained at his side. "Endymion. Endymion." She gently shook him. "Can you hear me? Please say something."

He roared at Helios-sensei knowing he'd understand his roars in animal language. Sensei. Can you go into pegasus form? Try to get yourself outta there! He looked back and made sure Setsuna was safe before he took off at top speed toward Mila and tried to grab for her staff with his teeth.

Neo-Queen Serenity knelt to the floor, gently lifting her husband's head and placing it in her lap. Her deep blue eyes swam with tears as she looked at his wounds. As she watched Setsuna trying to stop the bloodflow, she too spoke to him.

"Endymion? Endymion, wake up! Please don't leave me!"

A single tear dropped from her eye and landed on King Endymion's cheek; he stirred, grimacing at the sharp, intense pain in his side.

"Ser...en....ity." He gasped, the pain in his side increased as he felt pressure on his wound. He looked over to see Setsuna working on his wounds, his eyes filled with sorrow and apologies at the look on her face.

"Setsuna....I'm....sorry. I didn't...mean to....upset you more. Please....forgive me." He gasped again as he felt more pressure on his wounds.
