I keep trying to forget about it and forgive myself for what happened, but I know that I can't... because it's my fault. I didn't do anything to stop it, nor could I have. I had to wait until another vampire fought off the attackers before I could get away from the village I used to live in. I returned eventually to become an Elite Assassin so that I could help others and try to make up for my mistakes, but nothing seems to get rid of the guilt I feel for not taking action that day." she said with a sigh. Akari knew that nothing could repair the damage within herself and she couldn't bring back her family, but she knew better than to try to bring them back or go after the ones who attacked her family so long ago. gaia_nitemareright

gaia_nitemareleft Akari hugged Rai tightly and smiled. "Thank you, Rai-sama... but all I can remember seeing that night was the one who saved me, a lot of lycans, and a girl in the shadows. Her aura was strong and I remember how it felt... it was dark and it seemed to drain my energy a little, yet it was slightly familiar. It was strange that she commanded so many lycans, yet she wasn't one of them... she was something far worse than that to have an aura of such strength." she said with a sigh. Akari had hope that seemed gone long ago, yet she had fear for Rai and herself.
