Naturally, you fill in the creative title, and the two users. because it is only a training spar, and not a battle for gold or anything. Just a small example of how battles flow, for the unititiated.

What is a No-Holds-Barred- Fight? And Willow....I think its you and tom fighting, not you and me, heh.

What is a No-Holds-Barred- Fight? And Willow....I think its you and tom fighting, not you and me, heh.

No-holds-barred means you don't hold back at all. >o' You don't show any restraint against your opponent and you make each attack as one meant to kill. ;3

And I'm fairly sure that its you and me. Unless you can't do it.. Then I believe Diez said it'll be NPC, or Me vs. Diez. >>'
