"That's an interesting way to put it." Ryo considered thoughtfully with a light chuckle. "But it sounds about right, I guess."

He got a second look at her new wardrobe then. "Gotta say, that hair colour suits you." A grin spread itself across his face, more teasing than anything else. "I bet Akio will agree with me. He shouldn't be too far off, now that I think about it."

Kiza's eyes narrowed at his choice of words. "Chi flow, huh?" She grabbed onto the covers that hid his face, pulling them down underneath his chin. Her posture straightened out for a second, only to bend over again when she lowered her head just above his from the side, her nose wrinkling as she did. "I would have to guess that your drunk."

Not bothering to lean back, Kiza's expression relaxed, a softer smile gracing her lips. "Well I hate to tell ya this, but I don't care if you want me to go away. I missed you and I'm staying put." She brushed his bangs away, kissing his forehead once before finally returning to her earlier position.

"Sorry Kinta!" Lynn laughed. "I'm trying not to be as formal with people." She turned to Ryo. "It's my real hair color... now that the curse is lifted, I look like me again." She said. "Don't you think it makes me look younger?" Her face was blushing at the thought of Akio seeing her.

Isamu groaned and sat up, pulling the blanket off his head. "WAS drunk. I was drunk. Yesterday."

"Definitely. Gray hair isn't exactly the colour for the young though." Ryo agreed, satisfied to see his brief mention of Akio's name worked well enough. "Good news about the curse though. How are the others doing? I mean Eon and the gang." He asked curiously.

Kiza didn't bother moving this time around. "A hangover is still a pitiful excuse." She stated, proving to be as blunt as ever.

"And to think I was so excited to see you." She sighed dramatically, pushing herself away from the bed and getting to her feet. "But with a hangover, I can't celebrate with you at all." She shrugged her shoulders in mock disappointment. She appeared to be teasing him, adding emphasis to the word "celebrate." "Oh well. I can just play cards or something~!"

Lynn laughed. "They're doing well. Eon and Samaiel are at the Temple of Emi, and Youka's doing her own thing, I guess. With the curse lifted, Eon's very happy." She blinked and looked over Ryo and Kinta's shoulders at Cecil. "Is this a new friend?"

Isamu jumped out of bed. "What!? Play cards!? But, but, I haven't seen you in..." He froze when he realized that he didn't have a shirt on. "Uh..." His pale face blushed a little.

Kiza placed her hands on her lips, distributing most of her weight to one leg at the same time. "What happened to your hang over?" She smiled mischievously, cocking one eyebrow.

Her cheeks turned the slightest shade of red at the sight, making her feel as if she was still in the awkward stage of their relationship. This is turn made her feel silly, which turned into frustration. "There's no reason to blush." She stated stubbornly (not to mention hypocritically).

Kiza's hands dropped back to her sides, her gaze flitting up meet Isamu's eyes suddenly. "I really did miss you, you know. I wasn't just messing around when I said that." She mumbled, seeming a bit embarrassed to admit it so seriously. When it really came down to it, the girl was still shy when it came to admitting stuff like that. It was somewhat childish, but that was Kiza for ya.

Isamu quickly hugged Kiza, careful to swoop in before she could protest. "Kiza... I missed you so much..." He murmured quietly.

Kiza was caught off guard at first, still recovering from his lack of a shirt. She slipped her arms out from under his so she could return the embrace. "Diddo." She replied more cheerfully.

Isamu laughed. "I'm so glad you didn't hit me." He murmured, smiling a little.

"I don't think your giving me much credit mister." Kiza replied. "I only hit you when you do something stupid which, so far at least, you haven't." She tried to explain her logic behind abuse. It made some sense. The only time she really let him have it was when he decided to make some perverted comment, but lately that hadn't been an issue.

Isamu frowned. "You can never be too sure..."

Polite as always, the tall weretiger bowed. "I am Cecil Alvaro the Rover. Pleased to meet you, my lady."

Kinta looked over at Cecil for a second then turned back to Lynn and nodded. "Aye. I think you'll like him, Lynn."

Lynn smiled. "It's a pleasure." She laughed at Kinta's comment. "If you guys like him, I'm sure that I will." ((I gotta go. See you!))

"Do have any faith in me at all?" Kiza deadpanned, a hint of annoyance clear in her tone.

She slipped out of his grip, ducking right under his arms and backing away. "I really am in the mood to play cards now." Oblivious to the death of their formerly touching moment, Kiza rummaged through the nearly empty drawers for a pack of cards.

Evelina had escaped the hallway scene before Cecil had even introduced himself. She sat on one of the two beds, enjoying a piece of raw meant, one of the last on her plate. She wondered idly if it would be too much trouble to explore the village. All of her companions would be resting soon enough, which left her time alone to do as she pleased.

The corners of Isamu's mouth turned up. "Yeah, I guess cards is ok. There's usually some in the top drawer of the dresser..."

Lynn looked around. "Um... wasn't there someone else here?"

"The top drawer?" Kiza repeated, double checking that she heard him right even as she pulled open the correct drawer. "Aha!" She let the wooden box slid back into place, whipping around and holding out her prize. The pack of cards was decorated with the inn's name and the picture of a bursting rose, petals falling on the sides.

She sat on her legs near one end of the bed, careful not to tear her dress. She began shuffling, waiting for Isamu to take his seat across from her. "What should we play?" Kiza didn't seem to care, as long as it was a card game and she knew the rules. "Whatever it is, we should make it interesting, right?" That familiar mischievous smile appeared on her face at these words.
