Mai-ling tensed a bit at hearing bender. "Bender? I'm not a bender at all." She replied curtly, trying to change the subject. She couldn't get into trouble just now. She didn't want to get locked up like her parents said would happen. The young noblewoman sighed. Maybe she should have just stayed in the palace.

zuko hears the two people taling he decieds to go see wat's going on

kogia hears someone coming"who's there?"kogia asked getting into his martial arts stance

Ryu stood on a cliff outside of town blowing off steam he couldn't figure azukla out one minute it seemed she felt the same way about him and the next it was like she was the cold person everyone thought she was. Finally after several hours of firebending and almost feeling drained he headed back towards the palace deciding he would do as she asked and keep his feelings in check.

zuko replies " really u will attack the fire lord's son ? "

"prince zuko!i am sorry..i didnt know it was you.....sorry prince zuko..."kogia said while bowing

Mai-ling looked over to see prince Zuko. A small frown appeared on her face and she placed her hands on her hip. "There you are! I've been looking everywhere for you but I could never find you. The guards weren't much help either." She scolded while lightly hitting Zuko on the head. It was more friendly intended then cruel. After all she would never hurt a royal or a old friend for that matter.

zuko smiles " sorry mai ling i was looking for my uncle "

kogia stood up and grinned"perhaps i should leave you 2 alone..........i geuss i might see you 2 later..."kogia said wondering what that girl was doing when he first walked up

zuko smiles " so what were u trying to look for me for mai ling ? "

Mai-ling waved to Kagia a bit glad that he was leaving. That meant that no one would try to question her any more. She really didn't need that at the moment. She turned her attention back to Zuko, forgetting why she was looking for him for a moment. Then she remembered. "I was told to help you find the Avatar. I was just wondering when you plan on looking for the man." Came her reply.

zuko replies " i was just on my way to my airship,uncles proably there "

A small swelling of fear enveloped around the girl. She hated being in the air or on water. It made her feel like she was away from her home, the Earth. She sighed not really liking the idea, but she'd have to act like she did. If it got out that she a true blooded fire nation noble was an Earth bender, things would get quite ugly. "Oh I see. Well I guess we should head to the airship then." She looked towards the opening where the woods parted. Her purple eyes looked nervous as she wondered what it would be like away from the earth's nurturing arms.

kogia was walking still thinking about what that girl did...it was odd..
