[Stray and Gone]

Artimis, not Artemis, carefully watched the exchange. Normally it was her brother's job to question Liams form the other villages, but as the guardian, and his little sister whom gets away with a lot others don't, she spoke up, "Tray Shilo, are you realated to the Volity in Jiliek? He has the same surname as you." Though she did decide it was Yami's job to chastize Alan for questioning a Liam in their village.  

[Knight of Roses]

"Don't look at me like that, Yami," Alan said. "Should've spoken up sooner. And by the way i see it, the end justified the mean." He crossed his arms, "So I suppose I can't simply and casually say that he's pretty far from home to be just training. All the way in another viallge far. Or that he was trailing Artimis and I for a bit."

Artimis seemed to have a handle on the situation, so Yami turned his full attention to Alan and led him a little bit away, although he remained where he could still hear everything between Artimis and Tray and keep an eye on them. "'The end justifies the means,'" Yami said as calmly as he could. "You're in Tressor, not Jiliek. Here I ask the questions, not you? There's a reason I'm the leader of the warriors. I know how to handle the situation and what needs to be done. GOT IT?"

Tray turned back to Artimis and smiled. "The scenery has just gotten a whole lot better. To answer your question though, my brother is Brandon, Volity of Jilliek, yes. He stayed there when my parents and I moved. I was too young to decide for myself at the time."

"Oh," Artimis glanced back at her brother. Yami seemed busy, so she had to finish what she started, "I could understand why your parents would've chosen to move out of Jiliek." An image of the guardian of the sword came to mind, "I know your brother fairly well. he's a good Volity."  

[Knight of Roses]

"What happened to the Yami that use to like a little help from his ole sparring partner? You use to be cool, now your not even Mexico," Alan said to Yami. He took a step back. Apparently Alan knew a little of human culture. Well... not a lot of it anyways. "Look, I beat you to the punch. And your always a little riled when I do that. But I'm a warrior too. So I'm sorry if tha also kicks in when someone has been on my tail for the past few minutes."  

[Zihark Faroda]

"Alan," there was now irritation in Yami's voice, "This is not a matter of beating anyone to the punch. This is my village, my responsibility. If this were Jiliek you wouldn't expect me to start going around asking questions of strangers. It wouldn't be my place to do so. And as for him trailing you, you should have cornered him and asked your questions back in the forest then. Either that or wait for me to finish my questions or Artimis to bring it up."  

[Cecil Damascus]

Tray's ear twitched. They must be talking about him... oh well, he had a pretty girl to talk to. "Thank you. I think it's good to have someone to look up to." Then, more to the air than anyone in particular, "Even if he does run 'round in a loin cloth all day..."

Now this was a subject she could relate to. Having an older brother, "It's just his thing. It doesn't matter what he wears as long as he does his job. So you and your older brother are close?" She curiously inquired. He was Brandon's brother, so she knew he wasn't there of any malicious intent, or so she hoped. The senses she held as a Liam didn't sense any malicious intent anyway.

Alan sighed and crossed his arms, "Reading you loud and clear Yami. Guess I did miss my chance back in the outskirts of the village. Ah, oh well, like you said not my village but yours. Guess I did get a bit carried away with it." He moved his arms behind his head, " Wanna get some chicando?"  

[Zihark Faroda]

"Maybe in a bit," Yami replied as he now turned full attention back to Artimis and Tray. "After all, we still have our guest to deal with. Artimis seems to have a handle on things, but I don't think we should leave just yet."  

[Cecil Damascus]

"Yeah, we've really got a close bond. I suppose I look up to him more than anything though." His intentions certainly weren't malicious... though he wasn't entirely certain about her older brother. Oh well, he liked a good challenge. This was just just another part of it. He smiled inwardly.  

[Stray and Gone]

"Understandable," she glanced back at Yami, "Well if you don't have further business in Tressor then you can go. I need to head back now," She thought of the dinner that she had to make or her brother would probably go to sleep without eating, "though if yo have business ere you can come with us."

Alan looked over to Artimis as well, " Something I'm missing Yami? You seem to keep glancing over there a bit. You do know your sister is more than capable of handeling herself?" He shrugged, "Well... I know how we brothers can get when it comes to sisters. So Im not blaming you at all. Still... is there something buggin you?  

[Zihark Faroda]

"I don't know," Yami replied. "Originally I thought...there's just something gnawing at me. But in any case looks like we're about to have company over. Artimis just offered, and I bet anything this Tray will accept. Care to lend me an extra pair of eyes tonight?"
