Tyler gathered some book and sighed happily. He was also excited to see Ryan this Friday night. He was gonna go over to his apartment and hang out with him for a few hours. He hadn't see Ryan for a few months and he liked to reminisce about the days of Ryan being his big brother and them going out and doing fun things together,

Roy arrived home just in time to catch the tail end of yet another heated argument. From the sounds of it, his mother had bought something his father didn't approve of. With a sigh, he shut the door as loudly as he could without slamming it. "Mom, dad, I'm home!"

{You wanna play the mom or dad?}

"What does it matter if I bought this or not?" Stacy asked. "I bought it with my own money. You can go to hell!" She yelled at her husband,glancing at her son when he came home.

The dad snarled as his wife refused to see reason. "It matters because all my money goes to taking care of this family while you only ever spend money on yourself!" He paused as he looked Roy's way. "Hmph, we'll talk about this later!"

He walked over to his son. "How was school, son?"
Roy pretended as if he hadn't heard anything and shrugged. "It was school. Had lessons, hung with my friends, then I came home."

"Do you want anything specific for dinner,honey?" Stacy asked,a smile gracing her lips. "We can even get take out if you want."

Roy shrugged again as he went upstairs. "I'll eat whatever you guys want. Not in the mood for anything specific today."

Rick nodded as his seemingly normal son went upstairs. "Good, then maybe your mother could cook something instead of buying some greasy mess!" He said it with a passing tone, but there was a jab to it showing his dislike for needless spending.

"I only asked,because he at least cares about me,David!" Stacy yelled,crossing her arms. "God,you are such a jerk!"

Rick rolled his eyes, turning to his wife once again. "What makes you think I don't care!? I'm very concerned with your constant, reckless spending! What if I were to lose my job, huh? Would you be able to cover the bills that goes into maintaining this house!? I don't think so!"

Upstairs, Roy pulled his laptop out from underneath his desk. He then logged into one of his favorite online games, cheering up even more when he saw that his brother was online for once and immediately sent a party request.

"It's not reckless!" Stacy yelled,getting madder by the second. "I buy stuff in case something tragic happens or buy things for Roy! He's our only son!" This was a sore spot for Stacy. Her and Rick(Though I did call him David. xD) couldn't have anymore kids.

Rick crossed his arms. "Tragic like what? Our first son!? Or did you want to forget that disaster of yours!?" It was a miracle that they had two sons at all with his wife's condition. So for one of them to become someone...something like that had be rather upsetting for him. But he'd be damned if he let Roy be spoiled like that and driven to such disgusting insanity.

Ryan had a rare off day when the shop had closed up early, so he thought to check on his character in a game he started to stay in contact with his little brother. Accepting a party request, he pulled up the private chat.

[What's kicking, Roy? Mom and dad at it again?]
[Yes. Mom bought a new toaster oven. Dad...is not happy.]
[Yeah, well, what can you do?]

Stacy gasped and slapped Rick. "Don't talk about him like that!" She then ran out and got in the car and drove off.

Roy jumped as he heard a long sound and looked out his window in time to catch his mom driving off. He didn't hear what his dad said, but could pick out the distinct sound of the door slamming. Frowning, he rushed to his computer. [Mom just stormed out the house, which means dad is about to start drinking again. I'll play with you later.] He signed off and closed his laptop. It wasn't like his dad was an abusive drunk or anything, but he still didn't like being in the house when this happened.
"Hey dad, I need to go check out something at the library. I'll be back for dinner, okay?"

Rick grumbled something from the kitchen and waved Roy off to show he at least heard his son.

TYler sighed happily as he picked up some Manga that he needed to read and a few scifi books that seemed interesting.

Once at the library, Roy relaxed. Away from the eyes of his parents potentially seeing him from outside, he went to pick a spot where he could get some homework done in peace, and maybe find a new book to read. And with that, he made his way to the fantasy aisle.

But as he passed the some of the tables, he spotted Tyler at one of them. With a muffled scream, he hurried out of site. Tyler is here? He didn't see me right?

With a stack of books in hand,Tyler turned and headed to the checkout,preparing for the weekend. He was gonna spend Saturday with Ryan and then Sunday he was gonna spend all day reading. He checked out all his books and then placed them in his bag and then proceeded to go home.
