School of the Night

[Solaris the Hedgehog]

A girl with a red shirt with a cross on it and a black skirt with black knee hives walked into the classroom, quietly.She took a seat in the back and last row. She hid her face with a book with a cross on it so she would not be noticed. In her other hand, she held a sky blue little ball at the tip of her fingers. She sat down far from the others.'I hope I wasn't noticed' she thought.

"If I wouldnt have hit that pipe i would have gone unnoticed, its strange all the years of going through the walls here I still havent memorised the obsticles" he said with his misgeveous grin on his face "I dont think i should leave for awhile, I think that some humans saw me phase through the gates" he shrugged then said "But that's never stoped me before"

She looked back up at the teacher to make sure that they weren't seen. "Humans saw you??" She asked kind of surprised. "You should've came in through the back way instead of the front of the school." The teacher seemed to be done grading papers so Sarah sat with her arms on the table before the teacher saw. While the tearcher was writing on the board, Sarah mouthed to Jesse "Tonight after school."

Lindsey stared at the gate, and the boy who had just run through it.
"Uh..." she heard a big sound that seemed to be magnified in the stillness of dusk. it was ringing sound like a fire drill. she didn't move, but felt as if the school had just said,' HURRY UP! COME INSIDE, YOU'RE LATE!!!'
"Ummm..." she waited for the sound to stop, excitment rising in her all the time, and soon she had a mischevious grin on her face. She walked to the gate and put her hand to it, half expecting her hand to go right through it, but instead, it gave a noisey creak and it swung open as if someone had just pushed it open with extreme force.
She looked back at her stunned friend and smiled big.
"C'mon!!! Let's go!"
And not waiting for her to respond, she trotted onto the school grounds and the door slowly and eirily swing shut behind her.

"AH! Lindsey!" Heather exclaimed as the gates close behind her friend. And on their own! The teen stared at the gate with a nervous expression. But this was her idea to come tothis school today and check it out; she was not backing out now. The girl slowly, hesitating a moment, moved her hand towards the gate and touched it about to push it open, when it suddenly did on its own like it had to Lindsey. Feeling a tiny bit started, Heather ran through the gate and next to her friend and turned back to see the gate close once again. "Um... must be an automatic!" She said with a nervous smile and laugh. She looked back at the large school and mentally took a breath before walking towards it. "Okay, so we can either check the grounds first, or check inside?" She told her Lindsey while looking back at her.

"i didn't notice that they saw me until i was past the gates" he said then sat silent for a few seconds and nodded to sarah after she 'told him' when they would leave school

Lindsey noticed heather's question.
"Um, ah, well..." she could'nt decided weather to look on it outside before going inside, then said,
"Let's go to the back of the school to see if there's an entrance back there." she looked at Heather's slightly nervous expression she had and added, "In case we're seen by someone, like a night watchmen, he won't arrest us."

Blackbow then got up and asked to the teacher to excuse her because she's having a school-sick problem. She was excused and then she went to the bathroom. "I knew the school wasn't gonna be safe." she whispered to herself. Everything she touched in the bathroom, would leave a blood mark. So she washed her hands and face and went back to class.

Heather thougt a moment and nodded in agreemen, "Good Idea." She said while looking at Lindsey. She turned back and headed for the back of the school. But as they headed that way, it all seemed a bit... darker. And creepier. As they got closer to the back of the school, trees began to grow in numbers until Heather noticed that there was a forest not too far away. "Wow, wonder what P.E. is like around here." She said with some sarcasim but also some amazement.

Her throat feeling dry, Sarah raised her hand. "Yes Ms. Sarah?" The teacher noticed her. "May I get some water?" She asked with her voice a bit cracked. "Go ahead. But don't take too long." She answered. "Thanks." The teen said getting up out of her seat and opened the door that led her into the hall. There were lockers and the lights on the ceiling were dim so it wasn't well lit. As she walked on the tile floor, her footsteps echoed through the entire place. The fountain was on the wall and she leaned over to get a drink. The water refreshed her mouth but she stood up as she thought she heard a noise outisde. "That's odd." She said quietly as she left the fountain.

jesse noticed that his book was in his locker "can i go to my locker and get my book he asked"she glared at him then pointed at another student 'go with him to his locker" jesse sliped through the grouned grabed the book and came back up "no need, i got it without leaving the school"

With her curiousity, she gained cat ears to allow her to listen closely for any noises. She also felt kind of nervous wondering what was outside so she slowly walked through the doors that lead her outside as she forgot about class. Being scared also made her feel threatened so her abilities kicked in and made her a full wolf. 'At least no one will recognize me.' She thought as she paced around the corner and into the night wanting to find out what the noise was that she heard earlier.

Lindsey laughed at heather remark as they continued their way around.
"Look!" she said suddenly, pointing at another set of stairs that led up to a window like a fire escape.
"It looks like a fire escape... or a school escape... should we go in this way?" she asked.
she walked up closer to the metal stairs and they looked secure and held tight by big metal bolts.
She put one foot on it and stood up, keeping her other foot up in case she needed to jumped down, but the stair's only creaked slightly.
"seems secure..." she mumbled, more to herself than to her friend. "Maybe if I--"
she put her other foot onto the stair, putting her full weight on it, and one of the boolt's came loose with a loud CRACK! and the stairs swayed unsteadily.
"WHOA!!!" she yelled jumped off them hastily and joining heather at her side and staying close to her, her heart thunmping uncontrollably.
"That was close..."

"Imagine if we BOTH had been on it." Heather said a little uneas after being startled from one of the stairs bolts coming loose. "Maybe we should just look around the yard." She suggested while walking up the building, just looking at the walls. "Weird, for a school that seems so new, it's designed in such an old style..." She thought aloud. "Bet this place was great with Halloween parties." She said, joking again while walking and looking.

Lindsey followed her, listening to her and nodded at her comment's, though she did not laugh.
"Hey, there is a back way."
she pointed to another pair of big red doors with three concrete steps leading up. She looked at Heather, this time waiting for approval.
"I wish I had brought a flashlight..." she mumbled.

Heather looked back and ran up to the door, looking into the windows next to them. "I don't think you'll need one." She said and looked back at Lindsey, "The lights are on!" Her eyes went back to the windows as she looked inside once again. Yes, light were on inside, though it was a bit hard to tell since they were so di,. "Do you think a cosodent works this late?" She wondered aloud, trying to think of possible options, but one in her mind was that this was definetly a night school.
