"I didn't insult you did I? That boob cake was a joke! I swear. I know you're straight." Maddy said, apologetic. She took out her wallet, "Sammy told me where you lived in case I needed to see you in case an emergency. I drove by once at night. I am so sorry."

Maddy took out the money to pay for the meals and placed it on the table. She stood up with Stacy and hugged her, "Can you forgive me? Do you want a member cake too?"

At last the time had come when Samantha was finally called in to the planner's office. Phineas Fonz sat at his desk before her. Though the side of his head was quickly sweating, he had that smile on his face.

"Bonjour Mademoiselle! I appreciate zat vou could make eet! Zis day has been a beesy one for moi, so I am sorry for keeping vou waiting for so long!"

Samantha stood up and went into the office. She smiled at the little man, "Its no problem Mr. Fonz." she sat down, "What do you need from me today?"

Samantha stood up and went into the office. She smiled at the little man, "Its no problem Mr. Fonz." she sat down, "What do you need from me today?"

"Let us see...", Phineas said as he looked down to his clipboard. He flipped to a few notes on Samantha's wedding. "Oui! It eez best to start with zee business side of things! Vou came here with zee check for zee budget, correct? Cannot plan a wedding without it!"

"Of course I do." she went into her bag, got her purse out and took out t he check. She handed it to the planner, "I hope this is enough for everything."

"Oui!", Mr. Fonz said as he slid the check onto the table with his hand, "Zis covers zee entire budget we planned! Zee $50,000!"

"Now zat ZAT'S out of zee way, I have some terrific news for vou! I've found a grand stone church in zee nearby town, with zee best view of zee greenery! And I was even able to negotiate it for a low price! For a party as massive as zis, zey eventually offered zee space for $100! I am good with zee bargains, am I not?"

"Zen again, zere is another option zat I looked into! I couldn't find castles in zee United States, but found a great one in Scotland! It's a beet more expensive zen zee church, and all zee guests would have to fly in a plane, but zis castle has more space, and an even better venue!"

He pulled out a photograph of the American church, with a "$100" caption underneath it. In his other hand, he held the a photograph of the castle in Scotland. A "$250" caption was under this one.

"Which seems better to vou, mademoiselle?"

Samantha picked up both of the pictures and looked at each one of them. Both locations were so beautiful. But leaving the country wasn't going to happen. A few of her more close friends didn't have the money to travel there, and they wouldn't accept handouts either. She put both of the photographs back on the table, "I'll go with the church. Its so beautiful and amazing and just perfect. I'm surprised by how cheap it is. Normally it would be close to a thousand dollars." she gave the little man a huge smile, "Anything else? Cake? I'm already taking out 5,000 dollars for a dress budget."

"Oui! Zee cake is something I looked into as well. I still had to keep zee budget in mind, and zee 300 guests vou were planning. I would zink zat zey all would want a piece or two of zee cake. So I was zinking of ordering multiple cakes for all guests. Zough zis would probably cost a leetle more zen zee church."

Phineas kicked his drawer open, and held up a picture of a towering wedding cake. It was white, with pink frosting all over, and decorated with edible yellow flowers. Two figurines stood atop, representing the soon-to-marry couple. "Zis is one of zee works of a bakery I consulted yesterday. Eez it to vour liking? Do you zink zey can make zee cakes for zis wedding?"

Samantha's mouth watered at the site of the glorious wedding cake. It was almost perfect, "A little less pink. Also no edible flowers. Buttercream icing flowers will do. They don't all have to be yellow, but most of them should be."

"I think I should do some cake taste testing. Can I have the bakeries name and number so I can schedule it? I'm probably going to bring my bridesmaids along too."

Phineas grabbed a business card from his drawer, and slapped it onto the desk. The place seemed to be called, "Dreamcakes Bakery". The phone number of the service was written underneath. "Zere you go! I always make sure to have spare business cards around!"

"If my notes are correct, vou also said vou wanted live music at zee event, correct? I have quite zee options!" He pulled a few CDs from the desk, and walked towards one of the busts in his room. Phineas removed the head from it, revealing a CD player underneath. "I can let vou listen to some of zese tracks before we decide who to bring live!"

The first CD that was put in was by a band called "Monty and the Foxhounds". Their cover depicted three teenage boys with big and long hair, the lead singer being blonde and covering half his face. They almost seemed like the modern day equivalent of the 1980's hair bands. Their music was catchy, and had the feel of the era they were emulating.

Second CD that Phineas put on was for "Marie Bueller". She was a woman of elegant style, as seen on the cover. Her songs matched the outfit, as she sang swan songs with grace. In fact, Phineas seemed to cry a little out of adoration.

Third was "The Bigwigs", a band of men wearing black suits, wigs, and sunglasses. Their lead singer was a baritone, almost opera sounding voice. And their music sounded like a combination of rock and jazz.

Fourth and final were "Ginger Squad". Four women with red hair and freckles were on the cover. They performed punk-rock numbers on the CD, and surprisingly, weren't filthy with their language, as one would be lead to believe. Their songs were good.

"So how about it? Any of zese performers sound enticing?"

Samantha closed her eyes and listened to the different artists and songs. The one that caught her ear was surprising, "The third option. the Bigwigs." Never thought I'd say that before." she chuckled in delight, "You got so much done in so little time, I'm taken aback."

"Merci.", Phineas thanked, "It eez what I do. Zis eez the job."

"I'll see if I can get in contact with zee record running Zee Bigwigs. It may take some time, but I can see what zey'd charge for a live show."

Phineas returned to his desk, to transition to another subject. "At zis time, I've yet to find a caterer zat is willing to make food for 300 people. But zat isn't going to stop moi! Where zere's a will, zere is a way."

"Maybe we can get two caterers and have them work together. But I don't want them fighting. That cannot happen." she shook her head. She wasn't one to be all super freaked out by the smallest details, but there was a limit. Samantha took out a Jolly Rancher, peeled off the wrapper and popped it into her mouth. Grape flavor this time. She couldn't get enough of these things.

"About the dessert, I don't want just the cake. I was thinking of having a full sundae bar. With all the fixings. Only three flavors of ice cream though. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I think that would be good. What do you think?"

"Three flavors I see...", said Phineas as he wrote this down on a clipboard. "Zat can also be done! I can have a sundae bar arranged!"

He looked back to Samantha with another question. "Two caterers at one wedding, vou say? Zat is a genius idea! And it won't be costly if I negotiate properly!"

"Zen again... how to prevent a, how you say, food fight between them?"

Suddenly, he snapped his fingers. "I got it! Zere are many catering franchises owned by zee same company! If I can get two from zee same company, zere won't be any competition!"

Samantha squealed in delight, "Thank you so much Mr. Fonz! I don't know what to say to you. I never would have been able to do this on my own. I'm a terrible coordinator."
