Amelia wondered what was taking them so long to get up here but didn't look outside to see that they were getting things out of the car. She was surprised to see both Niko and Jamson carrying wrapped gifts into the living room. "What's this?" Not knowing what was going on in Jamson's mind. She looked over to Mallory and Mal gave her the I don't have a clue look on her face. Mal had a feeling what was int the box that Jamson was carrying but not the poster that Niko was carrying.
"The gift that Niko brought in is a peace offering after being a jerk to you about getting a body guard and over all pain on some other stuff." He said, not knowing what happened earlier."Go ahead and open that one first before I give you the the gift that I brought in." He said, wondering how Mel was going to like it.
Amelia paled slightly after he said the body guard part and hoped that Jamson didn't catch it. She went over and sat back down on the sofa and then looked at Niko, as to say hold/support me so I can tell him what happened this morning. She looked back over to Jamson before speaking. "If's it mainly for being a general pain in the a** Jamson, I can accept it that way. If it's mainly for being a pain about me getting a bodyguard in the first place then I can't accept it. If it hadn't been for Niko, I wouldn't be here right now," she said before telling the rest of it.
"Damn! Niko, thank you for saving my baby sister from the guy. I wished that we knew who was behind all this. I wished that I could switch places with her so that they coming after me and not you Mel."He said after setting the dress gift down near the coffee table and then took Mel into his arms, holding her for dear life.
Amelia was taken back how he took it but glad that he didn't start yelling his head off and going on the usual safety tangent that he usually does. She let him take her into his arms and then after a bit she said,"Jamson, I appreciate what you said just now but you are kind of squeezing the air out of me here." Amelia told him, trying to make the last bit a joke to get out the gloomy mood.
Jamson let her go and took the poster from Niko and passed it to Amelia."Sorry about that, here's this, I want you to have it for several reasons and I know you will like it very much." He said, hoping Amelia will like it.
Amelia took the gift and wasn't sure what it was until she unwrapped it to find that it was the silent film poster for The Phantom of the Opera."Wow, is this poster the same one that Dad gave you? Or did you find this one on your own? This is an amazing movie poster, I don't know where I'm going to hang it at yet." She said wondering where to place it for the time being.
"Yes, it is the one that Dad gave me but I want you to have it as I know you had threaten steal it from me before now." He said with slight chuckle at those memories. "Now for you to open this gift. It's from Mom and she gave me the instructions to give you this either when you got your first leading role or your twenty-fifth birthday. I hid this gift well so you wouldn't come across it somehow and I couldn't find it until a month after your birthday. It seems fitting for you to get it tonight after finding out that you did get the leading role of Christine." He said, taking the movie poster from Mel to make room for the dress box. Then he moved the dress box in front of Mel.
Amelia let him take the poster away to make room for the next gift. She didn't have a slightest clue to what it might be. After getting the wrapping off, the box itself did not say what was inside. Finally when the box was opened, she was surprised what it was. She pulled the dress out where everyone could see it and was wondering if it was the original dress that Sarah Brightman wore for the first show of Phantom.
"It is the very dress that Sarah Brightman wore on the opening night for the opera when it first began it run. Why don't go and try it on to see if it fits you." Jamson suggested to her before Mallory got up and came over to look over the dress.
"I can't believe this! Mom actually got this for me??? Come on Mal, I may need some help with getting this dress on if it even fits me." She said to her before heading towards her bedroom with the dress draping over both of her arms to keep it from dragging on the ground. About ten minutes later, with help from Mallory, Amelia was in the dress and it fit her perfectly. "Wow, this is incredible! I don't know what to say..." She said to Mallory, while looking at the full length mirror image of herself.
"Well, my dear sister, let's show those boys that it does fit you perfectly. I'm sure that Niko will like you in that dress." She said, teasing Mel some and Mel did blush at that comment and then they went back to the living room so Amelia could show off the dress.Amelia came into the living room to show them the dress and wondered what they thought about it on her, mainly Niko as Mal so pointed out.

Niko was silent, letting Jamson explain since these were his peace offerings to Amelia. But he saw her expression as she was preparing to tell Jamson. He sat with the poster carefully on his lap. Arm around her shoulders, rubbing for support as she spoke. Jamson's reaction had been...interesting...and surprising. As he went and hugged onto Amelia like a bear hug.
Glad he hadn't reacted badly to the news, and soon moved on to explaining his gifts to Amelia. Smiling at her expression to the poster, it was still a really cool and nice gift. He was curious as to the next, something from Amelia's mom. He looked, wide eyed surprised as it was explained what it was. That was amazing, and it looked really nice. Soon her and Mallory running off. Colin there looking at the other two men. He decided to tell Jamson how their doctor appointment went, well sort of doctor. Since it was Viconia, and saying they were having twins and all. Very excited.
Soon the two came out from Amelia getting changed. Niko stared, stunned, and actually feeling a flush on his cheeks. His breath catching, she looked beautiful in the outfit. "Finally getting his wits back to actually comment. "wow, You look beautiful Amelia, and that dress...it's perfect on you and so lovely." He was surprised but she was just so pretty in it.

Niko smiling, "well, it fits perfectly, you're beautiful." Stating, still with some blush to his cheeks. He darted over to the camera at the table and took a picture before Amelia moved, this...scene, it was perfect, her standing at the window like that, in that outfit. Smiling and putting it down, coming back to Amelia and sat with her on the couch. Nodding, "yes let's," all getting cushy and continuing on the movie.

Cammie had been surprised and nervous at finding out she was now the lead. Not just the understudy as she'd been before. But thankfully they'd had a quick rehearsal to get her in gear. But she still kind of felt those nervous little butterflies in her gut. She was dressed in the first costume for the beginning of the show. Coming to the door, as she heard a knock. Opening it and seeing Stephen, smiling. "Stephen, hello...ahah...come to check up on me to see if I've flown the coop?" Chuckling lightly, joking saying like he was checking to make sure she hadn't run off or fainted or something. "Ready for tonight? I'm...excited, just, still feeling those little butterflies." Trying to keep herself from being anxious.
Niko had woken up a little after Amelia. Their day had been pretty mellow. And soon they were getting ready for the show tonight. He had a nice outfit, for like going to see theatre things. His tail having a space from his suit pants at least. He was all fixed up and just finishing up as Amelia spoke. "Yes, I'm just about finished." Finishing up and popped out of the room. Dressed and ready, he was kind of dressed to follow her outfit. Not that they looked matchy matchy, but that they went together. Smiling, "Shall we," holding his arm out for her.

Cammie blushed as Stephen said that, about her looking breathtaking. Letting out a little sheepish chuckle, smiling, "Oh Stephen, thank you, you flatterer." Teasing lightly saying him being a flatterer, since obviously that wasn't a bad thing. It was sweet of him to say that. She took a deep breath, steadying herself before the show, as she stated before she still felt those little butterflies. Though she was nervous, but very excited. Blinking as he questioned coming in. "O-Oh of course, please come in." She stepped aside, opening the door to let him in. Still a light flush to her cheeks from before. Smiling to him still.
Niko headed with Amelia to the theatre so they could get there and be seated and have an enjoyable time. Smiling as she took his arm, he kept her close, walking with her, the two looking rather nice together, and sweet. "I hope this evening will be very enjoyable." For them going to the show and then meeting up with her brother and a female friend after. Not knowing himself that it would be his sister. Smiling to Amelia, "You look lovely tonight." Of course he loved how she looked every day, she was beautiful.

The other day when the attempted kidnapping of Amelia, there had been a reporter, Celia Whitewater and a photographer, Mark that had come to speak to Amelia, if she was available. A lead from one of her friends that was in the new production of The Phantom of the Opera that Amelia Von Bourne got the leading role of Christine. Also the fact that her brother was one of the producers for the show as well. The two had went to her shop door first and saw that the store was closed. Before they could go to the studio door, they saw someone running out the park, carrying a woman over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. They watch as the scene unfolded as a wolf man came out the park not long after the the other two. The photographer was already taking pictures of what was going on without making it noticeable. The reporter could only think of how juicy this story would end up and would end up on the front page for the next day's paper.
Once it was confirmed that the lady that had been about to be taken was indeed Amelia Von Bourne, they left. The reporter went and did some research on her and found out that attempt on Amelia that day was the seventh kidnapping attempt in the past five years. The reporter wanted to have an interview with Amelia about it and try to find out if the attempts were real or if they were a publicity stunts to get attention.
The next evening, it just so happens that the reporter and the photographer went to the theater to see the opening show of My Fair Lady. The reporter wasn't expecting to see Miss Bourne and the wolf man there tonight. Celia wanted to go talk to her but didn't as Amelia went to the ticket window after it had opened up and she asked for the man to have a note taken to her brother that was performing in the show. Then there were whispers going around the crowd, asking and wondering if that was the one and same Amelia Von Bourne from the story in the paper that morning. Celia didn't say anything nor did her photographer Mark as they listened and both wondered if some one would have the guts to ask Amelia about the article that she wrote that appeared in today's paper. There was and it was Vanessa Williams from the Starlit Tabloid. Celia and Mark moved farther back in the crowd to hide a little from Vanessa, just in case she saw them and wanted to point them out to Miss Von Bourne.
"Miss Von Bourne, is it really true what happened yesterday in the park near your art studio? The kidnapping attempt was on the front page of the Sunrise Chronicles. It had several pictures as well." Vanessa asked after moving closer to Amelia and her rescuer from yesterday. She read Celia's article and wanted to beat her to asking Amelia the questions that Celia wanted to ask. Vanessa worked at a tabloid and would do anything for a story, if it brought a person through the mud.
Amelia was enjoying her time with Niko before the theater doors would open. She had just asked the ticket master to have that message taken to her brother when someone in the crowd asked her about the kidnapper attempt on her yesterday. She turned to look at the person. Amelia's skin was fair and it was beginning to pale after hearing what the woman said.
"What? How did it?" Amelia asked her before the woman passed her today's copy of the Sunrise Chronicles. There it was, on the front page of the newspaper about the attempted kidnapping yesterday.
"I heard that you had found out on Wednesday night that you receive the role of Christine in the new production of The Phantom of the Opera. Was this attempted kidnapping a publicly stunt for the show? Is it also true that your eldest brother is one of the producers for it? Is that why you got the role of Christine?" Vanessa asked her before the owner of the theater came out.
"Miss Williams you are not welcome here after badgering for information from Miss Von Bourne. Did it not occur to you that she was here to put that incident behind her, not wanting to remember it? I will not tolerate any members of the press to badger someone on my property like you just did." The owner said to Vanessa before turning towards Amelia and her escort. "I'm sorry about this Miss Von Bourne. Please come on in. It was enough that you had to deal with that yesterday and now for someone to ask you about it here in public. Jared could you please show Miss Von Bourne and her escort to my office? Offer them something to drink." The owner said to Jarod as it look like Amelia could faint any minute by the looks of it.then he whispered,"You may want to get her brother Stephen from the back as well. Offer her my spirits drinks as well, she could use it...." He said where only Jarod could hear him. Then turning back to Vanessa ," You are not allowed in tonight, or anytime soon. Bye Miss Williams." Finally the owner, Rick, went inside the theater after Miss Von Bourne and her escort.
Amelia took the newspaper that the woman handed her and she couldn't believe what she was seeing, or reading for that matter. Her eyes were wider as she read the article, not responding to her questions as she looking at the paper. Her skin went paler as the questions that Miss Vanessa asked her processed in her mind. Disbelief fill her face as she look back her. "No! Why would I something foolish like that? Do you know it feels like to...." She started but the owner of the theater came out and began to tell Miss Vanessa off. She was thankful that Rick had came out before the woman could ask anymore questions or pressed for more answers.
Amelia leaned against Niko for support as she wanted to get away from the situation. In way she wanted to run away but there was no way to run out without running into some else. Then she heard Rick speaking to her and nodded at what he said. She followed Jarod to Rick's spacious office that had several comfortable chairs and a comfortable sofa. She headed over to the sofa and sat down on it, hoping that Niko would join her there and hold her close.

Niko thought tonight would be nice and relaxing for the two. No incidents, but it didn't seem they could get away from any of it tonight. Not when he saw the woman that came over to them and started questioning Amelia. He stood close to her, wrapping an arm around her waist, rubbing her back lightly. Growling to the woman, "I suggest you back away now!"
His attention shifting as a couple other people came rushing over to chase the woman off. He kept his arm around her reassuringly, after hearing those questions he was infuriated. Looking at the paper that she had been handed. He wanted to just burn it up.
He follower Jarod, walking with Amelia, holding her close and sitting with her. "Vile woman...asking you such things...and what a crock someone writing this garbage." Looking at the story, he took the paper gently from Amelia, before he shredded it up with his claws into little ribbons of paper. Dropping them all into the garbage to be rid of it. Wrapping his arms tightly around her, holding her close. "Forget it...it's just garbage...we know...and everyone else knows it's not true. It's best to not even try to reply to people like that reporter...they'll try to warp your words..." If Amelia were to speak to someone about such a thing, it'd have to be trusted person, someone that would report what was the truth of it.
"You going to be alright?" Asking like if he should go home with her or not. Jarod giving her the glass of some spirits to drink.

Camelia smiled with Stephen being the flatterer that he was, being so sweet. Just having him there calmed the butterflies in her stomach. And thinking how she would be performing on stage with him, she was excited. Gasping as he pulled out the roses and showed her, taking the bouquet into her arms. "Oh Stephen they're so beautiful, this is so sweet, I love them." Exclaiming, all happily, now she'd felt even better, her nerves were no more, looking from the flowers to Stephen, beaming, smiling. Nodding as he mentioned his sister and the bodyguard, "Oh yes, I'm still up for that, I'd love to meet your sister. From everything you've told me I think we'd get along great." She'd like to meet Amelia, looking down smiling at the flowers some more, she perked her head up when Jarod appeared. Looking concerned though tried not to listen in, since she could hear with her animal hearing otherwise. She put the flowers down on the armoire thing, nodding as Stephen spoke of a situation with his sister. "Of course, I understand, go check on your sister." Patting his arm in a consoling like way, keeping herself busied until needing to be on stage and all.
Niko raised a hand to her head, sort of stroking through her hair in a comforting way as she spoke. Nodding, understanding what she was meaning that at least with the half hour or so before the show, she could relax a bit. "You should have another little shot of that whiskey before hand...just for a little more steadying." Just to help wind herself down more from that. Looking over seeing her brother Stephen coming in to tend to Amelia as well. Smirking as she'd teased him about his lady friend. Rubbing her back, "let's just stay here for a bit until everyone else has been seated, then we can go sit and relax...not be smushed into the crowds"
