Leo dug his elbow into Elliot's side, "hey you! it's your babies making me this size!" he pouted a little, "fine, if you don't like it i'll just sleep by myself from now on." he rolled over, hiding the smile that refused to go away. he was teasing, of course. he knew that Elliot didn't mind and he wasn't too big...right? he sighed, "i feel bad for women. they do this over and over for nine months? i think i;d go crazy!"

Tsume's hands moved up to tangle with Kashi's hair, pushing the man harder against the wall as his body pressed against his and kissed him hard. he slipped his tongue inside, pushing the kiss deeper and deeper until he absolutely had to break away to breath. he didn't move, though, just kept both of them there, pressed against each other as they caught their breaths. "a rain check it is then."

"Oh! Do not blame me for this! The trees have made your pregnancy last but a few weeks!" he said with a laugh, rubbing his bruised side. "No, Leo." he said, still smiling. Fine. Moving the black hair out of the way he nuzzled the back of Leo's neck. "Nine months. That's what my mother did with me, what my grandmother did with my father." he murmured, leaning over to look at the face he knew was smiling. He could hear it in his voice. "But on the plus side, you get it over in however long this will take, which I say to blame the trees for, not me." and kissed his cheek.

The eye widened in shock, briefly wondering if this was finally going to be the day that the wolf ate the hare. Tanned fingers in the fushia locks and the built body pressed against his own he opened his mouth to panic but Tsume was quick to shut him up. Lips, tongue, fingers, touching, gripping, hot, more, more. But the wolf broke away and the teen panted there against the wall, wiping the corner of his now bruised lips. "I meant... a chase kiss." he said before giving a small chuckle, nodding. "A rain check." and stood up from the wall, grabbing the sides of Tsume's face and standing on his tip-toes, pulling the other down. "Let me show you what I meant." and pressed his lips against the chapped ones, moist from the kiss. A very simple, very warm kiss.

And he pulled away just as simply. "And here I thought you were tame." it was a little worrying. Kashi himself was docile while Tsume was still as wild as the animal he was. What did that make them if they were opposites? "I have tableware to clean. Thank you very much for the clothing." and undid the now messy braid thanks to Tsume, re-braiding it in the fashion he knew while walking away with a small smile.

Leo rolled onto his back, lifting an eyebrow, "ues, that's an excellent plan. especially since the trees are miles and miles away and out of my reach while you sir, are right here to feel my wrath." he laughed and sat up, kissing Elliot softly, "fine. i'll turn my anger elsewhere if you wish. though, i think it will pass when the children have been born." even so light a mentioning of what was to come worried him. he was scared, but he didn't want to worry Elliot as well. "mother said that she forgot about the birth and pregnancy once she held me for the first time."

Tsume grinned stupidly to himself. Kashi was adorable and the other's actions hinted that he might be as attracted to Tsume as Tsume found himself attracted to Kashi. "i believe i offered my help in that endeavor," he said as he walked alongside Kashi, "so my help i shall give. besides, you can give me tips on how to fix my poor chapped lips."

The lynx grinned, "Yes, it is a full proof plan. " and kissed back before bending down and pressing his lips against Leo's abdomen. When they're born... the twins. Did they know how emotionally nervewracked they made him? "I am sure when they are born you will feel the same." and nuzzled the stomach. "You will forget turning into a tool shed and only remember them being born."

"You did, and we're all done with our busy days so maybe I can clean them now. I have too, Ipo ruined them." and sighed, pressing his long er to the door, listening. It sounded empty so he opened it and it was, the dishes moved out of place but the cleaning supplies was where it was needed. "All right, Tsume. You know what to do. Be gentle." and pulled out the stools, sitting down on his own.

Leo lifted an eyebrow, "hey now. don't make me hurt you, mister. enough about the curses tool shed." he sat up and grabbed an apple, munching on that and refusing to look at Elliot. "maybe i'll just keep eating like this and stay fat, what will you say then, huh?"

Tsume sat down and got to work, humming an old jaunty he'd learned in a Falian tavern years ago. "i've decided i'm kidnapping you when we go back to Falia. you're coming whether you want to or not, it's just a question of if you will be riding in the carriage or tied up in a trunk. you're choice, of course."

Nix slipped into the king's bedroom and looked around. there was no one there-so where were they? she had a migraine so she was unwilling to look for the king or prime minister with her abilities, having them shut down tight. she'd have to do it it old fashioned way of actually looking.

Elliot continued to laugh, smiling as Leo turned away. "If you keep eating like this and you're fat? That's easy enough." he moved again to kiss the Falian's cheek. "I will still tell you I love you every day and sleep with you every night."

"Kidnapping? Tsume that's assuming I get picked. Someone has to take care of the girls." and laughed softly. "Oh yes, tied up in a trunk would save up so much more space. Though I'd rather sit in the front with the driver." and began working on a new set on tableware."

Justin looked up from his cleaning. "Oh. Hello." he stared awkwardly. "Y-You're Princess Nix, right? Are you looking for our King?"

Leo huffed softly, "good answer." he kissed Elliot and sat back, leaning against the man. he silently prayed this moment of peace would last. maybe that woman visiting meant nothing, the fire in the sky was just fire in the sky and they could just live happily together for the rest of their lives.

Tsume nodded, "i can put the trunk up top. that's easy enough." he was joking, of course. he finished with the plate he had been working on and moved on to the next, cursing Ipo and his idiocy for having sex right there.

Nix nodded, "yes, there is something wrong. i'm pissed. really and truely pissed off, but the anger isn't mine. i think it is the Retan king's..." she't touched minds with him once and that was all she needed to be able to feel the rage permeating from the man.

Elliot had stayed with Leo in that room the rest of the day, the cart being taken out only to be replaced with a new one. Elliot did do some more work before returning to the bed to chat and then finally fell asleep there, holding the Falian. Only once, during the middle of the night, did he awaken; cold sweat covered his body as did an unknown fear of the events to come, of th fire in the sky. With a shuddered breath he managed to fall back asleep, holding Leo even closer until morning.

Kashi smiled, continuing to clean any and all tableware he could get his hands on, laughing and talking with Tsume until the sun fell and the moon rose. They both left, Kashi having to walk away to fetch himself some sleepwear, the bedroom empty of Ipo. He was curious as to where he was but didn't bother to stay and find out, changing into the nightgown before walking to find the wolf. He blushed a bit when the other commented on his clothes. "W-Well I'm not used to sleeping in anything." he admitted. "Th-This is all I have." but in the end he slept in the same bed as the man and slept a bit lightly, waking up thinking the man was sniffing him in his sleep, but instead just gave a sigh.

"Oh, I'll take you to the king, then." Justin said, doing his job and finding the man. he left them to discuss whatever the princess was so angry about, getting ready for bed himself. The king, on the other hand stayed up as long as needed, discussing what Nix felt from the Retian king before finally leading her to the girls' bedroom and retiring himself.

Leo woke earlier than he normally did, sensing something a bit off. he frowned and tried to pick out what it was, but it eluded him. today was going to be a good day, he wasn't going to let it turn out like yesterday.

Tsume snuggled a little closer to Kashi, part of him having woken with Leo. he still wanted to stay in bed and so his body remained resting while his mind woke to the morning light.

A messenger from Reta arrived on the doorstep of the castle, having arrived through a magic gate created by one of the king's men. he knocked loudly and was allowed in once he announced he had an invitation for the Royal family. now he just had to wait to meet with them so he might give the invitation to them personally as ordered by his master.

Elliot buried his nose in the other's neck, feeling the sunlight hit him harder than before but couldn't realize why. Why was it brighter? ... The canopy, he'd removed the canopy last night. A silver eyes opened and peered up, worried he'd see what he saw in his dream, but it was nothing but a clear blue color. Today, today he had to take Leo to town. He smiled against the other's hair, placing a soft kiss on his head. "Morning." Today was going to be a good day, he was going to make it a good day.

Kashi slept, trying to get used to the new body he had to sleep with and shifted during the night to accomodate the larger size, unable to wrap his arms around the other. he tried not to move too much but his nightgown still managed to rise up his thighs, the hare soon finding a good position against the wolf and sleeping that way. In the morning though, there was an issue. "It's hot." he groaned, not used to the large amount of body heat that was not from his brother. He felt sticky with sweat, or that might have been the dream.

Alvaro was up early, worried with Nix's words last night and paused at the messenger, hearing his words. "I you must meet with the entire family, I suggest joining us for breakfast, if you can be satisfied with just one, allow me to have the invitation."

Leo smiled back at Elliot, the man's waking face was cute. "good morning, my love. i feel a proper spoiled cat at the moment," he nodded to the side of the bed where a fresh cart had been wheeled in while they slept. "do you think the chef will make a constant habit of this?"

Tsume pushed the blanket down to their hips and slid closer, "don't want to move..." Kashi felt good right now in his arms and there was no way he was letting go.

The messenger brought out a scroll and handed it to the king, bowing low, "I must confirm that this is ready to the royal family before i may go, your majesty, however you may read it yourself first."

I am sure you saw, as did most of the world, our little gift last evening from the Island of Kasp. However this little show of power means nothing to my beloved Empire. And to show this, I invite you to attend a party held in honor of my up and coming birthday. The party is to be in five days, enough time for you to attend, and shall also be celebrating our new alliance! As a show of honor and respect, I would expect nothing less than the attendance of yourself and your son. I have heard Prime Minister Lewis is fond of a good party and so the invitation includes him as well. I would also like to see how well our little gift is treating your son. I do hope it has been acting it’s part of a proper bentien, though as a concerned party, disciplinary acts can and will be taken if needed! Of course I am sure no such act will be needed.

"That is how I want you to feel every day." he said, looking at the cart and bringing it over. Breakfast foods this time, different fruits, thin slices of meat, eggs. Even fruit crepes with sugar sprinkled on them. "I think he will make it a constant habit until he is told to stop." and moved the tray closer, handing Leo the sugar sprinkled crepes while taking the meat for himself. "I want to spoil you more, though. I feel as though I could not spoil you enough, whether it be with my love or with materials I feel it will never be enough."

The blanket being moved away certainly helped remove the heat, but Tsume moving closer did not, the hare finding himself indeed beginning to sweat. "Tsume," he said, shifting and soon finding a bare leg outside the blanket. That felt much better, actually. He sighed, turning his head to look at the man. "I have chores." he reminded softly, but suddenly this perfect balance of warmth and coolness had him dozing off again, snuggling closer to the muscled body. "Just a few more minutes, then.

Alvaro took the scroll and opened it up. "A party right after the fire. The fire must not hve hit anywhere important." he mused, continuing to read. Five days, enough to travel and even get there early if they moved quick enough. He had to admit, Istavia knew who to invite to make it seem like good relations. As for the gift, the king was hesitant, knowing that Leo being pregnant would not be what he expected. Rolling it back up he nodded at the messenger. "This shall be read to the rest of my family, please follow me." and walked towards the dining room before stopping the bear-eared maid, whispering softly to her. "Go bring Elliot, Leo and Lewis, please. This is important. And if you can find him, Kashi." and continued walking, looking at the messenger. "You must have had a tiring trip. At least stay for a quick meal before returning. I shall write that we will be attending so you may travel ahead after this. But rest yourself until then."

The maid moved away, wondering who she should find first before deciding on the prince. The Prime Minister would no doubt follow the prince. Reaching Elliot's door she knocked loudly three times.

"Cover yourself." Elliot teased, moving the blanket upwards on Leo. "Come in."

She walked in, blushing, feeling as though she was walking into something very intimate. "Th-The king has requested yours and, um, his, presense, in the dining hall. It's urgent." she murmured. "A-And we need to fetch the Prime Minister as well. I shall lead you three to the dining hall personally. I shall wait outside for you both to dress." and closed the door as she exited, waiting patiently. She had to admit, the prince looked rather happy.

Leo giggled softly and pulled the blanket up just in time, blushing a little along with the maid. "thank you very much, we shall be right out." as soon as the maid was gone he pushed Elliot down and kissed him, hard. "mmm, i was planning on waiting a bit to do that but since we have to go now i just wanted you to know what you will be missing." he winked before getting up to dress, humming happily. he sent a small wake up call to Tsume, figuring that whatever the king wanted would deal with him as well.

Tsume's ear twitched and he sighed softly, ruffling the red hair his nose was buried in. "Seems like everyone is being summoned. damn." he sat up a little and fond Kashi's mouth, kissing it softly at first, but it quickly went from teasing to consuming. "double damn, i was hoping to cash in my rain check-" he smiled as he pulled away, his fingers running through the soft hair before he pulled back. "we've time, though. let's get dressed and see what's up. maybe we can come back to bed after."

Lewis had been frantic all day. he'd woken up early and found himself unable to hold still. he'd tried to watch the flowers, an activity that always calmed him, but it was no use. he'd ended up pacing the floor instead. he'd even gone for a run through the gardens, practising the fighting style he'd learned all those years ago. his shirt had been soaked through with sweat and it did nothing to calm his nerves. he'd head inside and changed out of the now frozen clothing before ending up pacing the halls, biting his nails to nearly bleeding stubs as he tried to figure out what was wrong.

Elliot smirked and kissed the Falian back just as hungrily. "Perhaps later." he murmured "after breakfast. Oh I miss it already, Leo." he moaned softly, kissing and gently biting at the neck before leaving him alone with a sigh, deciding to change as well. "Lovely as always, my dear." and took one last hungry kiss from the Falian before opening the door. "Sorry, we're ready now."

"That is all right." She said with a shake of her head. "Pardon me, I must also find the Prime Minister with you both in tow." and began walking down the hallways again in hopes of finding him.

"Summoned?" he mumbled, actually giving a whine when Tsume moved. The wolf quickly fixed this with a kiss, the hare kissing back until the kiss grew more in fervor. He blushed, letting him dominate his mouth before breathing softly as it broke. He wanted to ask why Tsume was only giving him half a conversation but remembered he was Leo's familiar, Leo must have been the other half, then. "My clothes are in my room." he sighed, sitting up as well and rubbing the sleep from his eye. "I shall leave to fetch them. I'll see you later, hopefully." and stood, adjusting his sleeping gown as he headed for the door.

"Pr-Prime Minister!" the maid called out. "Prime Minister, the King is calling for you! H-he said I needed to escort the three of you to the breakfast room."

Lewis froze when he heard the woman's voice, looking at her in almost fear. "I see-well, at least i've fully dressed this time." he smiled at Elliot, forgetting that he'd taken one of the king's shirts and tied it around his waist like a skirt instead of wearing pants, but at least he was covered, right? "shall we go then? since you've found me?"

Leo slipped his hand into Elliot's when he saw the Prime Minister. somethign wasn't right. the man was panicing and as far as Leo could tell, he had no reason to. "it'll be ok," he whispered, more to himself than anything else.

Tsume snagged Kashi, looping an arm around the hare's waste and pulling him back against his chest, "why go and change when you can wear one of the outfits i have here?" he asked softly, nuzzling just below the hare's ear. "or are you trying to run away from me?"

The messenger shook his head, "i am fine, that you your majesty. the trip was not so hard, not when you have the power of the Great Retan Empire behind you." he bowed low to the king and wondered how such a lax man was more powerful than his Empire. it seemed folly to him.

Nix walked into the room with the king and frowned a little at the messenger, "i was right, wasn't i?" she asked softly. she'd not been able to sleep that night, despite cuddling as close to Emily and Martha as she could.
