Well, the discussion concluded two major changes, here's the nutshell version, as I have to get ready for work soon...

One, the story will be switching to Humans, rather than Mobians. The posts will be edited to reflect these changes. Most of the animal-like traits for some characters will be taken care of so not to worry on that... example, wings.

Two, the guild leadership and decision making will be taking a drastic turn. We will be using Round Table leadership. Clutch, myself and Chosen will all be considered equal 'Captains'. Gaia does not allow more than one Captain in a guild so Chosen and myself will appear as Vice Captains, but a Vice Captain has all of the same power that a Captain does, so essentially we will all be Captains. Also, to further promote this Round Table theory, we will be adding members to a 'Knighted' list, you may be familiar with a 'White' list, this is similar. If you are Knighted, you will have a say in the guilds decision making processes. For example, say that some people want the text color on the home page to be rainbow colored while some want it to remain the same. All Knighted people discuss possible solutions and make a decision as a whole. The three Captains then simply carry out the decision that was made. The Captains are no longer solely responsible for decision making, as the decisions will be made as a whole by all who are Knighted. In order to become Knighted, all existing Knights have to agree to Knight you. It must be a unanimous decision, meaning that ALL Knights have to agree on the decision. If a Knight is in question, all other Knights must unanimously agree to have them removed from the Knighted list.

The decision of posting parameters is still decided by the Thin Line process. Everyone is subject to the Thin Line, including the Knighted and the Captains. Please make sure to be posting regularly within the requirements. Chosen had recently updated the Thin Line, so make sure to read up on the current penalties.

I know right now it's gonna be tough to post as the changes will be taking place soon and people's mindsets are everywhere. For now, I think we need to begin the editing process, as soon as us Captains figure out the best way to go about doing this.

Things will be quite different in the future, but I think it'll just take a bit of time and we'll end up a stronger guild for it.

The Knighted List will likely be up soon. If you feel you should be on this list, go ahead and speak up.

I am going to say this right now, to get it out of the way. I do not like the idea of switching the rp to being human based. That is the decision, and I will live with it, but I don't like it. Truth be told, if Paul hadn't told me this was even being discussed last week, I wouldn't have known, and I might have quit from this. I feel like I should have been informed of this much sooner. Like, before any discussion was made on this, it should have been posted in the forums. I don't think this was handled very well. I've invested a lot of time in this guild, and I feel like I should be informed before this kind of drastic change is being made. I think the guild should have been informed before hand. Had I known it was going to be discussed, even, I would have stayed up for the discussion. Anyway, I don't like this decision, and if people keep making decisions I don't like that effect me, without informing me ahead of time, I will quit. That being said, I won't fight you guys on this decision anymore, what's done is done. Let's move on and hope this decision turns out to be a good one.

This decision was not made last minute. It has been thought out for quite a duration. Our discussion was made the day of. Originally it was only to be Chosen, myself and Clutch in the discussion as we were the Crew+. It was an important issue that we did not take lightly. Some other guild members were also on and so we decided to add them to the discussion. We did make an effort to contact you on that night, but all that needed to be said on both sides of the disagreement were said and considered. We weighed each side's pros and cons fairly. I believe the way it was handled was fine given the situation. To threaten to leave the guild if we don't discuss guild decisions with you prior seems a bit unfair to the other members and goes against our Round Table theory. I feel that our new Round Table system will ensure that every dedicated member's voice will be heard and understood in all future decision making. In order to make sure you are included in that kind of decision making, please strive to be Knighted. The main reason this was not discussed among the threads of TDC prior to the decision is I did not want anyone to jump to any conclusions and it was to be a private matter until it was resolved. At the time, It was perfectly within my rights as the Vice Captain to make the decision to keep this private. I wanted to do all I could to tell Clutch of our thoughts, whilst also attempting to give him time to think. I do think about all of our members and their possible reactions to any decisions we've made very carefully before I even present an idea. Please give our new system time and I believe it will benefit the guild as whole.

Alright, sorry guys.... I havent been on. School work is destroying my life and robotics goes on every day. Sorry for not being a part of any of the decisions... I wasn't able to and I really didn't want to say anything wrong and hurt any feelings. Oh and welcome Miharu~
