Destiny Fire Warehouse

Soon after the road Destiny Fire was discovered, Kisari Kaito began preparations for an area where riders of this road can hone their strategic skill and prowess in battle.Its soul purpose is to bring together the rare number if any of this road. This will eventually become its community. It also recruits those who are skilled enough to enter and give minor repairs to AT's.

It has been told that Kisari Kaito has seen the future of this world and that it has been torn to chaos. He believes that we must change the fate of the world for the greater good and in order to do that he must make all Storm Riders come together to form one huge allience. If this does not happen he believes the world will fall into chaos.

Road Name: Destiny Fire
Road Title: Destiny King or Far-sight Queen
Road Description: The road originated from the Flame road and the only way to find it is by first entering the Flame Road. Most who find this road are natural geniuses when it comes to thinking tactically. They have the minds to come out of almost any situation unscathed with the use of powerful brains. The first to come across this road for the last 30 years is Kisari Kaito. Its rare to find anyone who is attached to this road and there is no King or Queen at the moment. If you do find someone on this road they commonly say something like this "You can never escape the flame of destiny..." which basically means that the battles outcome is inevitable.The Destiny Fire rider will know by analysis of the opponent if they will lose or win that battle.

Road Tricks:
Scan Flame :This trick is where the user needs a space of time for about 5 seconds to use with not attacks being launched. It virtually allows the user to read the opponents next move and read their mind. The users eyes shine bright gold and seem to create a sound of humming. It is said that they looked like gods very eyes staring into a mortals soul.
-Anyone of this road can use this ability.

Burst Flame : Allows the user to boost their speed with a burning trail of fire which also stops others from following them. Mostly used to retreat and get a safe distance. This gives a plus 30 in speed however can only be used in a short period of time.
-C rank and upwards are able to use this ability.

Flame Arrows (Regalia Ability Only) : Small sparks of fire are flung at the opponent, growing and then turning into full length fire arrows. These arrows can not be pulled out of the body and can only disappear if the user wills it. It also starts burning the target making it a highly effective torture weapon of choice.
-The king/queen only.

Final Hope Fire : The user goes into a state where fire begins to consume their AT's. This gives them an increase speed of up to 50+! but only lasts for 1 minute before the At's get destroyed. They must finish the opponent quickly with this or they will lose horrifically.

Crash Flame : The user forms a square with both hands aiming it at the enemy.It takes 6 seconds to activate but once it does the user can find the right way to destroy the opponents AT's. They will need a simple spark to break the opponents AT's. Again this makes your eyes shine bright gold.
-C rank upwards can use this ability.

Demonic Flame : This ability allows the user to set fire to anything he rides over. It becomes uncontrollable and spreads like a wild fire. If the user stops moving then the fire stops but until then its a risky gamble. Usually only users who know how fire acts use this technique otherwise they would be burnt to a crisp.
-B rank upwards can use this ability.

Calm Fire : This ability allows the user to go into a state where he feels no emotion, no remorse and no pain. This is very effective in battle and allows the user to think calmly and plan cold tactics without mercy. It increases your intuition to a ridiculous level which allows you to identify any trap, trick or opponent. No one can trick this user.
-C rank upwards can use this ability. If A rank or higher this ability becomes passive.

Lightning Fire : Allows the user to shoot lightning from the toes of their feet every time they kick. The lightning is dark red with an eerie noise as it shoots. Has a tendency to set fire to anything it comes into contact with and also make it explode.

Regalia Name: Unstoppable Fire
Regalia Description: At's made of solid gold but a light gold which is specially made. It has carvings of flames in the gold and has lines of glowing red energy into those carvings. It has an engine that hums like its a living human and its wheels are made of pure black gold. They have a glowing sensation of orange light and all together the AT's look like a Greek Myth. It is said that the user can summon a familiar made of fire to be shaped like any animal. The very first king of the road had managed to create a dragon familiar. It is said that if the user reaches the speed over 200 then they will be able to summon a familiar.
Regalia Bonus Stats: 50+ speed/reaction

Fate
The facility has a sentry controlled by James Zangarf which has been named Fate and it protects the regalia with its life. Its also used to scout enemies and usually appears to them as a hooded figure. It wears AT's and can preform any tricks of Destiny Fire Road up to B rank tricks, It also has a built in jet pack for emergencies and hidden bombs within its body for when it needs to self destruct.

James Zangarf

James sat in the warehouse staring at five computers at once. He had several different fights showing up at once including Kisari vs. Spirit and also Monique vs. the old man. He was given orders to tape over these fights and make sure he got every part of the fight on tape. Kisari wanted to check them out later to mainly find the old man’s weakness. James sat there eating nachos and also watching something that caught his eye. He spotted three guys in a shopping mall that had interesting skills... Kisari didn't ask him to but James was always interested in new riders. He watched the guys trying to pick up girls and also their comments on how powerful they were. Those who boast have many weaknesses. But they still said some interesting things which Kisari might find amusing. He then switched to Kisari's screen watching him test Spirit seeing if he was destined to become a king. He stared and stared watching as Kisari planned his moves carefully making sure to test his every skill. Kisari was his master and he would serve him to end of time. James did this because he wanted to not because he was forced too. Kisari had the knowledge that could shake the very world and always had a plan. He saved his life and it was James job to make sure now that no harm comes to Kisari.

James Zangarf

"Bwahahahahaha!!!" laughed Zangarf watching the three guys in a house known as Edward, Edge and Abe... These three amused him and Kisari was going to enjoy this. They will be Spirits key to unlocking his destiny however Zangarf couldn't help but laugh at how naive they were. He flicked through computer screens looking around and still eating his nachos while doing so. He had eyes and ears all over Japan and no one could hide from him. With him Kisari has every single battle planned out and figured out. Its as if Zangarf helped Kisari find someones fate... Monique was their only chance at putting a destined team together. Once she is in Spirits fate is locked to become king of his road but a symbol for AT riders as well.

Kisari Kaito

Kisari arrived at the warehouse putting in a pin to unlock the door. It rumbled open and he walked into a place filled with computers, machines and a dojo right to the back. He found James sitting with blinking screens all around him. He was playing three games at once with his hands flickering across the controller. Kisari nodded to him in greeting then walked over to the dojo. He entered the wooden room with swords, nun-chucks, maces, guns and punching dummies. He laid down in the middle. He closed his eyes in meditation and the room around him seemed to become humid and heated. He was honing his battle sense and trying out a new move. "First door of destiny, open!" he said and behind him flashed the image of a dragon but quickly faded. He began to sweat with difficulty but then managed to pull it off.

Kisari Kaito

Kisari felt a new flame on the team. He smiled with a pleases expression as he knew it was the old man. No one else would have that aura but he was relieved that the old man had joined them. Now the only piece of the puzzle was Monique but she might take convincing. He hummed to himself as he had yet to perfect the technique he wanted because it was largely out of reach. He stood up and then a blaze of fire covered him in an instant then vanishing again to reveal only a burn mark on the floor. A streak of red flew out of the warehouse jumping from roof to roof, returning to a point where he can give greetings to someone. His mind was still fixed on what he heard about the future. The destiny of this world will tip into chaos if he did not change history...

Kisari Kaito

Kisari sighed with anger. Fate still needed a little work on his attitude but he did manage to strengthen Abe. With that they could keep having encounters until we need to stop. Everything was going smoothly and Kisari stared at Fate's robotic body wondering how far his dad had advanced in technology. He managed to get Fate away from his dad but still... He was interested to see the danger of his fathers technology. He smiled to himself and sat listening to James typing on the computers and Fate polishing himself.

Spirit made it to the wharehouse "i think we lost him".

Monique got to the Warehouse and sat on the ground."I hope nothing crazy happens yet...I;m tired." She leans back looking up at the sky.

The warehouse was a huge building and Fate was nowhere to be found. The large gates started rattling open and the inside was revealed. At one there were a few desks surrounding one person with computers on every one and that person was eating Nachos. Around him at the corner was a small dojo with weapons, dummies, pads and other training equipment. There were other rooms with a repair room, a surveillance room and also a room that can survive high temperatures. Kisari was sitting down in a room with a red cross on the outside meaning healing. Fate was sitting on the far corner of the warehouse messing about wit his arm...

Yasu fell to the floor "we should do stuff like that more often".

Monique gets up and walks inside."This place is so calm..I feel like someone is watching me."

Spirit walked into the wharehouse next to Monique "don't forget Monique i still want you in my team and even if i lose the first time i won't stop until your in my team".

"So that must mean you will be fighting me until the day you die then right?" Monique walks over to the guy with the computers around him."Hay can you see if anything is on the news about a big robot?"

"yes i guess i won't stop until i die" he smiled then walked over with Monique.

James Zangarf

James span around in his chair to answer Monique. It was his first time he had seen her close up. She was scarier in person then on TV. "Roger, anything else you would like to see while I'm at it?" he said as his hands danced across the keyboards switching from screen to screen until it turned to the clock tower. Fire was burning and sirens were blaring. Delta was trashing police cars as police shot frantically with no hope. It was a mess, but Delta seemed to be backing off. As if it was about to leave. "Hei appears to have left to clock tower and is coming this way to join us" he said flicking to another screen showing Hei riding at high speed.
