Back ground: Was found on the street by Lan Dragoon. She was in a cut up and dirty clothing, as she sat on the side of the road. The family abandoned her, and she didn't have anyone that wanted to take care of her. So she just took hand outs, fates were holding her heart making sure that she was alive. She was raped by different people that offered her food even shelter from the outside elements. Always looking for her family since the age of 10, she stayed where she was raised at hoping one day they, would return. Unsure of what to do, Katie looked up and saw the one person that treated her with kindness. That person, happened to be Lan offering her a chocolate candy bar. At first she was reluctant to be near him. But for some reason she felt neutral, that someone cared for her differently then the other's
She is able to send out tendrils of her power, like ghostly fingers, and examine the graves of a graveyard and "sift" through them to determine what sort of supernatural creatures exist therein.She the power as a necromancer only flares or shows it self when she feels that she is being threatened

Curling blond hair and green eyes attest to her Latin heritage (Mexican, from her mother's side). Her pale skin is from her father's Germanic blood. She's about 5'3" in height.
Her body has extensive scarring. A cross-shaped burn is on her left forearm comes from some human vampire slaves trying. On the same arm is a mound of scar tissue at the bend of her elbow where Valentine (vampire) tore it to pieces. Her physical therapist was shocked she was able to regain use of that arm. However, stubborn as she is, Anita works it out every day to keep use of it. Another human servant/slave shoved a stake in her back. Her collarbone has also been mangled by Valentine, the bone snapped and then the skin ravaged. She has a small knife scar on her right forearm from where she sliced it to help Zachary. She also has a bullet hole from where Cicely shot her. A shapeshifting leopard opened up her left arm and there are claw marks. The aforementioned cross-shaped burn is now a little crooked. Magnus Bouvier cut her left arm, but when Anita made a sarcastic remark, he cut her right one as well, deeper, from shoulder almost to her elbow.
She also carries an arsenal of weapons with her.

At 13, she found a half dead wolf, and named her Jenny. Three days later, Katie inadvertently raised her from the dead, which prompted Lan to have Katie go with Leo a were animal. She met an older woman named, Grandmother Flores, a priestess of vaudun, to teach her how to control her burgeoning powers.
Katie was engaged to be married when in college. She had had sex with her fiancé and his mother forced him to break the engagement. This is why she is very skittish about physical relationships and love.
Bert recruited Katie straight out from college. She had a B.S. in biology with an emphasis on the supernatural. She also minored in creatures of legend. While in college she had a semester in herpetology, taught by Dr. Greenburg. She has said she has affinity with the dead. Katie's vampire kit consists of a sawed-off shot gun with silver shot, mallet and enough crosses and holy water to drown a vampire. However, without an actual court order of execution, it is illegal for her to carry it in her car. She can go to jail simply for having it in her possession. Because of her association with Richard, and her threat to kill when she says she will, the other lycanthropes considered her a rouge dominant lycanthrope.
When Katie was still in college, one of her professors committed suicide but they couldn't find his body. Because she could not control her powers yet, he came back from the dead in three days, when the soul has fled the body, and entered her dorm room. Her roommate switched out of the room.
Katie gets a little better with touchy-feely in Leo’s care because of the wereleopards. Zane has an unspoken agreement with her that he can touch her for the sake of touch alone, but not to be sexual. Katie fears that she is becoming a sociopath because she is able to blank her mind completely when she is about to shoot someone. She can also drain her face of all emotions, though she was not very good at it in the past
Although she is hurt badly in a fight, Katie's injuries heal so quickly that it scares her. Anita's left hand is her "power" hand and is more sensitive to detecting magical things. She inherits Jean-Claude's arduer/incubus and uses Leo to appease it.
her and Lan had a fling long ago. She has two kids, twins a boy and girl. The boy's name is Kain, the girls, Nalani.

Personality: A bright, cheery young lad who is skittish as well. He can be very silly and talkative at times, but also quite timid, as he is easily surprised, and even more easily startled. If he likes a person, he will cling to them quite obsessively, but if a person comes across to him as "scary" or does something that severely startles him, he will avoid them at be whatever means nessecary, or profusely refuse to look them directly in the face. As well, some unknown incident caused him to have a traumatic phobia of vampires.
Background: The offspring of a female kitsune and a human drunk, Piyo's mother abandoned him at a young age, leaving him with his abusive dad. One day, his father KO'd in a druken stupor, Piyo took no hesitation to escape, and wandered abroad from then on, pick-pocketing and charming people to stay alive. However, he met disdain from townsfolk, being of kitsune blood and dubbed an 'outcast'. Then one day, he attempted to steal from a hard-eyed mercenary, only to be apprehended. As punishment for his act, he was forced to accompany the mercenary, carrying out tasks for him, such as scouting, gaining information, and manual labor (helping to set up camp, carry water, gather kindling, carry equipment, ect.) On a lighter note, he never had to steal to provide for himself anymore.

Background: The sole surviving member member of an elite mercenary force known as "The Warning Drums". He formerly worked at the tavern once, but was mortally wounded in a fight on the outskirts of the tavern domain. For years he was considered dead, until he finally returned and revealed that he had managed to drag himself off, barely alive, and somehow managed to restore himself back to health. On his travels, he fostered a blonde kitsune youngster, Piyo. While his attitude towards the fox boy is very wry and aloof, he may, in fact, be very close to him.

Short description of self: She is quiet, and keeps to herself most of the time; though when drunk she can be quite talkative. She is not one for comforting words and always gets straight to the point, and uses curt words to speak to others; resulting in her language appearing quite rude. If she chooses not to be curt, she plays with her words to confuse or distort the image she is sending to the receiver of her attention. She can be quite cruel. If she becomes emotionally attached to someone; she will scare off all other's who are seen as 'competition' to her. She is his favorite. NO ONE ELSE.
She does have a split personality of which she's named Hakushi. She; Hakushi, will sometimes become a physical person through the means of complex origami; she becomes a duplicate of Konan; though created form paper and her colors are inverted. Konan's hair is blue, so Hakushi's hair in her origami form is yellow. This split side gives her orders on each half moon; orders that could be as insignificant as flicking someone on the forehead with a paper wasp, to as major as killing someone with excessive paper cuts to major arteries. All orders given revolve around and use paper, and they are all random, out of the blue things as well; meaning that the mind behind them does not have a plot or plan as to what they are doing. Henceforth the reasoning behind Konan naming her higher mind 'Blank Paper'. She also has the ability to poison Konan's mind and cause rather severe paranoia in the paper nymph.
Everything Konan does involves paper. She has the ability to divide her body into numerous sheets of paper, which then fold into different origami items; more commonly butterflies that do fly. she has power over paper to some extent; as in if one sheet of her is burned or destroyed somehow; she can use another sheet of paper to replace it.
Konan is 182 centimeters tall. She has blue hair that comes down to right above her breast; commonly pulled back into an oriental bun with the exception of her bangs, and has an origami flower accessory in her hair; resembling a chrysanthemum/rose. Her eye color is is a deep grey/navy cross. Her lips are dyed red, and she is abnormally pale due to being part paper naturally. She also has one lip piercing. Her nails are always dyed a deep blue, almost black. she wears a full body coat with sleeves longer than her arms; within which she can conceal origami weapons (Sharp paper needles, Spikes paper balls, Paper bombs, etc.) The coat itself is black with white lotus' and Butterflies embroidered into it. Beneath the coat, she wears a blue/black tube top styled yukata top with a navy thin sash and short black skin tight shorts. The lengths of the shorts' legs are different by two inches.
