The N.F.C.A. is a grouping for all of the people on Gaia and around the world who appreciate nekos. A neko is a sub-human cat person. A were-cat if you will. We're a fan club basically. The Neko Federation Community Association (Or N.F.C.A.) is a guild exclusively for people who like Cat-girls and boys. I'm not talking about furrys. I'm talking about a neko Half Human-Half Cat Mix. For a detailed illustration see the mascot. And if you would like to join. We allow anybody really. Inu's, Kitsune's, Anybody really. Just as long as you abide to the rules.
